The rooms here are beautiful, large, and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The owner/staff are very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Our stay at this hotel, although just for one night, truly exceeded our expectations. Despite the affordable price, everything felt remarkably clean, elegant, and thoughtfully prepared.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Reception was closed but the gatekeeper very kindlief let us in.

A very clean hotel set back from the street so relatively quiet. A novelty is the Craft brewery which is situated right next to the reception desk.

Very nice place, everything is clean and new, comfortable beds. Great host, very warm and hospitable people!

Originally we booked an other place which cancelled on us 3 days before the arrival, so we booked Tsovasar last minute. And how lucky that we did! It’s a complete oasis on the shore of lake Sevan!

Very kind personal. Good location near to the Sevan Lake, phantastic atmosphere with the landscape there. I enjoyed it. There is an extra place for my bike too. Breakfast very delicious and versatile.

We stayed here for approximately four days and it was really worth it. The staff was really friendly and the restaurant was pretty good. The beach next to the hotel was beautiful.

Decent for Armenia. Could use AC, the rooms get pretty hot at night.

Wow! What an unforgettable experience by Lake Sevan! The house is right in front of the lake, spotless clean, with an incredible breakfast in the morning. You can even swim directly in the lake!

Very nice and clean hostel. The owners were very friendly and their son helped me get on the cheapest minibus to Yerevan.

This is the best setup for someone who wants to escape the busy city. The view is amazing to wake up to, sit outside and enjoy your coffee in the morning to the piece and serenity of nature.

We arrived at a bad time: there was a power outage in the area due to wind, meaning there was no water or heat.
I would have liked a microwave.

There was an issue with the cabins, but it was quickly resolved and the stay was wonderful.

Whatever shortcomings this new hotel may have, the staff made up for them with their kindness, friendliness and the human touch people in hospitality need to possess and demonstrate.

The view from the room was beautiful. The room itself was fairly big and pretty clean. The bathroom was large. The restaurant was pretty good and had tasty food and the breakfast was good.

This place is a gem that is slept on. My wife found it by accident, and we decided to celebrate our tenth anniversary there, and that was a great decision!

A very authentic place, a museum in essence, but at the same time like a grandmother’s in the village — the same smells of hay and the sounds of roosters and cows. Interesting hosts, very intelligent.

Thanks to the owners for our wonderful night, there were 7 of us and we occupied the entire second floor, everything was very convenient and comfortable.

The guest house is currently under construction. The upper floor is finished, while construction continues on the lower floor, which is going to be quite spacious.

I booked this hotel because of it's a piece of history and I am interested in Soviet architecture, however the food on the breakfast wasn't fresh and for a dinner when we were there about 8PM the

Very hospitable host and very friendly service. Large rooms and good meal. Very good and big outdoor swimming pool. Excellent zones for kids. Voleybol and Footbal fields also billiard table.

We stayed at Norik’s Guest House on Saturday night and had a truly heartwarming experience. The host, Norik, was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Norik was very welcoming. I was delighted by his desire to chat with me despite the language barrier, we used Google translate and we were able to tell each other lots of things.
