Wonderful rooms and a very quiet place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The people there are very nice and the food is great.

It was the Perfect stay! People were so friendly, the food was great and rooms so pretty. Location is also just perfect. Thanks so much for the stay🌞

The view from the room was beautiful. The room itself was fairly big and pretty clean. The bathroom was large. The restaurant was pretty good and had tasty food and the breakfast was good. It was good value.
It was pretty cold during night. The beds were worn out and not so comfortable. Furniture was old.

Fantastic view😍🤩 of Lake Sevan n clean hotel🤗; however, there are too many cats😳😱 around, too close for my comfort as allergic to cats fur 😵‍💫 quiet atmosphere around lake area with water fowl presence 😊

It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Yerevan. It's peaceful, beautiful, and full of cats and seagulls. Perfect for relaxation.

A great place to stay on Lake Sevan! Large rooms in bungalow-style right by the lake, gorgeous view also from the restaurant. I would recommend it!

A very clean and nice place if you want to relax from the city mess. Perfect for a peaceful escape — you can even enjoy sunsets right from your window.

When we arrived it was quite busy, but they managed to bring the food fast enough.

Unexpectedly interesting place, stayed for 2 days… One might say, luxury camping. Delicious restaurant. It’s difficult without a car, but it’s possible… there are minibuses and taxis from Sevan.

Good territory, right on the first line (which is very rare in this region), its own beaches. Interesting room design, very authentic. Restaurant with delicious food and normal prices. The rooms, linen — everything is clean. The main attractions of Lake Sevan are not far by car (Sevanavank, Hayravank, Noratus cemetery).
In general, I lived in different places in Sevan, this is quite decent by local standards and in this price category.
It’s not that I didn’t like it, but there are some nuances:
1. The hotel is located in the distance; you have to go to a store or cafe (except for the hotel restaurant), about 10 minutes by car to the city of Sevan. But taxis are on duty right in the hotel parking lot, so they come right away.
2. Service — how lucky you are with a specific employee. You can wait for a waiter for 15 minutes, for example, or you can get an excellent, attentive waiter. The same goes for the reception staff.

Fantastic place — interior, scenery, beach, service. We visited on my birthday and had a lot of fun and impressions. Thanks to the administrator, he is the best.

Very slow service. So much so that after 15 minutes of waiting the waiter asked to wait longer because he was “busy right now. ” But at the exit, three waiters were resting. I can’t say anything about the cuisine, it’s probably delicious.

We stopped for a dinner and the food was great! The service is slow but the staff is respectful. Card payments are accepted.

The hotel is located right on the lake. Nice restaurant on site. The room has a very bad smell from the bathroom. The electricity went out several times. The staff is not friendly.
