The place is so convenient with clean hotel rooms, and close to the mall, cafes & restaurants.

Highly recommend, amazing place and great service.

Booked the Summit Penthouse for my son's birthday. I must say very happy with the service. Professional and friendly staff all round.
Clean and spacious rooms.
The only issue is being charged extra per guest per car at $45 for parking when you spend $800 for a night stay.
Highly recommended there reservation team.

Extremely disappointed with our stay over the weekend. On arrival our room was not ready and had to wait in the "Waiting Room" until it was ready. Our room was terrible, the door handle fell off, paint work was all scuffed and damaged, the Bin Chute didn't work and was out of order so litter everywhere. I had to call up for a Vacuum Cleaner and vacuum clean the floors myself because Room Service didn't service our apartment until about 4pm in the afternoon.

Central to everything. The Staff was fantastic. We were upgraded to a double room and would recommend to friends and family. I would come back to stay.

Nice service apartment in sydney city.

I stayed here in December and loved the Altitude Suite with the sunset view so much I brought my husband here for his birthday. Lovely touch of a bottle of sparkling bubbles for him. There were a few issues with the first suite and Kirsty kindly offered us another which was much appreciated. All staff were very friendly.

I have stayed here many times. The staff always make us feel special. We had a couple of issues with some minor things, immediately asked if we wanted to move suites, also brought us a lovely bottle of wine, card and phone call. Very lovely if them.

We have stayed there many times and it is always a pleasurable experience. One time we encountered a slight inconvenience, the staff was quick to resolve it. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Love staying here we always stay here when in Sydney. The high altitude rooms have the most amazing views. Staff are always super friendly and efficient. Location is excellent in the heart of the City. Highly recommend Meriton on Kent St.

Had an awesome stay! Rooms were nice, beds and pillows were so comfy, plenty of space for four people in the 2 bedroom suite, located close to everything we needed. We were especially impressed with the staff who went above and beyond to look after us.

The truth is that I stayed for a week or was very happy, but last night I was not good at all. "There were important things in the roo. المزي

The lobby was jammed with people and it took nearly 20 minutes to go up to the room. 6 elevators were being used and could not accommodate the amount of people needing the elevator. I only ever saw 3 open. In the room the showerhead popped out of its holder when the water turned on and then hosed the power socket directly. It also nearly hit me when I tried to put it back and it flew out again. Other than that the place was good and had really cool amenities like movable tv, washer/dryer in room, full kitchen (but small… who cares? ), and a great bed.

Stayed in the studio suite. Nice clean room. Comfy bed with great pillows! Staff have been helpful and friendly. The location is great. Pretty much walking distance to anywhere you need to go, wheather it's the train station, shops or restaurants.

Loved the location and the view of this 'hotel'. Service staff was great… Allowed me to check in when I arrived @ 0700hrs. Not my first time, and will continue to return to this place in future visits to Sydney.

Easily accessible by public transport and car. The suites are very clean and have everything you need. The reception was very helpful and made sure we were well looked after. For the price point, I would definitely go again and highly recommend.

Penthouse Suite is amazing. 3 levels of Luxury with amazing views. The wrap around balcony was an unforgettable way to spend the evening. Definitely a great place to stay.

We booked ourselves into another hotel and left in disgust! Rang the Meriton and told hem our situation! 3 of us in total with a 5 month old baby, they accommodated for us with an amazing room
And service! For $200 more than the disgusting place we original book I can tell you we will be staying here all the time! Parking is great, service is fantastic, rooms are great, super clean, and the beds are the most comfiest I have slept in for a long time. Location and spacious room were the reason we chose to stay this place. The room was massive with laundry, fridge, stove and kitchen utensils. The pool, spa and gym were well maintained. The view from our 52nd floor suite was magnificent too. Restaurants and shopping are less than 500 metre walk. A true 5 star!

The room and facilities were very nice and everything was clean. We had an extraordinary view overlooking the city from the spacious balcony. I did not enjoy the system they have for the lifts. You are often left waiting a considerable amount of time, and often a different lift will arrive before yours. A minor inconvenience, but it did get annoying quickly.

Like the location because it's near my office, malls, parks and other scenic sights in Sydney. Love our experience of staying there for a month from our room, furnitures, amenities, and their excellent customer service — almost all our requests to make our stay comfortable and convenient have been provided with no extra charge. If will have a chance, will stay there again.

We had a great family stay here. Perfectly situated for the family with so much in walking distance. Darling Harbour, Sydney Tower Eye, Sea Life etc, Hyde Park Great service, rooms were a good size and well equipped but agree with some other reviews that rooms are starting to need an update. $40 a day parking.

Room was supposed to be quietest. Had a lot of "building" noise. Wore ear plugs so ok. Rooms clean. A little dated but good. Spacious. Had 2 bedroom. Good kitchen facilities. Staff extremely helpful. Pleasant stay. Would I stay there again, probably not. Would I recommend it. Yes.

