We could not travel to Bariloche due to the covid-19 situation, and they refused a refund… I work in hospitality, and in this unprecedented situation, we went against our terms and conditions to offer people the opportunity to cancel and be refunded. I wish the staff there had a bit more humanity in them in those circumstances and did the same!

Good night spectacular hotel not recommended in attention, we just arrived today February 22nd and were welcomed as if we had arrived at a motel. And this same comment I will do for all social networks once my stay is over. We were traveling 6 hours on the way from chili (Osorno) to Bariloche for the 4th time and first time we decided to trust staying at the hotel design suites (recommended by our trusted person in the Alma del lago suites hotel) which did not count the one that recommended us; is that when we arrive at the design we find SIMON the receptionist tonight a super intolerant and indisposed person to serve us politely… so much so that Chileans say weon for any expression: And I challenge my partner because he took it personally challenging him to explain why he said WEON to him.

This is NOT a 5 stars hotel. Sorry. We stayed there for Christmas 2017 it was a desaster. In the middle of the night the power went off for hours no one communicated with us. On Christmas Day The restaurant was close for dinner. We walked to the intercontinental and had a super time! please avoid!

I'm sure it's a four-star. Five is a lot. Comfortable rooms. Last time you couldn't regulate the heating. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not very recent but beautiful structure with interiors all themed of the Boca Football Team with yellow and blue colors every where; very good buffet breakfast and location in the city centre with subway easily accessible.

Awesome location. Good rooms. Obviously I’m a Boca fan and there’s no better place. The breakfast is good for Argentina standards. If you need anything else you a few steps away from any restaurant in the CABA microcentro area.

It's a nice 3*. While it's thematic, it's nothing of the other world. It is neat and very clean and is very good for Boca fans. It has decoration and also museum type of football club.

The food was very good and the room service was very good. Nice rooms and the pool. If I go back out to eat outside.

"Official Boca Hotel" While I was making the reservation I imagined that I was going to stay in a great hotel where I was going to feel identified by the fans feeling and the history of the club.
Something out there comes the idea of the hotel although with great edges below expectations.
1) Cleanliness: Terrible, I spent two days, never cleaned and came from before the matter.
2) Maintenance: While the hotel has modern and pleasant furnishings, the general maintenance is one of the large absentees 3) hotel management; It would be easy to blame the reception. But that a hotel for two days does not have a single person responsible,. And that when you try to contact by email for serious events occurred you answer the two days and not provide an answer to the height does not seem to me that this approach to the vision that had their creators and the image that in principle one imagines of the hotel.
We rented the room for two days to be able to enjoy the game on the giant screen.
We could not see the game, no one told us that we had to book a restaurant table and that also you can not watch the game in the room. In the HOTEL of Boca you can not see the game of Boca (incredible) The price is well above what is perceived.

In my opinion is not a 4 ☆, 3 and 1/2 with luck. The parking lot is tiny and you have to do too many maneuvers. Normal staff, I've seen better. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The most classic are very comfortable. The bathroom is quite neat and has hydro massages (small but well). Almost no hotel puts comb and/or toothbrush which is a shame with the prices they handle and the cost that would be offered. The pool area with the sauna and jacuzzi are very nice and complete. The breakfast was very good.

Impeccable bathrooms, spotless room, all in excellent condition and at the height.
Get some rest and know a little bit about the culture of football.
Pretty central, near Subway and walking you get to quite a few attractions of the city.

It has very nice pool despite not being deep. It's long and the area invites you to stay. It has a dry sauna and a jacuzzi. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. All at a very good price.

The hotel is sufficient. It's slightly far from San Telmo and is, generally, missing the sort of refinement you'd expect from something. Queen bed is two twins pushed together, you can frequently hear other rooms as well.

It is expensive and poor service. The restaurant is cold and noctienen lunch good. The SPA does not visit it.
The rooms are good spacious and comfortable.
They don't have people to help with the suitcases and very inattentive. I wouldn't go back.

The truth does not give any star we went one night my husband and I as a bed for 2 people gave us two single beds together. Breakfast nothing that seeing photos a coffee table with 4 crazy things for what comes out is a disaster.
