Great customer services! Highly recommended!

Always love staying at YEHS. The staff are always lovely, thoughtful, responsive to requests and help even when not asked. The rooms are gorgeous and clean, every time I arrive the room temp is comfortable, music is playing and I immediately feel comfortable.

Great location, close to shop Staff good services and friendly Will come back again.

I give this hotel a 5 out of 5 stars, lovely service and rooms are always clean and spacious and very comfy. Mr Alejandro and his awesome staff Pear, pratim, swayam are always welcoming and helpful. highly recommend this hotel to anyone and it affordable and so close to everything in the heart of Sydney cbd area. I will always be back.

Checked out Early, stayed 2 out of the 6 nights I booked and went else where. Ill start with they didnt check that I was doubble vaxxed as per the law in NSW Currently The rooms are very very very SMALL for the price they want the view is 3/10 The first night I checked in police gained acess to the hotel at around 2am and were on my floor arresting a patron for asulting his partner, The second night I stayed I said goodbye to one of the workers on their way out and my way back in to the lobby and was laughed at, if your at your workplace you treat your customers with respect On the 2nd night I also found a blue pair of tweezers under one of the beds givibg me the impression that these rooms are skim cleaned Tonight I checked out and was still charged until tomorrow even tho I had to empty all my own bins even tho they were aware I had an infant with me. I also asked for a fresh towel I had to pay for coffee even after they said that breakfast and dinner was included for the price I payed I never received either $100 on card as a deposit that is yet to be refunded and $580 in cash $260 was refunded even tho I only stayed 2 nights ive contacted booking. Com and they will be looking into this stay in great deatil so im able to be refunded the manager was somewhat understanding but unfortunately due to the atmosphere I wont ever look at booking here again I will pay the extra money and stay at the meriton around the corner that has atleast a microave in the room.

Honestly a wonderfully cozy spot in a convenient location. Rooms aren’t huge but everything is crisp and clean, showers were modern, and the view was great. Bed was super comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep. Pear & the rest of the desk team showed my family a great deal of hospitality, and I would be happy to stay here whenever I’m in Sydney.

Only complaint was staff working in the middle of the night which woke me up. Very apologetic. Would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a window to open for fresh air. Otherwise I would highly recommend. Manager Jandro was super helpful as well and all staff in general are very friendly. Very clean hotel and would recommend to friends and family.

Just got here today, have a single room which is quite compact but clean and functional, no complaints so far…

Not a bad place to stay make sure you bring your own hair dryer mine did not work room very crowded, but if you just need a bed for the night it’s fine wonderful little Coffee shop down stairs.

Great location, helpful staff, and clean rooms although a bit on the small side, we found this hotel to be great value and would stay there again.

Gave us an early check in and very much convenient location. Employees were accommodating and patient. The room is clean and smells great.

Stayed here with my young daughter July 13 — 16. We were really happy with our stay. The room had everything we needed and despite the hotel being in a busy location, the room was super quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location perfect, being close to transport, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again when next in Sydney.

The bed had hair in it… the curly short kind… wallpaper peeling… dirty throughout… bathroom disgusting. Terrible almost non existant Wi-Fi. No air flow… windows do not open… terrible smell in one side of room… attendant unhelpful and unkind… I dont think the room was cleaned before we got there. The lobby was disgusting as well! ☹☹

Well, was most impressed by the staff a great asset to this hotel. The coffee shop downstairs had the best coffee and service. The Manager of this business is great. Even knowing our coffees after the first order! The location of the hotel is convenient to everything. Thanks for our stay!

Great location. Easy to get to public transport systems. Nice coffee and grab n go breakfast in foyer. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and tidy. Room was just a bit smaller than picture deprecated on website. Would stay again.

Room was tiny! But clean, functional and the bathroom was really good. Shower has a rain shower head and mobile head, both with good pressure and good hot water. Close to everything, Cole's supermarket directly across the road and a 10 min walk to Sydney central station. TV was a Samsung smart tv, so takes USB and mirrors your phone, big plus when traveling! Smaller rooms like mine would be best suited for a single traveler. Great for the price, cleanliness, staff and location.

Small rooms, but a good location. Close to transport, in CBD, not overly expensive.

Good location, clean and friendly staff, though the room was definitely small and EVERYTHING could be heard whether out in the hallway or next door showering. Had an ugly sleep due to house keeping deciding to vacuum at 8am in the morning. Would only recommend for short stays.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very impressed and happy with our stay. The rate was extremely reasonable and was hard to beat. The rooms have a slightly strange layout but it really doesn't impact on the use of the room. The beds are nice and comfortable and the hotel was really quiet despite being on the busy Liverpool Street. We also loved the breakfast and coffee in the cafe on the ground floor. Everyone greeted us with a smile and could not do enough to help us whether it be with our questions or providing items that we required. We will be back to visit on our next trip to Sydney.

Yes, the rooms are small. Really, really small. Once you adjust to that though, you find that they have everything you need and are clean & comfy. The hotel is directly across from the Worlds Fair shopping complex in Chinatown. A few minutes walk to the Harbour and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and stores. Staff were lovely, let us leave our bags there after checkout til our late arvo flight and loaned us umbrellas as well. Wifi is free in the lobby and $10 a day in the rooms. Great value. I would absolutely stay there again!

Nice hotel. Good location near Darling Harbour. Room was very small but had king size bed. A lot of air conditioning noise but it didn't stop us sleeping.

Clean and right smack downtown. Customer service is alright, can get full at times. Rooms are on the tiny side, but its like 2 rooms combined with a hallway/3rd bed then a bathroom with shower. The fire alarms are super sensitive btw. Large TVs with cable. Overall good place to stay if on a moderate budget and quick to get around the city.

