Amazing rooms for a famliy.

Great location, car parking.

Good sized clean and comfortable rooms in a great location.
My only complaint is the car parking. My car is under the maximum height but I barely fit into the parking spot, I dread trying to back out in the morning.

Perfect accommodation for our very different covid Christmas. Great location with a lovely view of Hyde Park & the harbour in the distance. Clean, quiet and well appointed apartment with very friendly & helpful concierge staff.

My son and I stayed 2 weeks ago and we were very happy with everything.
Parking spots are very tight, so just be careful if you are driving a big vehicle.
Other than that, everything was fantastic!
The staff were very friendly and helpful and check in was quick and easy.
Free Wi-Fi is fast and unlimited.
Pricing was also very reasonable!
It’s also located close to Starbucks which made us both very happy
We will definitely stay again some day.

Clean, well appointed, very comfortable and convenient for the price we paid. However if continental breakfast is included gluten free options would be appreciated.

Great location and great value. The apartment was great too. Be careful with parking onsite if you need it, limited spaces so it's first in first serve. The other carpark is two blocks away. Staff are great though and close to plenty of restaurants.

Extremely helpful, sometimes online booking can be like Russian Roulette but the ladies at reception were so accommodating, they let us into one of our rooms early and made last minute changes to get our rooms near to each other. When you are travel tired these little things mean a lot.

This hotel is well located and very reasonably priced.

The room we wanted wasn’t available online, so a quick email to the hotel found us the room. Booking was easy. Our two-night stay was enjoyable. Nice crisp sheets, fluffy towels, a comfy bed and both soft and firmer pillows. The continental breakfast left in the fridge each day was great: cereal, milk, juice, fruit cup, bread for toast and spreads (very relaxing not too rush out in the morning). There are also cooking facilities. The staff were very helpful. Our room was on level 9 overlooking the Sydney Anzac Memorial, which is well worth a visit. HPI is walking distance to the Capitol, State Theatre, and a little further to the Opera House. We even walked to Darling Harbour for a show. This is our third visit, and would visit again.

Good lower rates for family accommodations. Close too so many things too.

I was quite surprised and extremely delighted with the Hyde Park Inn hotel. The room was a generous size, the service was excellent and the pricing very reasonable. The parkside views from the balcony were excellent also. Throw in the free parking and continental breakfast and this place was a winner! Highly recommended.

Great find in the downtown central business district (CBD) of Sydney. Clean, freshly painted, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious accommodations for our party of 3. There is a couch, 2 lounge chairs and a small table and 2 chairs next to a cute kitchenette with sink, microwave, toaster, fridge, and dishes and cutlery. Bathroom was spotless and functioned well. Location can't be beat — right across the street from the metro. Laundry facilities on site. Downside was a ridiculous "breakfast" — a slice of white toast with packets of jam and powdered coffee or tea. Not what I would call a breakfast. Nevertheless, overall a very good choice for a stay in downtown Sydney, would come back if I'm ever in town again.

Great location, quiet, clean. Nice view of the park and street noise was no problem. Breakfast and newspaper provided daily. Concierge were lovely and polite, very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. B.

Spacious open plan room w 1 king size and 1 king single beds, very well equipped kitchen, dinning room table w 3 seats, 3 seated lounge and large flat-screen TV. Bathroom was a bit squishy but still nice. Unreal balcony with view overlooking Hyde Park. Hotel parking was very hairy! Only smaller cars should attempt this one.

Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Unfortunately, our room didn't have a window, so we didn't get any sunlight. Parking was included, however the parking spaces in the hotel garage are very limited. We arrived on Saturday around noon and we were told we need to move our car to a public garage. Unfortunately this public garage was also full and in total it took us 1.5 hours to move our car to the public garage and find a parking spot. The included continental breakfast consists of cereals, bread and a couple of spreads which are placed in the room's fridge each evening. Breakfast in bed is the only option as there is no table.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to all main attractions and great service! The staff were wonderful especially the afternoon team. Would highly recommend this hotel and am eager to come back.

I stayed here once and had a great time. I was concerned about being so close to the road that we'd hear lots of traffic, however, it was perfectly fine. No road noise, comfy beds.

Facing Sydney Hyde Park and the Museum Station with direct train to airport is almost at the door step. Hay Market, Darling Harbour and the shopping street (similar to the Oxford Street in London) are within 15 min. Walking distance. Even The Rocks, Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Bridge are only about 5 — 6 bus stops away. The only shortcoming to me is the mattress which is somewhat old, soft and a little lop-sided. By the way the hotel doesn't provide breakfast. When the website says it does it is referring to slices of bread, milk, yogurt, butter and cheese left in the fridge; I don't see cereal.

Self contained rooms, fantastic views. The rooms are well presented, staff are pleasant and helpful, if you stay here once you'll definitely want to come back again.

