The presence of a swimming pool, which is rare for Armenia.
Located far from the center. When checking in, there was no toilet paper in the room, I asked for it, but it came only after 5 hours. The room is dirty with other people's hair, they did not clean it every day and only superficially — only changing the water and towels. Poor sound insulation, they constantly shout in the hallway. The food is poor. The TV remote did not work, they never replaced it.
The pool is a separate story:
It is rented out and there are a lot of local people at the pool who drink and dive into the pool with a running start, which is not particularly safe, especially with children.
On Wednesdays, men are not allowed into the pool at all — women's day.
In the mornings, they rent out the pool for swimming to local children, access to the pool is also prohibited.
Weddings and birthdays are constantly held on the hotel grounds, there are a lot of strangers and it is noisy at night.

Air plane voice all the time… far from the downtown… bad breakfast … bar was open in 1 am and so noisy … no window in the room it was like a prison… very bad experience… breakfast time was 8 am untill 11… and when I went in 10 am too many thing was finished for example tomato. Cucumber… egg… cheese… coffee… and when I asked to a young guy how worked in hotel about the breakfast…
He told me … finished…
I asked them … is here supermarket? Or hotel.

Great hotel! Close to the airport and the city.
It was cold in the room, but I warmed it up with the air conditioner. I thought it was closer to the airport.

Wonderful hotel! We chose it based on reviews and proximity to the airport, and were very pleased. The room is cozy and the mattress is comfortable, I slept sweetly) The staff is very friendly, they even allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot for 5 days without asking for any additional payment. One of the best hotels, I recommend it!

This is my second time staying at this cozy hotel.
Inside there is a new stylish renovation in a modern style. Cozy rooms with a kettle, a beautiful bathroom and even cotton pads and cotton swabs!
Very tasty authentic Armenian breakfast with an excellent choice of dishes for every taste.
15 minutes by taxi from the airport (approximately 300-350 rubles for Yandex taxi) and half an hour by bus to Cascade). The stop is right at the entrance to the hotel.
Right next to the entrance there is a grocery store, a delicious canteen (cafe) and a pharmacy.
I recommend!

An excellent hotel, completely new, thought out to the smallest detail, from the notepad and pen in the room to the beautiful swimming pool. The staff is excellent, they speak excellent Russian. I advise.

The location of the hotel relative to the airport was important to me. The journey took 15 minutes, which is quite fast considering that the airport is located outside the city.
The room and shower are clean, just like the hotel itself. Breakfast is continental, the most basic products can be found. Dishes are constantly replenished. The hotel is not busy, which is a plus, as there is no fuss.
The reception staff helped with the suitcases.
An airport transfer was booked. They promised that they would meet us with a sign. Upon arrival, unfortunately, no one greeted us right away. The driver arrived in 25-30 minutes. In general, this is not critical, nothing terrible happened, but it would be nice if everything was on time.

Who needs a comfortable hotel near the airport, this is an excellent choice. We just needed this option, we arrived quite late and did not want to go to the center at night, we spent the night and the next day we went to the center to meet with our tour group.

Great hotel, clean, everything is new. The staff is very polite. If the distance from the center bothers you, then this is not your option; if not, then a taxi is inexpensive, there is a stop nearby, you can get anywhere. The airport is nearby. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, there are shops and cafes nearby, but I didn’t go to the cafe. Exchange office in the supermarket, good rate. There is a caveat, there is no refrigerator in the room. You won't go hungry at breakfast; there are cereals, eggs, granola, cheese, and sausage.

The best hotel I have ever stayed.
Very friendly staff and hospitable.
The food is perfect and a la carte menu is very big.
Location is good close to the metro station and also close to the airport.

I was passing through Yerevan and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is new, everything is provided to the smallest detail, the staff is very friendly and caring, you feel at home.
As an extra service — transfer from the airport and restaurant at the highest level.
On my own behalf, I would like to recommend not only the choice of this hotel, but also the signature oriental coffee.
