Hotel location is very convenient, on foot is reachable to republic square.
Room was clean, beautiful, I have a problem with legs, so they gave me room on the first floor.

We had an unpleasant experience with a member of staff who was apparently unwilling/unable to authorise a room change after we had stated the the AC wasn’t working in our room, rendering sleep on a hot summer’s night impossible.
The staff member claimed that nothing was wrong with the AC unit and that it was the same in all the rooms, despite the fact I was visibly sweating while the AC unit showed ‘16oC’. We essentially had to take another room which was vacant but only after physically standing in the doorway. At this time the staff member became agitated, said he was nervous and even attempted to force me out of the room. Very unprofessional.

We weren't allowed to use the yard or the barbecue, and overall, it wasn’t a suitable location for tourists.
Considering its location, the price was high and the services offered were quite basic.

Reviews on booking are inflated. In reality, it seems that, under the guise of a hotel, the premises are used for something else.
There were several rooms in this hotel on the booking; I chose a room with two separate beds (this was important! ).
The extremely unfriendly administrator offered to show us the room even before payment, but we were terribly tired and I immediately gave the money. Okay, after payment the administrator still did not check us into the room, but took us to show us. It was on the third floor without an elevator, very different from what I booked on booking, and there was only one double bed. The administrator suggested going to their other hotel on the outskirts of Yerevan and said that they had rooms with double beds.
I asked if there was a second blanket. The administrator said that he did not know, he needed to clarify. He offered to give me a bed (! ). After that, of course, I demanded the money back, found a room in another hotel and we left.
It is important that we spent about half an hour in the hotel, and during this time we did not see a single guest, and there was deathly silence in the hotel itself! We arrived around 20:30, when the flow of people in the lobby should be especially large.
I visit Armenia quite often and have never encountered such attitude and service.

The rooms do not have a central heating system, and heating by air conditioning in winter is clearly not enough, which is why, having fallen ill, I was forced to fly out early. The request to equip the room with at least an electric radiator was ignored, they refused to return the balance for unused days, which is about 50, 000 drams or 12, 000 rubles… The hotel itself is a reconstruction of a spontaneously constructed building, of which there are many in Yerevan, especially in the “cond” area, it is for this that it adjoins because it is part of it. Cash checks were not issued. I rented room 305 and, as usual, I left as an abandoned tourist, which is especially pleasant and adds pathos to the situation, in my own “historical homeland” 😅 …

I was at the hotel about a month ago, I liked everything, the location and the service (clear and competent), special greetings to George (Jorge), the cleaning ladies will always help, give advice (nice women, friendly and know their job), in general I recommend it to everyone next time I'll only stay here when I'm in Yerevan, thank you very much and all the best.

We were accommodated in a double room without a balcony, although a triple room with a balcony was booked on Booking. Upon arrival, they canceled the reservation at the booking and told me to pay at the reception, so there is no way to leave a review there! The room was poorly cleaned. There are cobwebs in the corner of the room, the floors are not clean everywhere. And the worst thing is that there are no blankets, bed linen or towels, although it was indicated on Booking that 3 people would arrive! I had to go to the reception to get bedding and towels. As a result, they gave me bed linen that did not fit the duvet. I had to come to terms with this. The room is cold, at the time of arrival it was +17. We asked for a heater, but they refused and did not offer us any alternative. They answered “the room is warm, a heater is not needed. ” The room is noisy, there is no soundproofing to speak of. Cars are constantly honking outside the window and this makes it difficult to rest peacefully. We should have left at the very beginning. We will never go back there again!

Basically we were satisfied with the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was very large and clean.
The service can still be worked on: if you need new napkins or toilet paper, you get a few sheets and are rudely turned away. Card payment was not possible. There was no payment confirmation/receipt. We had to pay at 5am even though we just landed.
On the 2nd day (we booked 3 days) we were asked to check out, we presented our booking, but we first had to discuss that the price we paid in advance was for 3 days and not two. We were still able to stay in the hotel, but the booking period on Booking was postponed by a year, so we could no longer write a review here.

Helpful staff, good location, good internet, good water.
Very poor sound insulation, cleaning is just taking out the trash, they couldn’t turn on the TV (if that’s important to anyone). Just a room to spend the night and wash up — very modest. I went on excursions, I was fine.

I have booked this hotel via Booking, when I came over night very tired and sleepy they told me there are no rooms available and also they don't accept cards payments. I had to look for another hotel.

First, the reservation is confirmed both on booking and in correspondence in WA, and a couple of hours before check-in, the reservation is deleted without explanation.

Hi all! I want to tell our heartbreaking story. We were planning to come with my husband on 09/10/22. A terrible virus has killed us both. We asked dear Karina to postpone our booking dates by several days. Karina was always in touch with us. It so happened that the hotel was fully booked for the desired dates. They didn't abandon us! We were met at the airport, placed in a free room in another wing, and moved in the morning. And the most touching thing is that Karina herself fell ill during this period, but she invisibly took care of us constantly. Special thanks to staff member Alla. This woman helped with everything, was helpful, helped clean the floor.
Breakfast is served from 9.00 to 11.00. But I had to go on an excursion early. At 8.00 you can go downstairs, make yourself some coffee and have something to eat. Breakfast starts to be collected much earlier. A secret passage past the kitchen will lead you to a courtyard with tables. You can go there in the evening. A good coffee machine for making espresso with foam.
Thanks to the receptionist, a handsome man with a beard. I didn't recognize his name. He worked almost all the time. He was very caring.

The rooms are cleaned disgustingly. Dirty floor. Linen and towels were not changed for a week.
