Primer Hotel

Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool. Very nice in summer time. Located near the Victory park. Good to walk in the evening. In the morning may visit mother Armenia and enjoy the city view with Mount Ararat.
Good service. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpfull.
Recommended for friends and families.

Great hotel we stayed 3 nights everything was nice neat & clean, we would like to give suggestion for Breakfast which is very limited if they will add more dishes or more option for food that will be great, rest everything was so good, thanks to housekeeping staff for cleaning & making our room everyday. Keep it up hope we will see you soon again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Sahak and Narek at the front desk. They were always ready to help us in everything.
The breakfast was delicious, too.
Definitely when we come back to Yerevan, we will stay at Primer Hotel again.

Not clean, the bed and covers smell bad.

Disaster… Extremely bad smell… Ac not working… Very dirty rooms… Pathetic breakfast no variety at all… toilets not operating properly… Has gone with family they suffered a lot. Dont book een if you get it for free… worst experience ever!

Good hotel price-quality, helpful staff, excellent store opposite.
There is currently construction going on nearby; relaxing by the pool is not comfortable, noisy and dusty🤷‍♀️

We rested here with our daughter from May 4 to May 10, initially we chose a simple hotel, not too far from the center, and an adequate price. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, very spacious, clean, cleaned every day, good, basic breakfast, we didn’t leave hungry. The staff is polite, if you have questions, they will help you, Wi-Fi worked great, no complaints, price = quality. We also had a view of Ararat from the balcony, which also couldn’t help but delight. I recommend it 👍🏼

I stayed for two nights at this hotel and was disappointed. The quality of the service, breakfast, and facilities was unacceptable, and it wasn't clean enough. Although the staff's behavior was good. I also spent five nights at another hotel called Olympia Garden. It was a bit more expensive but totally worth it.

Clean and spacious room, white linen, clean. Delicious and simple breakfasts, very pleasant and helpful staff at the reception and who clean the hotel. Of the minuses: it was a little cool and there was only one window in the room, I didn’t have enough light, but this is purely a matter of taste.

The perfect thing about this hotel was the price. First of all it was far from the center. Taking car (we used yandex) to the center was between 800 to 1800 dram depending on time. 10 min of walking to the icon of city. Just across there is a nice supermarket. For exchange you should walk 20 min to Yerevan supermarket. The room was quite large but no window to the out! just has a window to the hall. The room hadn't hairdryer. We asked for sleepers, the first time given, the second was told we didn't have! no one came for cleaning in 4 days. The breakfast was really poor. Don't even count on that.

A decent hotel to stay in. Nice staff and food, we stayed there for whole 5 days as part of our trip with our 6 yr old daughter and our entire time there was great. House keeping also was nice. Its a 3 star hotel and have provided all facilities accordingly. Spacious and decent rooms with great view. Mother armenia is jus walkable distance from the hotel.
It has a private bar, swimming pool and an adjacent fruit shop. An Indian restaurant and a supermarket also situated opposite to the hotel.
Access to the city centre is also great. In jus 4 dollars, yandex taxis are avaliable to main center. All the shops will start closing by around 5.30 pm. So anything required, must be purchased accordingly. Can go for a walk around, and almost all houses near by has grapes growing at the front yard.

Big room. The attitude of the staff is excellent. Availability of transport, stop not far away.
The pool is closed in September. More precisely, from mid-June to mid-August it works. This needs to be indicated.
There are tiles on the floor, it is stated that slippers are provided, but there are none, and the floor is cold, it is impossible to walk barefoot.
The shower room is large, but there is no place for drying clothes. One towel rack. Things don't dry well, there's almost no ventilation.
They give you 1 large and 1 small towel. This is 2*.
You can hear your neighbors well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, as it offered spacious rooms and a welcoming staff. The comfort level was top-notch, and I appreciated the convenience of having a swimming pool on-site, even though I didn't get a chance to use it. While the hotel is not within walking distance to downtown, there's no need to worry as there is a bus stop conveniently located nearby. Overall, I found the hotel to be great value for the money.

The bed is comfortable, there are no complaints about cleanliness or anything else. Of the minuses: the garbage was not removed every day, and the shower required very, very fine tuning.
One of the pleasant advantages was that they brought a liter bottle of water when cleaning the room.

Among the features: in terms of geography and work, this hotel was more than suitable for me, but from the center of Delco (40-50 minutes on foot or by taxi), so keep that in mind.
Good breakfasts: coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts… perfect for breakfast.

Wonderful view of Yerevan and mount Ararat. Victory park and Cascade complex nearby.

I lived in a very inexpensive room. There were some disadvantages (no slippers, infrequent cleaning and toiletries replacement, some mold in a shower, some light bulbs didn't work). But the room was large and bright. I'm sure that more expensive rooms don't have all these flaws. In any case the wonderful view beats all downsides.

This place was pretty standard. The room was really clean. We only stayed the one night, the staff were polite and helpful in trying to get us a rental car. The location was very good, a 10 minute taxi ride into the centre of Yerevan. The breakfast was disappointing, not much variety, just cheese, butter, bread and boiled eggs. The hotel was a short walk away from Victory park, a really nice place for a nice walk during Summer.