As a serviced apartment, this property is excellent. Everything that you will ever need. Swimming pool on site, gym on site. Fantastic stay. My only gripe was I didn't get a great view from my room, but that is nowhere near a reason to drop a rating point. The rooms are fine size wise. TV in the room, fridge and freezer and the location is perfect. 5 stars.

Great size room, clean fresh modern facility. Great location with easy access to tourist attractions and business areas. Very pleasant and helpful staff. First time here but second time at a Meriton after Herschel St. Brisbane. If there's a Meriton where I travel next I will be using it.

Great place to stay. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Good location on Kent street which is relatively quiet compared to the sourronding streets. Coles is a three min walk away and there are heaps of restaurants and bars just downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside, was that the pool was arctic freezing all day.

Location was great, got a beautiful view of the sunset next to the Anzac Bridge. Room was quaint but very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel as it is good value for money. Based very close to darling harbour and the centre of the city it is a great place to stay if you enjoy the nightlife of Sydney.

The room that I stayed in required some love, but overall it was amazing! Location could not have been any better, being in the heart of everything was convenient and made travelling cheap and easy.

Minimalist but has everything you need to prepare basic meals and do laundry. Bathroom supplies are nice and good shower pressure (important for us long-haired ladies). Comfortable bed, daily refresh. Customer service is excellent. We had a great stay.

This all about base on my own opinion. Meriton have a good reputation in service and building maintenance. The building always look clean and bright. The lift and the lobby always clean and smell good. Also they provide the best customer help desk.

Location is great. Easy to get access into the city. Room was clean. Bathroom is a bit old. Please spare your time during 10am for checkout because the lift is always full and you have to wait for long time!

This is the most affordable place to stay in Sydney CBD. Second to backpackers. No place to comes close to $ per m2. It got kitchen and washing machine. Perfect for long term stays too. For people who think room service and breakfast are ripoff, this place got none of those. I gave 3 stars because the room cleaning wasn't the best.

Fantastic. Great location in the Sydney CBD. In a busy area but the hotel somewhere in a quieter corner, perfect for me. Food, bars, entertainment everywhere and 5mins walk ti Town hall train station. Very spacious and very clean room with all facilities in room working and includes a small tube of laundry detergent. Staff super friendly and helpful. 100% I'm staying again when I next I visit.

This was such a beautiful place to stay for our wedding anniversary. We were on the 54th floor and the view was spectacular! Everything was immaculate. The best part was that they also had pram hire which was a great relief for us. The only thing was they didn't have a bin in the kitchen but that was a minor detail. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

Location is great, studio room was spacious, with great views across the city. Spa, gym and sauna all good. Minor downsides, the room was a touch tired, compared to newer Meriton sites. The pool was cold, only used it once, briefly. But I enjoyed my stay, Meriton is the best by some margin, little things like a Bluetooth hifi in the room, just make work travel so much more bearable.

Nice large rooms and great location for access to the city centre and Darling Harbour. We arrived in on a shuttle bus for our work bonus "weekend away in your own city. " The hotel is located on a one way street, one the right side is a cycle way and the left side of the road no stopping. So basically nowhere for the bus to let us off safely. Either jump off into oncoming traffic, double park (also oncoming traffic) or pull over in the no stopping and incur the wrath of disgruntled Sydney drivers. Totally absurd Sydney Council. Our company won’t book there again, no fault of Meriton but safety first.

Can't get any better with the location, perfect right in the heart of the city. Whilst the 3 story penthouse is large it's not very practical, kitchen is on the lower floor, lounge and "entrainment" area on the top, with the bedrooms on the middle one. I've stayed in other Meriton penthouses in the city and they feel more luxurious. There are open balconies which are good. Nice Bulgari toiletries as well.

Location is great with restaurants and the train station right at the doorstep. The place itself is not as good as some of the other Meriton apartments that we have stayed at. The check-in process had a long waiting time with an unpleasant reception staff member at the end — not a great start to a much needed break. Room needs refurbishment with chipped and cracked skirting boards and furniture items. Coffee sachets needed to be requested (machine was there but would like to have the option) and milk pods were not updated by housekeeping. Will not be coming back because there are lots of other options in the vicinity.

We always try and stay at the Meriton Apartments… We have stayed here many times over the years and staff and rooms are first rate. It would be great if the elevator system let you use multiple lifts options rather than just the one… I would recommend this to anyone, especially for a long stay.

It's pent house pretty spacious, but the stairs are steep and narrow. It was a happy stay with 3 kids. However, I had found that I has been charged a missing towel rod in the bathroom while I read my credit card statement after weeks. The deposit has been deducted $30+ without any explanation. I do remember that I have been told everything is all right while check out at the day of leaving. Sad. Anyway, it is a still happy stay for my family apart myself.

