This may be a budget hotel but the service is far from budget. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms perfect for the single traveller or couple. The meal served for dinner was delicious and cheap. Dont expect silver service. This is homestyle food and service. Well done.

Go there for the weekend breakfast, even if not staying there. $10 cooked buffet, lovely and friendly staff. I recommend friends to stay there.

This is a dated hotel that has had hard years but for an overnight stay it isn't the worst I have experienced. It was cheapest on the night in the area. Bed was comfortable and room was large enough. Bathroom was pretty dirty and old — water goes everywhere during shower. Some loud noises during night made for restless sleep but this may not be regular occurrence.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the prices are affordable. Would recommend!

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, sheets and pillows. The room prices are among the lowest too. All rooms have a wall-mounted flat screen TV, bar fridge, bathroom with shower and reverse cycle airconditioning. If what you need is comfortable accommodation, then Ibis has one the best options for you. HIGHLY recommended!

The hotel was a budget hotel just as its name states, it was comfortable and clean. The staff on the otherhand were anything but budget! They were 5 star! Every member of staff we encountered throughout our 3 day stay was friendly, cheerful and couldn't do enough to help. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit Sydney.

It's a motel and quite far from city. Area is secluded not recommended for families.

My wife and I stayed at Ibis Budget Casula we spent a week there in room 210 and our cousin slept in room 212 we had amazing time staff were excellent very helpful I would recommend Ibis Casula to anyone Thank You Ibis Team.

Nice clean motel. Friendly service. Shame they feel that budget means paper cups for tea and coffee, plastic cups for water… I prefer a real coffee mug…

Got there got served fast. Nice clean room. Great receptionist. Close to public transport. TV and AC I'm room very happy.

Booked this hotel and ended up cancelling the booking with free cancellation guaranteed through Wotif. This was back in Aug 2017 its now March 2018 and I still don't have a refund after numerous attempts to call and sort it out. Customer service is shocking.

As it sais "budget" but nice and clean and staff and the cleaners were very welcoming could use a toaster and microwave in the rooms though.

Generally pretty good, most recent experience wasn't up to scratch hence 4stars. On experiences prior to that would have been 5star.

Not hugely impressed. After returning the Ibis survey, received a thinly veiled sarcastic reply from the manager plus an undertaking to refund. Six months later and a follow up email ignored, I'm assuming the offer to refund was as false as the sentiments expressed regretting our less than salubrious experience. Have experienced significantly better, cheaper, elsewhere. Little excuse for poor customer service, terrible odours, falsehoods and failure to provide. Cheap isn't defined as nasty, merely cost effective. Since sharing this initial review, a different staff member than those I'd previously had dealings with — and I must highlight; a very pleasant and efficient person — made contact with me to apologise for our experience and she additionally made absolutely sure to put process the promised refund. A pleasing outcome and hopefully indicative of an upward trend. Thank you. :)

Beds are confy and rooms are decent side. Good for a few day stop.

Reception staff friendly rooms are better than other lbis budget hotels ive stayed in would stay here again.

The reception staff were awesome n very friendly. 1st room we were put in the aircon didnt work (in fact there was no front panel on it). 2nd room the remote wouldnt work despite being given a few. Had to climb up to work it in the end (I'm getting older and that was far from safe). Bathroom is really badly set up. Water goes everywhere from the shower, no floor towels supplied but I guess they'd end up soaked if they had them. Nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. Not sure how clean it was, but my nose totally closed as soon as I put my head on the pillow (I have dust allergies). Couldn't stay a 2nd night but was refunded the 2nd night with no hesitation.

I come stay here at Ibis Casula quite a bit and each time iI come here you have a more homely feeling. Management and staff are awesome. Definitely will always recommend it to all. Thank you so much love this place.

It's the budget motel with old men loitering out the front. Service can be good depending on who you get, but when it's not good it's really bad. Paying a cash deposit and being lectured to about the motel rules makes the place seem super dodgy because it is. Also when did $130 per night become budget?

