The best place near the Sevan lake. Here you can see the magnificent lakeside, eat the delicious kebab and fish. I am really delighted to visit this place!

Perched on the shores of Lake Sevan, the Sevan Writers’ Rest House is one of the brightest examples of Soviet modernist architecture.

A wonderful place in the heart of recreation in Sevan.
You need to act like this: immediately sit in the gazebo in a restaurant overlooking the sea.

The restaurant belongs to the hotel of the same name, located on the Sevan Peninsula on the shores of Lake Sevan. The location is excellent; by the water overlooking the lake.

Modern design.
We arrived at a bad time: there was a power outage in the area due to wind, meaning there was no water or heat.
I would have liked a microwave.

A wonderful, picturesque spot) quite easy to find, super friendly hotel staff.
There was an issue with the cabins, but it was quickly resolved and the stay was wonderful.

They helped us with the check-in very easily. It was a comfortable stay, and it was near the sea.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Reception was closed but the gatekeeper very kindlief let us in.

The hotel has a good price/quality ratio. The advantages include a nice swimming pool, located right on the shore of Lake Sevan, spacious rooms.

I was lucky enough to relax for several days in this wonderful place. The guest house is located in mountainous countryside with fabulous natural views.

Originally we booked an other place which cancelled on us 3 days before the arrival, so we booked Tsovasar last minute. And how lucky that we did! It’s a complete oasis on the shore of lake Sevan!

Very hospitable host and very friendly service. Large rooms and good meal. Very good and big outdoor swimming pool. Excellent zones for kids. Voleybol and Footbal fields also billiard table.

The hotel is well accessible by car, right in the city. There are many shops, ATMs, and restaurants nearby (however, on January 1 and 2, not a single restaurant was open).

We recently stayed for one night and came to the lake. I met the owner of the hotel, showed and told everything, everything was 👌🏻. The hotel is quite small, but has everything you need. Clean, neat.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the hotel staff for their kind attitude, hospitality, and friendliness! We were very pleased with our vacation! We hope to come again!

A great experience at All Seasons Sevan, super friendly and helpful host, great food, warm bungalows and beautiful views of Sevan. Took a stroll along the beach and it was lovely.

Wow! What an unforgettable experience by Lake Sevan! The house is right in front of the lake, spotless clean, with an incredible breakfast in the morning. You can even swim directly in the lake!
