We vacationed with my husband in August 2024. I liked it — EVERYTHING!
At first we stayed in a room on the 3rd floor with two separate beds, then we moved to a room with one double bed, also on the 3rd floor.
About the room — very comfortable mattresses and pillows, snow-white linen and towels, private bathroom, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, disposable slippers — everything is available. There is also a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer. This room did not have a private balcony, but there was a shared balcony on the 3rd floor for two rooms. Air conditioner. Everything worked great.
The second room, with one double bed, had a gorgeous large balcony with a table and two chairs. A beautiful view from the balcony of the city and the sunset.
In general, the hotel has a very good kitchen with a huge selection of cookware, an induction hob and a shared refrigerator (although there were refrigerators in every room where we lived). There is everything you need for cooking. Everything is clean and tidy! There is a washing machine. During our 10 days of stay, our towels were changed 3 times. Any issue that arose was always resolved very quickly. Wonderful, responsive and sincere hotel owners Ashot and Rachui! They will always help and advise in resolving any issues. The hotel is located in a private sector near the center. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the center at a leisurely pace, using the map we found the shortest route.

Be careful when interacting and better choose another hostel.
I chose this hostel based on the pictures and low price. My mistake — I didn’t look in advance at what real conditions I would live in. I checked in late in the evening and in a hurry and because of this I didn’t pay attention at first. And when I had to go to bed, I realized that it was impossible to live like this for a month. Dirty. There is not a single closet in the room — only a small hanging rod, where a lot of other people's things are already hanging. The door does not close from the inside, and all the other rooms on the floor are for men. Showers and toilets are also dirty. There is no place to put food in the refrigerator, everything is piled up and there is no cleanliness either. The furniture is old. There were no questions about the linen provided.
But the most important thing is that if anything happens, you will not get your money back. Because on the second day I raised this question. I was refused. When she began to insist, the owner screamed and was indignant. As a result, he said that after 2 days of stay he could only return 60% of the payment for the month and only after more than 2 weeks. At this time I contacted them and they postponed the payment for another week. Then another day. And now they don’t pick up the phone or get in touch.
So if you don't want to deal with such problems bordering on fraud, don't choose this place.