Great position. Convenient to all major attractions, CBD shopping and restaurants. Parking very tight if you have a larger SVU. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located opposite Hyde Park. It is within walking distance of most attractions in the city including Circular Quay, Harbour Bridge, and Opera House. Rooms were very clean. We had a deluxe family room which comfortably accomodated 2 adults plus kids aged 11, 9, and 3. The room also had a kitchenette and a small balcony overlooking Hyde Park. Breakfast is provided which is some cereals and milk provided in the kitchenette. Given the kitchenette facilities and proximity to supermarkets, it is convenient to buy supplies and prepare own food in room. Parking is also provided at no charge. We loved this hotel for the two nights we stayed, and will definitely choose this hotel as our base for our next trip to Sydney.

Good location and spacious basic room. Parking if needed. Beds are comfortable and the room has everything you need i. E. Toaster, microwave. The shower is too weak and a bit disappointing. For a 4 star hotel, the included breakfast is laughable. Bread in cling film, orange juice that barely fills a glass and a pathetic selection of spreads and cereal. Kitchen area could have been cleaner.

Good location hotel for family trip, opposite of Museum Station, easy access to everywhere by Metro, Bus or even walk. All room facing to Hyde Park. Breakfast provided in the room which is good idea.

The hotel's facilities are simple and clean, the room has easy kitchen facilities, you can make yourself a little meal, the room has free Wi-Fi and network cable, the most important is the tenant can free parking!

First off the room was not vacuum properly, then we checked the bed and to my disgust our bed sheet had a red brownish stain along with the donner sheet had the same stain as well. Then the bathroom is the smallest every I have ever seen. We waited for someone to clean it up and they said they knew about the stain and I was like are you for real… then you guys advertised breaksfast included, yeah right you get a sandwhich and other stuff! Really… same price you have from othed places have proper breakfast… no way im coming back…

Very small lobby, staff use the same elevator so you have to wait for a long time and then it might be full with the cleaning maids. Location is right near the train station. Rooms are tidy but the building is quite old.

The hotel is nice but the attitude of the staff is very poor. Warning for others: although you can pay your bill by cash you can’t pay the deposit by cash — credit card only. The whole deposit thing is so bad anyway — welcome to our hotel but we don’t trust you so you need to pay a security deposit. It’s like being asked to pay first at a cafe.

This hotel is well-located and offers free parking. Rooms are clean and, while not 5-star, are good. Beds and bathroom were clean and serviced every day. Fittings are a bit dated, but more than adequate. Very close to Museum station and within easy walk of George Street. Parking is complimentary. It is either on-site or, if these are all taken, at a parking station a little south of the hotel (you can park temporarily on-site while checking in). However, on-site parking is *very* tight. If you have anything bigger than a mid-size car (e. G. Holden Cruz), get a park down the road.

Good location with great views of the city and hyde park. Close to public transport just across the road from the museum train station and there is a bus stop outside the hotel where you can catch the free 555 bus. The kitchenette really useful if you don't want to eat out every night.

Is the relax zone from Sydney. So nice and clean. 100% recommended and do not forget to look after St Mary‘s cathedral or the Archibald fountain.

Great reception staff, very helpful and quick to respond. Found cleanliness in general not to the standards. There was a typical smell in the foyer. In room house keeping was not great. Elevator too slow.

We stayed here last year, found it nice and close to everything, very friendly staff and so helpful. Our room was great nice and big for 4 adults also had a great view. Just need to leave more tea coffee and biscuits for 4 adults, wasnt quite enough but had I have asked they would have supplied more, will definitely stay there again next year. Booked a Deluxe Family 5 room, once we checked in found out this only comes with 1 Queen Bed, 2 Single Beds and a day bed as the third single bed which they had advertised for this room. I approached the staff at reception only to be told that there was no difference in size of room. They did not budge to try and get us into the room we booked or give us a price reduction. Staying in this small, squashed room with no third bed for 5 nights with 3 big teenagers is just not acceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody else!

The room was very nice. Staff were friendly. We asked for them to clean our room. We got back to the hotel and they hadn't done anything but wash up. They didn't even take out the full bin and rubbish bag we had. They didn't replace the towels or make the beds or vacuum the dirty floor. We had to ask them to come back and do it again and then all they did was empty the bin.

No included toiletries (tooth brush, tooth paste, hair brush, floss or hair ties), facial tissues not refilled. Continental breakfast included is decent good. Not a place for those who wish to travel light and expect the hotel to provide all the basics, though the items they provide are decently good. I'm not sure this place could be considered 4 stars with those items missing, but the location is great, and the cleanliness seems pretty good. Newspaper in the morning everyday.

Supposed 4 star hotel, no slippers, no toiletries. No bathtub in the room we requested specifically for a 1yr old baby. Light continental breakfast included is good.

The location is extremely convenient, right next to museum station, and which has many trains as well as buses. Town Hall station is nearby too, for even more services. The room are decently priced for this location, and is very good value for families with children.

