Terrible Experience – Do Not Book This Hotel.
We reserved our room several weeks in advance and confirmed everything before our arrival. The day of the checkin, the hotel sent us a message claiming there was a "technical issue" and that they could no longer accommodate us.
Later, we found out that our reservation had actually been canceled so they could rent the room at double the price to someone else. This kind of behavior is completely dishonest and unprofessional.
Do not book this hotel. They are unreliable and will cancel your reservation if they get a better offer. Save yourself the stress and choose a place that respects its guests.
Absolutely appalling experience — Zero Stars if I could!
This hotel is a complete scam. We had a reservation made well in advance, only to be told upon arrival that there were "water issues" and they couldn't accommodate us. This was a blatant lie. It became immediately clear that they had simply rented our reserved room to someone else for **double the price**.
They completely disregarded our booking, leaving us stranded without a room despite our confirmed reservation. This level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Do not trust this establishment; they prioritize profit over honoring their commitments and treating guests with respect. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

I stayed at Seasons Hotel for one night and had a great overall experience. The location, service, and amenities were excellent and offered great value for money.
The check-in process was smooth and very welcoming, thanks to Anna. She kindly upgraded my room from a standard to a deluxe room with a balcony.
