The staff responded quickly and checked me in quickly. The room was nice and spacious, the only drawback was the smell coming from the bathroom. The staff didn't bother me unnecessarily. There are shops nearby, the metro is a ten-minute walk away, and Republic Square is a 15-20-minute walk away.

My Ostrovok reservation wasn't visible at the hotel, so they initially offered me a room without a window, but then, thanks to a staff member, I was upgraded at 11 a. M. The Wi-Fi was very poor. At least the speed was very slow both early in the morning and late at night when I was in the room.
Overall, I'm satisfied.
This place was very clean. Too many stairs and the air conditioning was not very effective. Lovely working staff.

Stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. Despite booking a twin room, we were forced into a king bed with a protruding-spring mattress and a leaking shower. Half of the room was glass, and the heater was broken. Reception refused to fix it or move us, leaving us in freezing and unsafe conditions for nights.
As advertised bidet was missing and the booked breakfast was canceled due to “staffing issues. ”
Do not book here if you want to avoid ruining your stay.