We stayed at Kent street and it was wonderful. The beds are by far the best beds I've ever slept in and the pillows were perfect!
While there my little girl went in the lift on her own (whilst I screamed in fear) and the staff were so helpful and kind and done all they could to help me find her and were so supportive every time they seen me afterwards. I can't thank the staff enough for their help. Especially the men at the door who came to check on me.
The room we had was spacious and very clean, with a great kitchen. The balcony was noisy but we expected that being in the city. Loved it. We will return.
(If by chance anyone reading this knows the lady that picked up my little girl from the lift and saved her from harm, please let me know! I'd love to thank her properly).

Big apartment, Accesoriato, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a nice kitchen and nice big bathroom. Swimming pool and sauna. A good welcome. The location is very good.

Great apartments I've stayed at several times. Gives me a nice "home" while away from home traveling. Much prefer it too hotels. Big and spacious suites.

The location was great, just across the street from a Coles. The room was spacious and comfortable and the people of the front desk were lovely.

Great downtown location, friendly and efficient staff, well equipped apartments. Used the pool too which was very refreshing — just what I needed. Free and fast Wi-Fi for guests. I would stay here again.

I was in this hotel 2 years ago with a young child and the experience was very good.
It is a high tower that allows to have an impressive view on the high floors. The location is ideal to five minutes walk to Darling Harbour (with its attractions and its play areas) and Chinatown (which brings a real change of scenery and in which there is a wide choice of excellent restaurants). The Westfield Tower is also only a 15-minute walk.
The indoor pool was a great pleasure, as there is a terrace for sunbathing with a view of the buildings.
The studio with kitchenette, washing machine and dryer equipment was convenient and very comfortable bed.
The only downside was having to pay for the purchase of a power adapter rather than get lend a free, it may have changed since and it won't stop me to come back if I get the chance.

Lovely room, very clean and serviced everyday. Room gets a tiny bit of noise from the street but nothing too loud. Balcony has lovely view even on floor 28.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful, especially the male staff with white skin and golden hair. Unfortunately, I dont know his name. The 1 bedroom apartment was roomy and clean with large balcony. Even though the room service wrongly took my white color bath tower, Meriton gave me $45 credit in my card. I had wonderful days in Sydney with Meriton Kent St. Felt satisfied. Definitely back again.

The apartment was in great condition and staff at front desk very helpful. The lifts were very busy and at one point I had to wait more than 15 minutes to take the lift down to the lobby. There should be a better system to make the lifts go faster. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Have not finished stay here yet, but so far an excellent experience. Great location with access to transport and tourist attractions. Our room is fantastic, just what you need for a week or 2 in Sydney.

I stayed for a month in a classical studio room. I had everything I need and even more. For me was especially useful the washing machine that gave me the freedom to have my clothes clean whenever I want. I stayed in 50 level, fantastic view. Location was perfect too both for business, 3 minutes by feet to reach the office, both for free time, a lot of life just under the street, near the metro, 5 minutes by feet to Darling Harbour. For all those reasons I was completely satisfied.

Excellent room, complete amenities. Was missing an iron but housekeeping took care of that. Walking distance to Chinatown and the popular tourist spots like Darling Harbor.

Rooms are not so clean as I have read. Windows are so dirty, doors in spots. The floor is not freshly washed. The water pressure at the tap is weak. Wi-fi is good, friendly stuff, good tableware.

Apartment from Darling Harbour close to the city centre, the night was hot, the nearby shops, food market, supermarkets, bus station, travel is very convenient. Supermarket late on the door, convenient for shopping. Apartment fully equipped: a washing machine, Dryer, Oven, stoves, various utensils, just like home.

Right in the heart of cbd. Walking distance to darling harbour nd opera house. Good place nd amenities.

Location is great. Service not so much. Wi-Fi packages and data limits like in the early '00s.

We as a family staying in this apartment and enjoying the comfortable stay. The property is in prime location and easy access to all facilities. Staffs are very nice and ready to serve us. Rooms are well cleaned and we will get enough amenities. Apartment is fully furnished and enough kitchen equipments for preparing the food. We highly recommend this property for safe and comfortable stay in CBD of Sydney.

Despite a few hiccups over a lengthy stay the quality of accommodation is quite high, presentation after each clean is great and and staff have responded to each of those hiccups positively and efficiently.

The water was out in the entire hotel for the first day of my stay here. It went out in the middle of a load of laundry. At some point they claimed it had been fixed but I waited nearly an hour and it still wasn't working. After a while, at 1:30 in the morning, they relented and offered to finish my laundry so it didn't sit soapy and wet overnight. Laundry was returned the next day — some socks were missing. There was chewed bubble gum on the carpet in the bedroom. I discovered it when I stepped on it with my bare feet.

The view from the higher floors is stunning, highly recommend.
