Terrible hotel and service. It was necessary to spend the night between flights; we chose this hotel based on its proximity to the airport, price and reviews. We booked from the airport and went, the price in the reservation was 17, 000 AMD, we arrive, check in, start the calculation, announce the price at which we booked and the Armenian begins — bye bye, the exchange rate has changed, let's 19, 000 AMD! It took half an hour for the exchange rate to change so much, okay, half an hour of ordeal, the woman doesn’t understand at all how and where the money is transferred, apparently the owner showed up and I transferred the money to him. The deluxe room is a deluxe room in an Armenian collective farmer's house, neon lighting, apparently to create intimacy, and dirt, the smell of an ashtray, torn, weathered old furniture, a stupid arrangement of sockets and switches. In the bathroom, it feels like it was never cleaned at all. Cold in the room, broken glass, you can go on and on. I highly do not recommend it, this is not a hotel.

We booked a hotel close to the airport just to sleep for 4 hours; Yerevan was a transit city.
I’ll start from the beginning, firstly, the address indicated here is not correct, if it weren’t for the taxi driver who called the hotel and clarified it, we would have looked for this hotel at night with a suitcase, in the end it turned out to be a couple of houses away from the address.
The room is terrible, except to lie down, there’s really nothing to do there, you can’t even take a shower, everything in the bathroom is rusty, the furniture feels like it’s a former hangout… they give you slippers and two large towels/blankets, I still don’t understand what it is, because, apart from the duvet cover, there is nothing else in the room with which to cover yourself at night, in the end we slept in our clothes, covered ourselves with a duvet cover and two towels.
I warned that we had a late check-in and an early check-out, we didn’t find anyone to check out, we had to leave the room open, with the risk that they would surround it and blame everything on us, although there was nothing to take there… (entering the room from the street)
In general, more than 4 thousand rubles for this is a scribe. Plus they offered a taxi to the airport and back for 13, 000 drams (3, 200 rubles), while Yandex taxi cost ≈300 rubles one way.
