Lake Sevan Hotels

Also known as Luxury Collection Hotel.
The rooms here are beautiful, large, and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The owner/staff are very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our stay at this hotel, although just for one night, truly exceeded our expectations. Despite the affordable price, everything felt remarkably clean, elegant, and thoughtfully prepared.

We stayed here for approximately four days and it was really worth it. The staff was really friendly and the restaurant was pretty good. The beach next to the hotel was beautiful.

Decent for Armenia. Could use AC, the rooms get pretty hot at night.

The staff were very friendly.
They helped us with the check-in very easily. It was a comfortable stay, and it was near the sea.
The smell in the room.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Reception was closed but the gatekeeper very kindlief let us in.

A very clean hotel set back from the street so relatively quiet. A novelty is the Craft brewery which is situated right next to the reception desk.

Very nice place, everything is clean and new, comfortable beds. Great host, very warm and hospitable people!

Great place.
Value for money.
Good food.
Excellent location.

Very kind personal. Good location near to the Sevan Lake, phantastic atmosphere with the landscape there. I enjoyed it. There is an extra place for my bike too. Breakfast very delicious and versatile.

Very cozy! Gohar, thank you very much for the delicious dinner and breakfast! Peace to your home!

A place where you want to return.
I would like to say thank you to Gohar and her family for a very sincere and warm welcome. This holiday exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful rooms and a very quiet place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The people there are very nice and the food is great.

It was the Perfect stay! People were so friendly, the food was great and rooms so pretty. Location is also just perfect. Thanks so much for the stay🌞

Modern design.
We arrived at a bad time: there was a power outage in the area due to wind, meaning there was no water or heat.
I would have liked a microwave.

A wonderful, picturesque spot) quite easy to find, super friendly hotel staff.
There was an issue with the cabins, but it was quickly resolved and the stay was wonderful.

Excellent food, great ambience, lovely music.
All in all, we had a perfect night.

Lovely place, with the owner playing the piano. Food is really delicious and staff is professional. Reccomened!

Whatever shortcomings this new hotel may have, the staff made up for them with their kindness, friendliness and the human touch people in hospitality need to possess and demonstrate.

What an amazing hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is extremely nice and helpful and the restaurant downstairs is very modern. Definitely recommended!

A great experience at All Seasons Sevan, super friendly and helpful host, great food, warm bungalows and beautiful views of Sevan. Took a stroll along the beach and it was lovely.

Wow! What an unforgettable experience by Lake Sevan! The house is right in front of the lake, spotless clean, with an incredible breakfast in the morning. You can even swim directly in the lake!

Great hostel for a stay at lake sevan. Extremely friendly staff.

Very nice and clean hostel. The owners were very friendly and their son helped me get on the cheapest minibus to Yerevan.

Originally we booked an other place which cancelled on us 3 days before the arrival, so we booked Tsovasar last minute. And how lucky that we did! It’s a complete oasis on the shore of lake Sevan!

We had a amazing stay at the property the view was breathtaking like heaven on earth❤️Very friendly staff and there hospitality was awesome specially the manager Gor was very helpful and full of

Location is good, service also was good I wish they are more keen about the cleaning.
Room is very well equipped, toilet and hot water, heater and kitchen staff were good.

Nice chalets, very good insulation. Nice view. You can order from a local hotel food delivery (cheap and tasty)

We stayed at the guest house for several days and could extend our stay even when we asked for it. The guest house is run by a three generation family, who are all increadibly kind!

The family running this beautiful guesthouse is simply amazing, such lovely, accommodating, and helpful people tha tmake you feel welcome and at home!

I rarely reviewed person properties but this one I was eagerly waiting to write. Norik is one of the gentleman I have ever meet. He is clean, he has very good taste of interior.

We stayed at Norik’s Guest House on Saturday night and had a truly heartwarming experience. The host, Norik, was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

This place is a gem that is slept on. My wife found it by accident, and we decided to celebrate our tenth anniversary there, and that was a great decision!

A very authentic place, a museum in essence, but at the same time like a grandmother’s in the village — the same smells of hay and the sounds of roosters and cows. Interesting hosts, very intelligent.

Pros: really all you need, although the bed was a bit hard. It was quiet when we were there and you have enough facilities.

Right in the middle of Sevan close to the main street, supermarkets and restaurants. The hostel itself is modern with good heating and is good value!
