Hi all! A small cozy hotel in the very center of Yerevan. Convenient location, hospitable, kind and helpful staff. Quiet rooms, you can get a good night's sleep before further walking around the amazing center of the capital. There are a sufficient number of cafes and restaurants nearby where you can taste delicious national cuisine. Special thanks and greetings from St. Petersburg to Margot and Anna.

We are from Russia, our first time in this hotel and our first time in Yerevan, we are delighted!
Warm, helpful, attentive staff, excellent location. Very tasty coffee at the reception. Room prices are reasonable.
There is a room that has no windows. It turned out that it was great to sleep there after the journey — quiet and comfortable. And from the window of another room in clear weather you can see Ararat.
We will definitely return to the same hotel next time!

Liars, rude people! I paid for a room for 7 nights in cash, you couldn’t ask for a receipt, on the 6th day they gave it for 2 days less and demanded an additional surcharge of $200! We refused to pay and they simply kicked us out of the hotel! Accompanied by screams and insults from the manager and receptionist! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever! The rooms are tiny, no windows, the shower and toilet are scary narrow! Nasty aftertaste and resentment for injustice! Don't choose this supposed hotel! You'll regret it! By the way, we heard a lot of complaints about him from people in the area.

Good hotel. Few rooms, quiet, clean and tidy. Nice and large mattress on the bed. They provide standard slippers, shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is simple but decent, brought to your room.
Excellent value for money and quality.

+ Convenient location, inexpensive compared to nearby hotels, clean. Good service, plumbing in good condition and excellent water pressure. Cozy rooms and a comfortable bed (only the pillows are a bit flat). Good lighting in the room.
— There are very few sockets: in the corner there is a refrigerator and a kettle, but there is only one socket on them, so you can use either the refrigerator or the kettle, but not both. A firewall on a Wi-Fi network blocks sites for unknown reasons (for example, Google Translate does not open via a direct link). There is no window in the room: if you don’t wake up without light, take a light alarm clock with you, and accordingly there is no way to regulate the temperature in the room; we felt it was a bit hot. But the ventilation is good, not stuffy. There is no sound insulation on the door, you can hear absolutely everything that happens in the corridor.

Amazing hotel super clean and chic, very close to the republic square, restaurants and shops truly located in a very good place The director and staff are very nice and helpful. Having a lovely stay at the hotel truly the best of all the hotels I have stayed at here in yerven spacious rooms as well.
