Olive hotel

Not clean. Paid for AC service but at was not working. And after long arguments, they brought us a fan 🤣🤣! And asked us to open the public balcony (shared with another room) to get some fresh air. They refused the refund as they were not meeting the booking agreement regarding the AC. And they refused to escalate the case saying nobody will answer now as it was late night. 🙄 not sure what I have booked but not recommended. I have attached a video and a picture for the suffer we had as it was around 33 degrees.

I recently stayed at Olive Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went beyond to make us feel at home. The room was beautiful designed, and had everything for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style and outstanding back.

Such a nice place! The hotel is in the center of Yerevan, there’s everything you need, markets, transport, and most of the museums are also there. The staff is very hospitable and friendly.
Definitely the best hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel twice already. Reception is always friendly and helpful. Aram was professional and attentive. Location of this hotel is convenient and a 1 min walk to main attractions in the center. My only issue was the street dogs that barked incessantly during the evenings into the early mornings. Otherwise lovely hotel.

Hotel Olive is located in a very good location, next to the drinking fountains. The hotel staff is very attentive and pleasant. The hotel room has everything you need for relaxation. Breakfast is very tasty and varied. We rate it 10 points. Tourists from Lithuania.

The room is very large, the bed is comfortable and the linen, which is just excellent, is made of cotton. The air conditioning worked great.
The staff is friendly, they checked me in two hours earlier, and they lifted my suitcase to the 3rd floor.
Soundproofing.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 2 minutes and you are in the central square. Very clean room, has everything you need: towels, toiletries, slippers. I really liked having a balcony. Wifi is good. Check-in was early in the morning, the administrator calmly checked in, no problems arose, and upon check-out they helped call a taxi. I was very pleased with the hotel)
The room was on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator, it was difficult to get up with a suitcase, but this was not critical.

We recently stayed in this hotel. We really liked it. The hotel has a convenient location, you can reach all attractions on foot. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, cleaning was carried out in a timely manner. There were comfortable beds with mattresses on which we slept well. Each room had air conditioning and a refrigerator.
The staff was always friendly and provided assistance if needed. They suggested where to eat deliciously:) We are very grateful for the work of the owners and the care of the staff. They tried to act as written in one wise book:
“Take care not only of your own interests, but also of the interests of others. ”

The location is excellent, in the very center of the city, everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel is small but very cozy. Polite and sensitive staff, stayed for a week — no complaints. I can say with confidence that I made a great choice. Still, the hotel plays an important role in the overall impressions of your vacation/vacation, especially when you come to the city for the first time. Price — quality, I recommend!

We booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 5. Everything was perfect! Cleanliness was maintained top notch. The room was spacious. The service and the hospitality was amazing! Liana was a wonderful host and went out of her way to help us with all the information we required. From providing bottles of water and assisting us with our personal needs like print outs, they went an extra mile to ensure that we had a hassle free stay and did not expect any monetary return. I believe it is one of the best places to stay on a budget in Armenia and also located in the Prime area, just 2 mins walk from republic square. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is amazing as it is very near to public square.

Very good location and excellent service. I was really helped to contact my taxi driver, who delivered his car to the wrong location, and assisted during my way to the place, where the driver parked his car. I really appreciate that received my room few hours earlier, than hotel check-in time, and I could get a rest after my long night flight. The hotel is located on a quite street in between all major points of interest of Yerevan and in walkable distance to them. All other streets around are filled with restaurants, fashion shops, …etc. A big supermarket “Parma” is on the North avenue, just in a few minutes walk. You may participate all night events and get back to the hotel, since the area is safe and beautifully illuminated.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Republic Square and Cascade. The room is very warm, the heating is good, there were no problems with hot water, you just need to wait a little for the cold water to drain. The room was clean, had everything you needed — hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, bath accessories. The staff was polite and hospitable. Wi-Fi worked well.
Of the minuses, the room is long overdue.
Wash the curtains. We didn't have to use the air conditioning, but from the looks of it it looks like it hasn't been serviced for a long time.

Quite cozy, pleasant, budget hotel. Nothing fancy, but everything is clean and tidy. The location is in the center, breakfast is not provided. But absolutely everything is within easy reach. At the time of our stay, there was a construction site opposite the hotel, from which dogs barked at night. By the way, there is no soundproofing of the windows. That is, you need to be prepared that passing cars and their horns will be heard around the clock (with the love of Armenian drivers, honk on the road). When construction around the hotel is completed, it will be convenient to walk to it. At the time of our stay (January 2024), it was possible to break your legs while making your way over the rocks. Conclusion: stock up on comfortable sneakers and earplugs.

Checked in without any problems.
The only minus is the sewer smell if you don't turn on the water. If you open the water, the smell disappears. When paying for breakfast, the card payment did not go through, I had to try several times. Upon arrival home, I found in the card statement that the amount had been debited twice. Not a lot of money, but not neat.
