Great service every time abs convenient.

We have started doing Sydney trips with our Towing Business and needed somewhere to stay. We found Best Western Casula. Great Truck parking for our car carrier and tilt trays. The staff are so friendly late night check in. Always go out of there way for our staff. I can send a truck and ring them at midnight and they will get a room ready straight away. By far the best place and won’t book anywhere else for our driver but here. 5 star plus more.

The office is open until midnight, so handy if you have been held up & the people are so friendly. Rooms are so clean & such a comfy bed. Definitely staying here on the way back from QLD next month. Highly recommend this Motel. Thank you & Merry Christmas.

I have stayed at the Best Western Casula Motor Inn on numerous occasions. Each time I have been warmly greeted by the lovely hosts Mary and Joseph. The rooms are super clean, fresh and inviting. Beds are very comfortable. The barista services are excellent, food servings generous and delicious. I can’t recommend enough, five stars.

Nice clean room. Neutral smell which is a good thing. As are the beds which are just right: not too soft or hard. Looks like it has just been renovated, so everything looks new and not worn. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Was pleasantly surprised with this place, and would recommend it.

I would stay here 1000 times over. I've been studying customer service as a part of my university course and have just used the Best Western Casula as an example of great customer service in an assignment I'm working on. I wish every motel was this lovely, warm and welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Stopped in here late at night, heading back to Melb from Syd. I was absolutely blown away by the service at reception, and had to take a moment when we got to the room to fully appreciate how lovely this place is. My initial thought was "We'll stop overnight in a little shabby hotel" to "This place should be listed as 5 star". The room we stayed in was immaculate. Up to date, modern and stunning. Clean & fresh was exactly how a place like this should be, and puts many others to shame. Customer service was surprisingly amazing. Extremely genuine interactions with the staff there. Ample parking on site, convenient location and reception that was open later than usual to accommodate for the stragglers that book and arrive late such as myself. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I absolutely would. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay, the rooms are spotless, the breakfast exactly what we needed and the staff were exceptional. It is obvious the owners care about their business and go to a lot of effort to treat their guests as individuals. We felt very welcome and will happily recommend the Best Western Casula to our friends and family.

Better than some 5star hotels in have stayed at. All new and modern, and staff are absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us.

Just the best hotel in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They do not have restaurant service but it is not a problem because just in front of the road there is a good restaurant with local food and left to 500mt. There's a good Italian. Recommended 100%

Great stay. Only stayed one night, but regardless of being on a main road, room was quite, lovely comfy bed and clean and tidy room. Easy to get to, would definitely stay again and recommend.

Lovely room especially one of the nice places to stay for Liverpool. Loads of parking, clean, quiet and affordable. Reception staff a little vague on initial phone conversation and sometimes unavailable, otherwise little to no complaints here. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay — the room was large, spotlessly clean — the bed was so comfortable. I can't fault the place at all. Best of all the staff and owners were lovely. They had personal knowledge of all local eating places and made great recommendations. They take tremendous pride in their business and I can tell they both appreciate and listen to their customers' experiences and feedback. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone and when I need to stay in Casula again this will be my first choice.

Clean rooms, nice food if the kitchen is open, really good old style bistro. If isn't open, they have menus from local places that deliver. The staff have tried all the places they have menus for. Remember your name. Amazing, especially for the price.

Super clean room!, could have eaten off the tiled floor (not smelly old carpets). Great mattress and super pillows! and we got upgraded without extra charge.

I booked in Xmas Night and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. In the morning I had the best fresh brewed coffee made by Joseph. Excellent start to my day. Hands down the Best Western is the Motel to stay at and The staff were awesome. Thankyou all very much. Highly recommend you.

Joe is great. As we entered he remembered our names from our visit 2 years ago!. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Stay for good family service.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Well situated with plenty of eateries close by. Bed was very comfortable. If we had to stay in this area again l would choose here.

Decent hotel for the price. Lady at the desk was lovely, staff struggled to serve five people for breakfast — half hours wait for some toast and muesli.

It was lovely. It was clean and comfortable. It was quite and the room was a very good size. I would stay there again anytime. The Breakfast was really nice and cooked well and very reasonably priced.

I was stuck for a place to have a morning breakfast and sales meeting so I contacted Best Western Casula and spoke to Mary. Mary was fantastic she organised breakfast for the 10 of us, set up a large table with coffee, tea, juice, cereal, toast, big btreakfast (and it was s big breakfast) and anything else that we wanted they helped us out with. I highly recommend is the service was outstanding. Thank you so much for your help Mary we do appreciate it. 10/10

I stayed at the Best Western casula last week for work and I cannot fault it! Everything was amazing! From the rooms to the service! Jenny even heated up my heat pack every night for me! Highly recommend! :)

Best Western Casula is our home away from home. Our hosts Mary, Joseph and Jenny are the most friendliest most thoughtful and generous hosts anyone could hope to meet. We stay here every week. The Room Executives are unbeatable in cleanliness and work ethics with ever a friendly wave and greeting topped pff with a big warm smile. The linen is always fresh clean and new and the beds always spotless as are the rooms.
Even the security personnell are helpful kind and friendly. T…he meals are beautiful and fresh and I love the salmon and eggs the best. You are close to Crossroads Tavern and Casula Mall. You are next to the Hume Highway but when the windows are closed you cannot hear fhe hustle and bustle of the traffic outside. We love Casula Best Western.

The best accomodation in Sydney. The staff are super friendly and very accomodating. Clean, tidy and gives any 5 Star venue a run for its money! I will certainly be back!

This is our second stay here. This time round I have a broken ankle which makes it very difficult to get around. The staff have helped us so much to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend this Motel. Thank you.

I stayed here over a year ago and it was wonderful! Nice spacious rooms, very clean. Great staff. Joseph went out of his way to make us feel at home and was generous in his service and advice on how to get around. We will be back.

I stay here regularly. It is the best accommodation. Mary Joseph and Jenny are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Evening meals are available close by and breakfast is provided for a small cost. With free Wi-Fi what more could you ask.

Chans Canton Village Chinese Restaurant is in within walking distance and is definitely worth the walk. Thanks for a great stay!

A fantastic place to stay, Modern, renovated, clean and big, good quiet spot even though it is positioned next to the road, the Owners Mary & Joe can't do enough for you they are both wonderful people. I highly recommend it.

Nice and quiet. Nearby is a cantonese restaurant run by hong kongers. And seven eleven, red rooster and a mall.
