➜ Excellent in every aspect. Friendly and the staff very caring and helpful.
➜ Be careful with reservations! ; Especially people who are from the interior of the country. Bad experience!. We make early booking. Arrived the day to stay and after a long trip of 15 hours. We were informed by the receptionist that the room we had booked in advance and that they had registered in their system was being occupied by other people. A lack of respect and total inconsiderateness on the part of the people who represent the hotel Cibeles. We had to walk around looking for a long time where to stay, implying it; A great risk to our security.
