Hotel completely to be renovated. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Staff not available. Breakfast is badly organized.

Cute. Spacious. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Near the busiest points.

Very friendly staff, we were touched by the room 801 which had the bathroom door in bad condition which did not close, the padding was stained and control a. A didn't work. Normal breakfast Neither highlight nor criticize, good sign of Wi-Fi and the pool was not in the best condition.

Very old and bad state for the price. The door did not open well with the magnetic card I warned the janitor and nobody did anything. I just came to open it once and then to rage alone every time I wanted to open. In the bathroom they use a nylon curtain yet. It does not have tomascorriente near the bed to charge the cell phone.

Terrible Wi-Fi and the staff did nothing about it after several complaints. If you are traveling for work don't stay here.

Positive: good location and good treatment. Negative: the rooms could be better and the breakfast could be more comprehensive, specifically for celiacs only had rice cakes and jam.

Very good service, large bathrooms, clean, TV, air conditioning, gym, heated pool, depending on the room have Jacuzzi.

Service was Ok but the A/C does not work properly so it was impossible to sleep with the BS Sumner heat, beside that they made an party/meeting at night's, and there was more than 200 people smoking in front of the main/only door, and standing in the middle of the path, it really uncomfortable. Heat, smoke, noise and 100's of people in the door. Very unpleasant visit, complained about the AC like 3 times so they installed a portable unit in the room, without the back hose so all the heat stayed inside the room it wasn't a solutu on. Very unpleasant visit.

I Visited the hotel for a training that was dictated in the first floor Room. The Organization was good. The facilities are very nice and the attention great.

The last time I went was terrible! The pool is very small for the amount of people we were and the water so hot that you feel bad, it is good to relax the body has to be hot but neither the nonsense! I went to enjoy spa and last in the spa sector half an hour as much, pathetic! The next day at breakfast there were no tables to sit on, they were all busy, when we retired the manager made us a discount on the rate, he admitted that the service had been terrible! I never come back again and I don't recommend it either!

The service is good for an average hotel but it does not reach the expectations of a luxury hotel as it pretends to be. On a clearly hot day the air-conditioned environment was not far from the external temperature, when claiming to receive us God as the only solution the installation of a portable, which never cooled the room, not even fulfilled the function of a simple Fan. On the other hand when requesting any kind of service, like towels in the pool or drinks in the room, the answer, although very cordial, was slow and not efficient. As positive points they emphasize good quality furniture, a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast, the decoration brief and without concept but pleasant.

The place and the attention is correct. Clean and renovated Hotel. Detail. The pool is girl the gym. The air was not working and the triple room did not have 3 beds but 2 beds and a sofa. Taking that out. Well if you would return not.

The hotel is very well located in downtown, but the air conditioning does not work in the room, the bathroom has no ventilation, the carpets smell old, does not look like investments in recent renovations, the TV is old and small, minibar little Provided and the old towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't recommend it.

It seems or want to show it as an excellent hotel. The reality is that the benefits are very good, but the details make the difference. Example shampoo and cream in large bowl, instead of boys and disposables gives the feeling of being unhygienic.

This hotel is a o star hotel no bell boys woman from the age off 85 years carring their luggage at midnight elevatars that don't work. And you tell me that this hotel is five star?

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. I classified it as a 1 star hotel. At our arrival the room was made up but it is as if the staff has only made the beds. There was no toilet paper. I called the operator and they told me that it will be delivered. I've been waiting the whole night. I called again early in the morning to remember them to deliver the toilet paper. Very shame, very poor service. There were other rooms that had the same problem of toilet paper. Always when I travel I have tissues with me, so I used my own hand tissues. Another issue is:The kitchen of the hotel was some what not hygiene at all. The breakfast was not fresh at all with exception of the scrambled eggs, I guess, served during the breakfast. The staff need to be upgraded. Some of them did their utmost to serve us better. But definitely this I not a 4 star hotel. Room doors not locking. Bathroom not closing at all. Very old. Bath towels old, should be throw away. I felt as if the hotel staff fooled us. We payed for a service we never got.

This hotel is a complete disgrace. The rooms are very dirty and even found bedbugs. Confronted customer service they shrugged and said they didn't know what they were. Never going to any Dazzler Tower hotel ever.

Excellent location and very good service.

A place to recommend excellent in all respects location space. You are steps away from restaurants, cinema, supermarket and puerto madero. Swimming pool on the ground floor and on the terrace, sauna, dry and wet, gym a panoramic view of the surroundings of San Telmo.

Very convenient location, close to Manuel Tienda Leon shuttle service from the airport, within the business center of the city. Avoid room 1105 as you have the noise of the evelator early in the morning. Good Wi-Fi service and breakfast.