Friendly staff and reasonable price. Only negative would be there was no natural sunlight at all.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. A little small but didn't matter to me. The only downside was a weird smell in the room that didn't dissapate. Not disgusting, just unpleasant.

Location is decent (about a 10-15 min walk from Central Station), the room was clean and in good condition and service was quick and efficient. Was only there overnight but if you're just after a room this place will do just fine.

Was great for a busy agenda whilst in Sydney. Only complaint is the room is so small, unable to have two suitcases open. Great location for the ICC and general CBD area. Staff are very friendly. Although if you are looking for a lot of room, luxury and plenty of amenities this is not the place to do it.

Good central location, rooms are very small. Wi-Fi is extra despite paying $170 p/n. Staff were nice. Rooms clean, shower needs to be rendered.

Staff is nice, location is very convenient but that's about all. Wifi wasn't great, even if you had to pay for it. Room was surprisingly spacious but very old. During windy days you would feel the wind entering the room. And you might get a huge fine for taking a hot shower, check the picture.

Terrible! Only one star for its location, near everything and walking distance from the best attractions. No more stars due to Little details that summed up. From the first email where they offered 5%off plus free breakfast daily IF we payed cash in advanced, then when we confirmed we'd take the offer they argued and discussed to NOT honour their offer. In the end they told us that if we were going to insist on the breakfast we should find another place but, of course pay the fee for cancellation. So we had to go, they agreed to give us a further 5% discount instead. On arrival the staff not even making eye contact, the receptionist had a terrible cold (don't put him in there if he's sick! ) We sadly discovered they have the smallest and most uncomfortable rooms ever! Specially for 4 people. There is hardly any storage room to put things. Not even anything to hang the 4 wet towels. There's a sign in the bathroom saying that the fire alarm is on the lowest setting so the steam could set it off and you'd pay the fine so take colder showers and wait in the bathroom until the steam clears. With that threat I was afraid of farting! No little toiletries or face towels. Cheap coffee/tea so bring your own.

Centrally located hotel with tiny rooms. Internet extra paid 10 $ per day in 2017! And you can connect it only when standing on the corridor. NOT worth the money.

Great for how much you pay. Amazing location (v close to Town Hall), everything is functional and clean. The decor also looked fancier than what you were paying, which was a pleasant surprise!

Great rooms! Bed's comfy, cleaners do very well at their job and the price is pretty good. Only downside is, the location's not very good — bit far from many major attractions.

The hotel was reasonably priced (I got it 10% off on special though), very tidy, lovely and helpful staff and perfectly located within walking distance of much of Sydney CBD. The room was very small but very nice with a great and clean bathroom with a large shower which gave off great pressure and heat. It was just myself and a friend, and we only had the room merely to keep our bags in and sleep, so we didn't mind the tiny size. The Wi-Fi however was very weak and unreliable in my room on the second floor, disappointingly since they charge $10 for the password "per session" but I told the staff and they very kindly took the charge off my bill. There was a sign in the bathroom that threatened that the hotel can fine the stayer over $1200 if the steam from the bathroom sets off the fire alarm and also a price list in the drawer of how much the items cost in the room, I'm guessing this is how much you'll be charged if you steal stuff. I found these a little passive aggressive (But I must say the bed was actually quite comfy for a $300 mattress). Despite these though it was a very nice stay and I would happily stay again in the future.

This hotel location is perfect. It is in the middle of sydney CBD. It surrounded by 3 train station, which are Central Station, Town Hall Station, and Museum Museum Station. You Can walk nearly to Darling harbour area, and also to Hyde Park area. The Hotel room is also very clean so you can sleep comfortably after you have a recreation all day.

The hotel is clean, but the one thing you'll find when staying here is that it everything is very tight. Our hotel room has barely any extra space for walking past the bed, much less put our suitcases in places where we won't step on them. Other than that, service is good, and the washroom is decent. The shower includes a rain shower, which is impressive for a hotel of this caliber. Situated in the middle of the CBD, it is also easy to find restaurants and shopping centers only a few blocks away.

The vent in my room rattled when I had the air-conditioning on: too loud to sleep. Everything has a charge. Good location if you like Chinese, though it is very close to Darling Harbour.

I had a small single room which was priced pretty reasonably. Staff were friendly, and in general the room was very nice.

The worst hotel ever seen in the history of hotels. Wanted to literally leave my nights stay to a stray dog but I felt bad for the dog. We went inside and found a tiny bed with a tiny room. No problem, we walked into the bathroom and found skid marks all over the inside of the bowl. Called the cleaners and instead of cleaning the room they decided it was more suitable to argue as to how that could be perceived as clean? There was shit in the toilet! … Then I tried to give the room to someone else and they gave me a talk about policy and how I had to call Expedia to do a million steps. Have you thought about a policy for toilet scrubbing? Step 1. Use detergent step 2. Scrub. Don't blame the staff, I blame poor management, terrible facilities. I walked by last time to see a lady crying at the counter and decided not to go. I figured old lady must have been confused so I'll give them a shot! Shane on me! Do not go near this place!

Hotel in downtown Sydney, right around Chinatown area. Relatively close to the bus or other underground trains as needed. However, Wi-Fi is $10/use and rooms are very small, but with nice high ceilings. In addition, if your shower sets off the fire alarm from steam, they want to charge you! Safes are provided in room. There's 50% off for breakfast located next door and other options for tours.

Excellent all round. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Cheap but super yummy breakfast at little cafe next door. A great position as you can walk to Circular Quay in five minutes plus many other attractions. Highly recommended.
