Sofia Suite Hotel

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. From the balcony you could see Mount Ararat. The staff is very friendly.
The shared balcony with the neighboring room caused discomfort. The hotel didn't have a bowl so I had to eat cereal from a mug.

Decent rooms with good service. Location wise its ok.

Amazing hospitality and a fantastic breakfast! From start to finish, everything about the experience was exceptional. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a great variety to suit all tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Room is spacious, very clean and tidy. People from the hotel are very warm and welcoming plus they are very helpful. Breakfast is awesome. Location wise, it is in the city and very convenient near to groceries. Bucks for the buck 👍👌👏 I highly recommended this hotel.

Cleanliness of the room, constantly cleaned.

Large two-room suite, huge balcony, we had a view of the city and mountains. Breakfast is modest, but not bad, you can eat enough, coffee is paid. There were some sounds at night, but it happens. There is no window in the bedroom, but that didn't bother us. High ceilings. The location is good, an area with hardware stores, a 15-minute walk to the center. I recommend the hotel.

The first plus is the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to tell you everything and help! Thank you so much for this! The hotel is located on the street among construction and automobile shops, i. E. A street-market (aesthetes, there is no beauty around), but there are also exchange offices and shops and the central square is 15-20 minutes on foot, everything is very convenient. Taxi prices are very reasonable in Armenia and Yandex taxi works. The room was spacious, clean, fairly newly renovated; we had a view of Ararat (it’s better to look into the distance, not down 😀). Wifi is excellent, there is only 1 channel on TV in Russian, but that’s enough, we come to watch TV. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, filling, the only thing I would recommend is to serve real butter at the table, not magarine.
This is not a complaint, but advice. I would like the room to have a stand for a suitcase and a hanger rack at the entrance, otherwise things would end up on the floor. You need a shelf in the shower so you can put the shampoo, otherwise you have to put it on the floor again. And yet, we were eaten by mosquitoes! I regret that I didn’t buy a fumigator myself on the first day, since my requests were never responded to.

The best place to stay in Yerevan! Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, very nice staff. I had a view of the mountain with the TV tower and houses, very beautiful in the evening.

Incredible new hotel overlooking Ararat. Close to the center, very friendly staff, clean rooms, plush robes and great prices on everything. Whenever we are in Yerevan, we will only stay with them.

The hotel is wonderful. In March, we stayed with a team of athletes at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the girls at the reception are happy to answer any questions you may have. Since we didn’t know the city, the hotel owner showed us how to get to the right place, and also took us in his car to the place we needed. On the first day we checked in even earlier than expected. Breakfasts were prepared taking into account the opinion that athletes also need certain nutrition. Our departure was at 5 am and they prepared and packed breakfast for us in advance. Cozy, clean everywhere. There are shops, cafes, shawarma nearby. The room has everything you need for your stay, the furniture is new, the bed is clean, soft, snow-white. We will come back to you again, thank you very much!

No elevator.

Stayed one night. Attic, two separate beds. There is enough space, good mattresses and bed linen made from natural fabrics, not synthetics as happens. The noise from the street did not bother us at all. We didn't hear our neighbors. The air conditioning was well located and worked as it should, especially since it was very hot outside — 38 degrees. 10 minutes walk to the metro. The only downside is the steep stairs, making it difficult to lift your suitcase.

Friendly, pleasant young hostess. Modest but quite sufficient breakfast. Possibility to leave things before and after check-in. Cozy, homely atmosphere. I liked everything very much, I recommend it.
Market area. It didn’t bother us personally, but some might find the area dirty and unsafe. But the hotel is just an oasis :).