Great location. Have a family of 5 and its hard to find anywhere to stay but we all fit comfortably. Close to most things. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will stay again.

There were pictures of our room saying we had a balcony, we got there payed $360 for no balcony I went and asked if we could change for a room with a balcony (was happy to pay extra $) and they said no only because we've been in the room for 2 minutes so we've allready "used the room" the next morning they rang us at 10:30 am and said if we don't leave by 11 am we will get a huge fine or have to pay for an extra night. Worst service ever this place is absolutely terrible and also the rude way they speak to you is ridiculous.

Wasn't worth the price I paid. Windows were grayed out so the was no view what so ever. Also, after running a bath (2/3 full) there was no more hot water left and I was told to wait 30min for the hot water to rerurn. 1hour later it did come back but what an inconvenience when you're trying to relax and unwind. The staff were very nice and friendly however and offered to change me to a new room.

Not bad value, but be warned about the noise. We got very loud 'floor' noise from the floor above, plus sirens all night long, plus workers jack — hammering the footpath outside to all hours of the night (which I accept is not the hotel's fault). I would only give a 2 out of 5 for cleaning as our floor was not vacuumed or cleaned during a five day stay, the toilet paper was not replaced for two days, the towels were only replaced once (without even the usual "we're going green" bs), and the replacement tissues were just left on the wash basin instead of being placed in the wall holder. They made the bed, and that was it. It's pretty basic, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Great value for city, family room is large and kitchenette is good for breakfasts. Close enough to tourist hot spots and we walked back from harbour with kids no problem. Dated fittings but clean enough and good value compared to other CBD lodging.

Had the best 2days break away from home just what our family needed we only stayed on the 4th floor but room was great will need a bigger room next time tho breakfast was good kids wanted more we are deffently going back.

Wonderful place to stay friendly staff and the view is marvelous from 10th floor we are overlooking Hyde Park. The complimentary breakfast every day was a real bonus we had cereal fruit salad orange juice toast butter etc condiments also with the complimentary tea and coffee and biscuits and it was really worth it because it cost nothing I would definitely stay here again with the family the location is perfect so many stores around. There aren't many hotels in Sydney that offer free parking so that was a big bonus it's saved us in some instances $35 per day I recommend this place to travel is or even locals who just want to get away and not have to travel back home.

The room is well equipped with good views over Hyde Park and short distances from Darling Harbour and public transport. It is a serviced apartment with a good breakfast selection.

Nice clean boutique hotel located in the centre of Sydney surrounded by many many restaurants. Courteous service and they remember your name.

We have stayed here regularly for many years, and find it convenient, comfortable and friendly th. With a kitchen and continental breakfast included, wi fi, and nearby restaurants, busses, rail and shops it has all you need for a city stay.

We used the functions room for a office planning day. Great facilities and friendly service.

It's opposite Hyde park and close to public transport. If you're looking for a budget friendly no frills room in the centre of town, this is the place for you. The decor is a bit dated, but the rooms come with a kitchenette, so you can also save cash on meals. If you're not a cook, there's plenty of great restaurants close by. The fridge is also stocked with some complimentary snacks and milk for breakfast.

Love spot at Hyde Park. The good part is the free parking (although it's very tight), free laundry facilities, and large rooms for family.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 5 years now, if you need anything all you need do is to ask. Currently there are works going on at Museum station, there is absolutely minimal noise, being there again last week and will be again in early sept, everything is a delight for the staff to do for me. The rooms that overlook Hyde Park are the best there are. The views of the Harbour are just stunning. If you need carparking it is not an issue (at no cost! ) so long as you let them know. Mazzaro Restaurant next door is sensational. The suites are what you would expect of a hotel twice the cost with great views off the balconies. Can't sing their praises highly enough.

Day staff manager cannot do anything for you. If you cannot sleep due to building works till 5am they will not do anything to help. No relocation, no discounts, nothing. They are good however, at taking your money. Not coming back again.

Here is a good location near the CBD, as well as the Wonderful view due to the Hype Park nearby. I really enjoyed the accommodation in this Sydney trip. Definitely polite and comfortable service here.

A+ for Location. Opposite is the museum train station which can bring you to most part of Sydney. Reception staff was great and friendly. Most importantly the rooms are very clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Eateries are easily found around the area too. Will definitely stay here again. Highly Recommended for families.

Lived here for several months and it was very nice accommodation and excellent location.

Room was comfortable and clean and facilities were good. Too bad the staff weren't very helpful. If I hadn't questioned as to why my card was swiped twice and the limit on my credit card stopping them from charging me twice before using another card we would have paid multiple times for the same room. I spoke to three different staff before someone just sorted it for me. Sometimes breakfast is about right and the one time we did get it restocked they barged into the room while we were all still half asleep.

Sometimes continental breakfast never came. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family, and it was superb from start to finish. Staff were terrific, rooms were really comfortable. Top notch.