Budget doesn't even come close to it. Shower was missing the shower head. How can this be missed when the rooms are checked? Replacement room had a malfunctioning toilet flush (keeps on running) and the bathroom door was missing its lock. What a joke…

This place you all should check it out yourself, run by the most cleaniest owner and her cleaners with daily cares for your comfort, friendly staff, friendly people everywhere in this hotel. The breakfast that all you can eat for $9pp, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Believe it or not I stayed here with my friend for almost a month it just feels like home, even my relatives were here too from Melbourne they loved this place. Why have to pay that costly 5star hotel when they are charging you for Wi-Fi and $15 parking a day? Yes I am experienced in that because I am a business traveler so I know all about it. Thank you to you lovely ladies keep it up with all the good work, I am surely we will be back soon.

I don't get all the hate. Yes the rooms are a little small. Come on folks, this is amazing value for money. Friendly staff, close to everything. Great spot.

Run by the most loveliest lady and her lovely receptionist. Made us feel welcome and we didn't want to leave! It was spotless, the breakfast was awesome and I would come back anytime. Highly recommended, I've stayed at a few ibis hotels and this one is deffs the best.

They have done a great job with making this place clean, affordable and best of all, welcoming. If you need an affordable place in the Sydney area, it's great.

We were in Sydney and needed a place to call home for a few days & we went to the IBIS casula what a lovely hotel greeted with warm smiling faces @ the front door & taken to a crisp, clean quiet room that has all the facilities you need for your stay there we would definately come back again Thankyou to the gorgeous owner Karen & her awesome staff for your generous hospitality.

Booked for 5nights and expected us to use the same bed sheets. Even helped and put them aside for them to pick up. Still changed our towels but left the bed sheets. As a traveller I wanted something cheap and affordable after this experience will pay more for a better service.

Under renovation at the moment so it is hard to gauge how great the facilities are other than to say they are being fixed. It was definitely in dire need of renovation. Apparently new owners too who seemed friendly enough but I would reserve judgement until after they are finished with renovations.

Staff were friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Came for a close family friends wedding and it was good knowing they were just down the road. The hot showers are especially great in this weather in Sydney too!

Newly refurbished room are great! King size bed was 2 beds pushed together, but you could NOT feel a join. Was just like 1 big bed. Service was great with friendly helpful staff.

Don't be fooled by these pictures. While the staff was friendly, the rooms were filthy. God knows what stained all over the carpet and walls.

Budget says it all! Although I have stopped in far better place's for less money. Carpets where filthy and so where the walls and ceiling! However the are pleasant.

There was ample space to move around the room. The bed was king! (Wink wink, nudge nudge) And there was a proper toilet and shower compared to the temporary plastic moulded one in ibis budget Campbelltown. The entrance was just a bit hard to get into from the main road.

Disgusting. Will never stay here again. Im surprised the ibis corporation has left it the way it is considering its potential.

This is a dump — — and that's the good part. Dirt abounds, edges of carpets have YEARS of accumulated filth. Bed is a mattress on a raw piece of plywood. Walls are bare paint, no trim, no pictures, just holes and patches. Sleep in the car if you can't find a better place. Rick. E.

Pretty average Hotel. Looks good on the outside. On the inside very average. No coffee or Tea making facilities in your room. No Bar fridge. Bed hard as a park bench. Was worried I would hear road noise from Hume Hwy, it was more noisy guests walking up and down the hallways at 2am going outside for a smoke. Carpets had terrible stains. Was advised after I complained that they were cleaned after I had left. Price was ok and that's all I can write that was good. Won't be staying there again.

The most disgusting filthy putrid room I have ever seen — showers didn't look like they had been cleaned for over a month (only wish I could post photos) and the place was riddled with what appeared to be fulltime residents on the methadone program. Do yourself and your health a favour and sleep in your car at McDonalds or on the side of the freeway.
