I attended a birthday party in the function room… everything was awesome from the room set up decorations and the food… would definitely recommend.

What a lovely clean, safe motel. The management and his team are very compassionate and respectful for their customers and families. I will definitely be back, hopefully not under fire catastrophe.

Have an excellent restaurant, helpful & friendly staff. Had trouble with the door access card & got maintenance straight onto it. Plenty of rooms to cater for every family need. Both open & under cover parking with upper & lower floors. Very clean. Multiple function rooms & outdoor fountain for photos.

Nice modern clean apartments good place.

Great food, lots of parking, spacious function room, wonderful staff and very helpful in every aspect… The only thing I had an issue is the drinks lol…

Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Had everything in a room you would need for a perfect stay. Staff were also helpful in accommodating our needs.

The main light and bedside lamps don't work, Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room, and bathroom cleaning isn't up to scratch. Our room is above a function room with music blaring and reception says it will continue until 11pm. Hallway is full of screaming kids. When I asked to complete a feedback form they couldn't provide one! Didn't offer to get manager either. Overpriced. Update: Management eventually shut the noise down after the third complaint. It was close to 11 by the time we could sleep. Lights were fixed for our 2nd night. The mgt today was far better and effort to rectify things was appreciated but too late. We won't stay here again.

Not happy, in special requests I asked for a cot for a six month old and I stressed my elderly parents couldn't do stairs. I was assured they would get back to me which they didn't and now I find out they know nothing about the cot and they have given us a two storey apartment. I am going to have to cancel the booking and at this late date look for somewhere else.

It’s pretty comfortable. The staff there is great and the service they give is okay. However they could work a little harder on their renovations. You can’t just do bit by bit just looks random but so far looks like it will turn out great.

Basic accommodation, neat clean, comfortable. Easy walk to many restaurants. Friendly staff. Reasonable value for money.

Very convenient location. Staff are excellent. Rooms very clean. Some parts are dated but well kept. Very good value for money.

Overall good deals is also a good hotel price is quite affordable but the shortcomings from the station is far suggested can drive to the more convenient.

Stayed in the suites. Pool opposite laundry next door awsom would recomend.

It was ok, we had my grandmother's funeral there, there was slug trails all over the floor. Not very pleasant at all! The staff seemed helpful and nice.

The place has some wonderful rooms but also some average if not slightly below rooms too. First visit was amazing, stayed in a family until for about a week. Was a new room, plenty of space for the kids to have their own place to be themselves, even room for guests to visit. On our second visit we booked a ground floor room due to mobility issues and (spa) bath edge was very high and very hard to get into. No power points near the beds, and some of the points that were there didn't work anyway Guess you can get good rooms and bad rooms here. Luck of the draw?

Stayed here to attend a karate competition in nearby Liverpool. Room was nice with two big beds. Very well cleaned. Nice sheets etc. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good value for the price (if booked the night before) but nothing special. Two issues. I had a ground floor room near an entry door to one of the blocks. The door was made of aluminium and had sunk on its hinges making it scrape on a brick lip every time it opened or closed. This woke me up each time someone came back so my Friday night sleep was very broken until people stopped coming in which as about 1am. Then there was the vibrating squeaking pipes from the room / rooms (? ) above. This was unbelievably loud. The sort of loud you might imaging in a movie with a comedy routine about someone staying in a noisy room. A number of returning guests also had late night showers and cleaned teeth etc. It amazes me management don't act on these sort of issues the day they are identified — staff would hear the door squeak each time they used it. Nice place just don't stay in room 501 if you want a good sleep.

Well we traveled from melb to visit family in Engadine. We stayed here as closer accommodations to Engadine were poor. But this place is not much better, the family unit has cockroaches and tap broken, TV remote didn't work, bed room air con controller not present. We had our room serviced yesterday and no towels or toilet paper present. But have to say staff is nice, they let the laundry start up at 7am which is next to us. Just this morning our little man fell against the small table in the lounge which almost fell off. The hole in the bath room allows the cock roaches to come in. I really suggest the owners stay in there own rooms that they rent out to see how bad they need attention. Would not recommend this place as its not worth the money. No dvd as advertised in our payment. Room for 4 people with 3 spoons and cracked glass which was left out for cleaning staff to replace but left out still. No quality control on there service. Was here for 3 nights. Very terrible place. Our room were full of cocrouch… dead and alive. Carpark dirty and rooms were not that appealing… if you want to have an awful stay book with these guys… Staffs were good and helpful but the hotel is terrible! Dirty swim pool. One star for good location. Couldn't sleep in fear of rouches and kids getting bitten.

It's an alright inn that provides basic services decently, room service is mediocre and the living space is quite alright. There is a tennis court and small swimming pool, Wi-Fi is provided yet it is extremely slow and unusable, this could really use improving. Quality of the room is 6/10 and the sheets don't smell completely fresh.

Had a meeting there. Good location across the road from the pub. Conference room was good.

Unfortunately we were in the old unrenovated part of this hotel/motel however we were with a large group and arrived early at around 9am but they were wonderful and had our rooms ready for us after a long bus trip from Melbourne. Rooms were pretty awful but beds and linen were fabulous! Buffet Breakfast was good and at $15 was good value. Shower extremely dated with old shower curtain but water was hot. Only stayed one night so couldn't ask for more at around $150 a night for our group of about 30. Staff were excellent. Thanks.

The place is very dated and in desperate need of upgrade! No plates, cutlery or tea towels. The food menu is extremely overpriced (instant noodles small $7.00) On the up side the staff are friendly and the beds were comfy.

Clean rooms. Beds made each day. Pool and tennis courts are great frendly staff.

Had my 21st birthday and the venue was wonderful, catered for all my needs and made it a very memorable night. Staff are friendly and will help you out and they prepared the room so nicely. Food was excellent and they helped me setup the sound and projector for the night Also stayed in a hotel room which was at reasonable price and good for me so I didnt have to go home that night :p.

Wouldnt recommend foyer looks good rooms are average.

An awesome venue for any event: the staff, especially Clorinda will ensure the smallest detail is abundantly provided for. Couldn't be happier ❤️

Comfortable central for what we wanted to do staff were very helpful and price was great.

Just checked in on arrival to room found dust on surfaces and hair on tiles in bathroom, mould on shower curtain, and grout on tiles darkened with mould, blown light bulbs and this is in the executive suite that is apparently just been refurbished lmao I'm bout to ring service desk and see the attitude of staff.

Old but OK. The owners are mid renovation, so it is going through a face lift. Room was clean, dinner was good. Staff friendly. Room is large and frankly good value for money. It isn't the Sheraton, but I'd stay again.

Everything about this place was average. There are long term residents next to the main block so you are only allowed to park in certain locations. The place is well aged from maybe the late 70s. The beds are very sunken and soft, making for an uncomfortable sleep. The most dissapointing thing of the entire trip was the theft from our room. The room itself was sizeable as a family room, one double bed with 2 singles. On our last day we left a chocolate bar on the counter, all on its own. Upon returning, the room was clean and the chocolate bar was stolen. I reported this to the front counter upon leaving and the woman was trying to look shocked in her manly smoker ridden voice. She called the staffmember who had cleaned the room and she informed her that the room was a mess with food scraps everywhere. In actual fact, there was a plastic bag with fresh grapes in them from woolworths. Which were kindly left but the cleaner helped herself to the chocolate bar. I would not stay there again, I would get better value for money closer to the city. Oh — front counter also claim their cleaners have worked there for a lengthy period of time (several decades I was told). If you dont want petty theft from your room, dont stay at Hunts Theft Hotel. Disgusted.
