We were suppose to stay at Alva Hotel & Spa for just 3 nights but since they exceeded our expectations, we ended up staying for 1 more night. It's really a Winter Wonderland experience! The place is quiet, clean and just few minutes walk to the ski resort. They also offer a variety of buffet breakfast & serve complimentary fruits everyday. Thank you Alva Hotel & Spa for being part of our 2 weeks vacay in Armenia. You are superb!

Hotel in Ivanovo. One of the best hotels in the city in quality of service, cleanliness and interior. Guests are Greeted with a glass of champagne, delicious and varied breakfasts, in the restaurant in the evening live fire, a café on the roof and spa.

Very nice hotel, cozy, the best staff. It is surrounded by a forest in the mountains. In spring all slopes are covered with flowers, and in winter there are ski slopes.

Very close to the trails, but the room itself is on 3, 5-4/5. The shower leaves much to be desired.

Cozy cabins on 4, pleasant value for money in terms of food, internet and fireplace, but there are no equipment dryers and shops. Good slopes, but little guns because of what a lot of ice on the slopes in the absence of natural snow.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 hours. The reception staff doesnt speak English properly at all. The rooms had stains all over the walls from dead bugs (Not to speak about the bugs that still were alive hanging at the corners of the room), the shower had mold, the safe was so small It couldnt even fit a tablet. To toilet didn't flush properly. There are cups to make tea, but no watercooker or tea. We tried the swimming pool which according to the uninterested lady there was nicely warm 25°C which was really too cold to swim. This hotel is far from being a 4 star. Maybe a 3 star but certainly not more. We moved out same day they ripped us another 31500 AMD for the 4 hours we stayed even though they agreed not to charge anything. Dont stay here they are thieves! I stay on average 90 nights per year in hotels this was really one of the worst.

This is not Best Western… When checking in the room for 40, 000 drams a day ($85) was no heating and hot water — the crane Red face is cold water and the Blue is hot — shower is leaking, the cab door is barely hanging on — tiles in the shower of poor quality, laid somehow, and most importantly… in the bathroom there is no heating ;) ) ) ) ) ) ) So to relieve themselves and wash need to be in Spartan conditions… — all over the room stretched heating pipes, as if living during the repair — for headboards and see the age-old dust… — in the room for $ 85, the fireplace is heated for an additional fee — $ 4 for one bunch — the pool is very nice, cozy, warm, with well laid tiles and even luxury inscription ALVA… But,,,, the Owners here stingy, glass tinted pool and all swimmers can watch the inhabitants of, and persons on the street. I have the feeling that the hotel is operated on the principle "Minimum cost — maximum benefit". Earlier, in Soviet times, it was the tourist camp… — it remained. This is a very simple hotel.

Great view from the window, the same service. Kitchen — buffet, better than in Tunisia. The excellent variety, reasonable prices. Intoxicating the air around. Of the minuses — cold water in the pool and have to pour cold water in the shower. Showers leaked water all over the bathroom.

The best location. Located on the Hill, but you can safely descend to the road on foot. The only problem is the numbers themselves, or rather a bathroom. From under the shower water flowing, and laid on the floor tiles, like asphalt in Moscow. Then there's water flowing everywhere, not only in draining:-) We are here for the second time and if going to Tsakhkadzor, only here. In General, all recommend.

It is very comfortable place for skiing, because is very close to ski complex.
