Lovely staff welcomed us on arrival & were very helpful with all the information they gave us regarding all the facilities. The rooms are modern, comfortable & very clean. The choice of dining is fantastic & the food was divine. We would definitely recommend staying at the Mercure Liverpool.

Good rooms that are clean, tidy and the right size for a Traveller. The on-site facilities are a welcome addition, there is plenty of meal options and activities that you'd expect at a club of this size. Hang around for the trivia night or just grab yourself a tenderloin steak, either way you won't be disappointed.

Great place to sleep but the food is not up to up to a hotel standard. Very tiny portions and not delicious with a big $$$

Easy access, lots of parking The rooms and services provided we're adequate.

Beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly. However the elevators are very temperamental and are very difficult to work with, the air con in the rooms isn't very responsive and the food down stairs is average, expensive and in small quantity.

Room was very good, clean & beds/sheets were excellent! However the emergency alarms were going off every 15mins from 6am. We had screaming kids due to this! Upon checkout no apology was given and staff were arrogant when asked!

The hotel is legit 4 star. Everything is clean and the location is quite. It also has a few bars and restaurants around.

Adequate room quality and amenities, and being near the Catholic Club provides for great entertainment and food experience's. Location was not the most ideal, but served its purpose for my reason for being in Sydney. Hotel hospitality is great, and the newly added apartment rooms are top notch.

Stayed here for 3 days for work training, really enjoyed myself. The rooms are really nice, new and kept up to scratch (include basic foxtel). Down stairs is connected to the Liverpool Catholic Club which includes a nice bistro and events room. Lots of things to keep you busy, only downside is there are no shops close by.

Plenty of parking. A lot of renos going on atm but isnt too disturbing. Plenty of options for a meal and something to do.

Great large rooms. Comfortable beds, nice and quite. Great facilities and eateries.

Very clean rooms amd very helpfull amd friendly staff. The only issue is the breakfast which is very limited in quantity and quality.

Staff were adequate, rooms are nice, clean areas throughout hotel, pool is beautiful. Bistro is nice too but not much available for smaller stomachs.

Beautiful hotel with lovely and caring staff. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent steak restaurant for dinner, and good spread for breakfast. Outdoor pool is beautiful and the water is cool for those hot summer days. Free onsite parking is also an added bonus. Great location 5 minute drive to nearby Liverpool town centre for train and bus connections, and also close to the freeway. Would highly recommend.

The Mercure at the Liverpool Catholic Club is somewhere one MUST visit and partake of the ambience of consumuate customer service and satisfaction of the Five Star atmosphere, furnishings and decor of the hotel. Coupled with the bedrock of the Club itself seamlessly integrated into a great place to stay and relax in. And a shortbstroll is the LCC Sports Centre to work off those calories gained partaking of the cuisine on offer and bars to imbibe and quench a thirst on a hot day.

Convenient hotel. I have stayed here a few times and it is very close to a number of industrial clients. The staff are efficient and friendly and the rooms are very comfy. Being situated next to the Liverpool Catholic Club also provides a extra dimension of entertainment mesls and the bar. Great treat.

Nice place to stay near Liverpool city. Very close from Catholic Club good for gamblers and cheap food and good food in club.

PROs Nice room Food is very good CONs No food menu in the room Went to restaurant but no staff Went to look around the Catholic club and went back to restaurant, still no staff Went to reception to ask for service, reception said "just go back, there'll be someone. " I forcefully said "I've been back twice. " He came and got someone from the back. Note that the restaurant was at no more than 5% capacity. As there were only two tables occupied in the whole place, I asked for a booth in the bar right next to the restaurant. I was told only for drinks. There was next to no one in the building. What a shame I couldn't eat there. Directions also aren't clear to the entrance of the hotel.

The beds are soft and comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. The restaurant has fine dining.

These guys are alright. Decent rooms and decent steaks. Will stay there again.

Clean rooms, nice view of the carpark, room service average considering average cost of a steak is $40+ with chips. Good for business travel.

Nice room and the majority of the staff were helpful and friendly. I had 2 issues. The lift doors closed on me without warning causing a minor injury. Someone more frail might have been more badly hurt. The worst issue was after 2 nights of the most uncomfortable bed I have ever encountered in a hotel we complained. The little man who seemed to be in charge of houskeeping turned up announcing he didnt know what we expected him to do as all the beds had topper pads. When he pulled the sheet back and there was no topper pad he acted like it was our fault and flounced of and left the housekeeping ladies to sort it out. I would have thought an apology at least for 2 nights of extreme discomfort would have been in order. Atrium resturant great food. Just be aware unless you are into gambling there aint much to do in Liverpool and it is a long way from the airport $80 to $110 taxi fare depending on the time of day.

This is a fantastic place to stay at. Complete in every way. Very comfortable rooms. Connection to the licensed club gives cheap meals and free entertainment and our last stay a full buffet breakfast was included in the price. Highly recommend it.

Food was great staff we're excellent but it's all thanks to being a member of the Accorr Group fantastic value for money.

The rooms are really well taken care off very sleek and modern great facilities and service is really really fantastic.

Affordable and luxurious. Great breakfast buffet. Would be a top place to stay in if you're planning to stopover travelling or on business. Great for families too because it's right next to a local community club.

Nice room and friendly, accommodating staff. Baby cot provided. We had a newborn with us and staff were happy to put our bottle steriliser in the staff microwave for us. Having a microwave provided with the baby cot would make life easier. Direct access to the attached club which is good for entertainment.

Cool, security great. I liked it very much. Hoped to go again.

In the same complex as a Catholic club which was a bit weird. Otherwise ok with some restaurant's and a casino at a walking distance. Nice rooms.
