Aviatrans Hotel

I stayed at the Aviatrans Hotel in Yerevan for 5 days. Aside from its good location, this hotel has no other advantages. The staff were unprofessional. The facilities and services were minimal and of poor quality. Room cleanliness was very average. Breakfast lacked variety and was of mediocre quality. Overall, it does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel and is definitely more like an average 3-star. Generously speaking, the value for the price paid is 3 out of 10.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the city with walking distance to many attractions and activities – that was one of the great points.
Reception staff were friendly, but their English skills are limited.
Rooms were okay, but could be cleaner and more modern for a 3-star hotel.
Breakfast was disappointing – very limited choices and cheap quality.
No safes in the rooms.
It is officially a 3-star hotel, but in my opinion it feels more like a 2-star.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to everything. The hotel is clean and the service is friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is sufficient, and you can request an omelette. Some traffic noise can be heard even though the room faced the inner courtyard.

We arrived from a long road trip from Tbilisi and check in was very quick. Our room was enormous which was a pleasant surprise. Room and bathroom were very clean. Only small issue was the noise of screaming kids playing (at 11pm! ) and dogs barking but that's not the hotel's issue. As everyone says, the location couldn't be better. I would definitely stay again.

The location is excellent. In the heart of the city, few meters from the History Museum and a metro station. Rooms are old yet clean, spacious and well preserved. Breakfast is quite ok and busy at most hours.
The main thing I didn't like of the rudeness and u nfriendliness of the staff, especially at reception. Also the night groom was very grumpy and acted like he was doing me a favour to assist me. Also the mattress and pillows need changing. The most important thing in a hotel stay is sleeping, so the bed was not good.

A great stay: location couldn't be better, super clean, fantastic water pressure, delicious breakfast, kind and helpful staff, perfect pillows, I am very glad we chose to stay here. Not the cheapest option in town, but far from the priciest, and well worth the money.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city-at the Republic Square. Very good service. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Location is perfect. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Location is just perfect.
Ppl staying in that hotel are always happy and satisfyed.

Aviatrans Hotel – Convenient and Comfortable.
Aviatrans Hotel is a great choice for a stay in Yerevan. The location is excellent, right in the city center, close to major attractions and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A good option for both short and long stays.

It's is a nice hotel that is close to everything in the center of yerevan. Receptionist was nice and sweet. Only few comments I would like to add regarding their rooms, it seems a bit old (example : when you want to close the room door. Or the bathroom door you need to push it from your bottom of your heart). In addition the toilet bin is very small and every time you need to throw a tissue you must open it with your hands and it fits only few tissues. Last, as you know its now December and it's cold outside so the heating system in the hotel I'm general was perfect but in our room it was not. Room number 401.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They advertised “free Cancellation”, but despite canceling well in advance, they still charged my credit card on the Check in day. This is misleading and feels like outright fraud. Be cautious when booking here. Their policies are deceptive and customer trust clearly isn’t their priority. I would never recommend this place!

Room was very small abd bed as well reception no one explained anything service very bad.

Big suit with two rooms, the workers was really kind and professional.

One of my worst experiences with hotels.
The breakfast is poor and the smell of rancid is so strong specially with the water cups.
The elevator stopped working for a half day.
And all they can tell you on reception that it’s not their fault.
Unprofessional.

Bad hotel, they write 4 stars, but in reality it’s a maximum of 3. Breakfast 20, 000 drams for some kind of dry breakfast, with dry pastries. The rooms are old and not clean. Don't read the purchased reviews below.
I don't recommend it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Everything is fine. I lived on the 5th floor, it was very quiet. Breakfast is modest, but you won't leave hungry.

Staff. Thank you very much, we arrived by taxi, the payment did not go through, we needed cash. The employees gave it right away, then we changed the money and returned it.
Old windows, wooden frames, audibility… We lived on the second floor, all conversations could be heard from the street. At 14.00 we were not able to check in, we had to wait another 30 minutes for our room.

It's convenient for us. We rented a car and the hotel has parking.
Everything was delicious.
Everything was there and everything worked. The TV also came and was set up quickly. The air conditioning, in our opinion, is not very conveniently located.
Everything is clean and the hotel staff are attentive and friendly.
Helped and responded quickly.
