This was my second stay at the Marriott and I was even more blown away than the first time around. The staff is exceptionally professional — everyone is smiling, polite, conversational and sweet. I would take my computer to work from the gorgeous tea lounge they have and even though I would go in hours where service was closed, any staff that would walk by would come up to me respectfully (not to disturb my work) and offer to bring me tea, coffee or water. At breakfast on our first day (the buffet is delicious btw! ), I asked the omelette chef to use butter instead of oil to cook… He said 'no problem', and left the station, went to lineup behind guests to serve himself some butter from the buffet and returned to make me an amazing omelette. One of the waitresses, anticipating what we needed, brought me an Armenian coffee, natural Armenian mountain tea for my wife, and a small plate of dried fruits and nuts. Small things, I know, but besides how clean and comfortable the place is, the service being this exceptional really goes a long way and made our trip so memorable. Needless to say this will gladly become my go-to spot to rest and relax while in Armenia. If I could give it 6 stars out of 5 I would!

It really is a holiday resort where you can relax your mind body. Great service and complete facilities if you are sportive in heart.

I have never been to a resort like this. It is a magnificent hotel with treat and helpful staff. I will definitely come back here.

Very nice hotel, professional and friendly staff.

We called them today (saturday) for booking room. They answered that their sales department didn't work at the weekends and we couldn't book rooms.

The hotel, though from the network of Marridot, it certainly does not reach such status. It is obvious that the support of the complex takes very little money.
We arrived early, could not check in (the room was not ready), but offered a welcome coffee + use of the pool. The bathrobe and slippers could not be issued.
The room was standard, the windows to the courtyard. As a result, asked to relocate, as an hour after settling, the smell of sewage (more say old plumbing), penetrated all the corner of the room. Upgraded to a superior window view of the central entrance.
The pool area, the spa, the gym are good, well-done. You can spend a certain amount of time. We played tennis-the cover and rackets are old and shabby, to us as amateurs was still, but the pros certainly will not play in such conditions. There are children's Playroom + mini room with games (paid and not all works).
Breakfast was good. You can have a variety of vegetables, fruits. A little local, but it is understandable. In the city do nothing, a couple of restaurants. We were also unlucky with the lifts to the mountains, they didn't work because of the poured. The situation in Armenia for that period. I think the hotel feels good. Mostly during the winter season, when they come to ride.

The Hotel meets World standards. Comfortable rooms. Breakfasts are included in the price.

There is no landscaped area. Nothing at all, no place to go.

Although we didn’t stay at the Marriott during our stay in Tsaghkadzor as we booked close by via Airbnb. We visited the Marriott for most of our meals. The food was good, the staff were friendly.

Good view, nice service, cosy restaurant and bars. The best in Tsaxkadzor.

Kind of good. But the fives do not reach. The staff was very good and the room was very good. Coffee in any restaurant of Tsakhkadzor in 20! Times cheaper than the Mariotte bar. Although, very decent pool and gym. The location is not very good.

Villa Accommdation is nice and cozy… service standards are good Breakfast spread is good and has something of everybody.

After staying 2 nights at a local in near lake Sevan ; for balance's sake, we came to Tsaghkadzor and took a deluxe room at Marriot hotel. Fast internet, swimmingpool with sauna, billiard, gym, etc. Truely luxurious and my son enjoyed thoroughly being back in civilisation. Hotel staff very friendly and anticipating your needs. The restaurant provides quality meals and drinks. Physically the luxury of this hotel provided ease; but when I was at the local place near Sevan lake, I felt a well being. In a hotel such as this I feel disconnected from the land's natural frequencies; so today we're moving on to Jermuk.

Everything was fine, but the massage-the Spa is just 0, not rekamenduyu who do not, this horror is not when did not see and not hear…

Slow service and breakfasts leaves much to be dezirrd. But great spa, free shuttle to the slopes and great rooms.

My hubby and I loved it in 2013. The service, the food, the view. Make sure you walk in the neighborhood — lovely small restaurants with superb food are in the area.

Clean, beautiful grand resort. Best in North Armenia.
