Apple Hotel

My husband, sister-in-law, and I booked a room in this hotel for yesterday through Booking. Com. Upon arrival, the owner refused to accept card payments, citing commissions and taxes as the reason, and insisted we pay in cash. We had to go to an ATM to withdraw money to complete the payment.
While the Iranian owner was initially respectful, his attitude changed completely when we asked for a receipt. He responded with discriminatory remarks, stating that he doesn’t accept Iranians in his hotel, and proceeded to cancel our booking simply because we asked for a receipt.
This kind of behavior is deeply disappointing, especially from someone working in the hospitality industry. I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never encountered such unprofessional and shameful conduct, particularly towards fellow Iranians. This is completely unacceptable on every level.

Horrible. I do not recommend it at all. The owner refused to let us pay by card asked us to pay by cash and then refused to give us an invoice. Once we insisted he canceled and kicked us out. I decided it is an scam.

It's a nice and relaxing place and the management is so polite and helpful ppl… I had beautiful moments with them and it was my best experience I had there with them. I wish to always keep ur energy and Ur beauty of Ur place as it was.

This hotel is soooo good, very kind owner, very very clean, stuff is new, and very delicuse break fast and there is a good chef who make many professional food for you. Here is a hotel that you feel is your home.
You are so near to every where.

The hotel owner is the kindest person in the world. The meals were very tasty and excellent, The room was very clean and the beds were very clean. The hallways were always clean, very good access to shopping malls and Sliema streets.

First of all the room was cozy and super clean, contains all amenities you need, location is great all places you need to see are in a walking distance.
— second : "pooria" and "afsane" are the most friendly hosts we ever met, they did all they can to make our trip unforgettable and I tell you something they did it…
"very important note": pooria is a chef and he cooked for us many times extremely delicious dishes with very reasonable prices, so if you stayed in their hotel don't hesitate to ask him to cook for you.
