The accommodation is a few dozen meters from the 'main street' in a beautiful small courtyard. The view was amazing! Especially with all the beautiful autumn colours. The beds slept wonderfully and there was an extra heather for cold evenings. The breakfast was perfect. I have never had such delicious cheese and milk. We enjoyed a packed lunch during our hike and had dinner there in the evening. We look forward to staying here again.
Great stay at Flodisa from beginning to end! (End of October). Great location in centre of town and minutes from trailheads. Arrived at 9am, hoping to leave bags before a day hike, but our room was already ready for us to checkin. Very comfortable alpine style room for 4 people with 1 double and two single beds, good Wi-Fi and hot shower. Hosts were fantastic, really friendly and helpful wuth great English too. Substantial set dinner from 6pm for 15 euros (or 12 for veggie). Chicken and rice, kebab meat, roast veggies, salad, cheese, yoghurt and loads of bread, all home made. Breakfast included in room rate from 7am, buffet includes bread, eggy French toast, boiled eggs, cheese, yoghurt, salad, cake, plus home made jams and local honey, and barista coffee. Delicious. Packed lunches also available. I highly recommend this place!

Too cold. I was suffering because there was a small heater and it was 1 degree outside. Florian brought a second heater, but it didn't really help. He asked me to turn it off before bed. I was FREEEEEZING! Even though I paid for two nights, I left early. I think it's time to invest in wall units! I stayed in a very old, stone building in Gjirokastra (Santa Room) and it was cozy and warm because they had good wall unit heaters. At least install a wall unit in the restaurant so there's a warm place to go…!
The Wi-Fi is unreliable. I took a 2 hour zoom call from the restaurant and there was ZERO Wi-Fi the whole time. It drew data from my phone. The Wi-Fi worked the next day, even from my room, so Wi-Fi is hit-and-miss. There is some discoloration near the window frame in the bathroom.
On the bright side, Florian is an EXCELLENT and KIND owner! He did everything he could to make me comfortable. He upgraded my room. Brought me a kettle. There are thick, cozy blankets on the bed. The shower has red-hot water, with good water pressure. The location is great! (After you come across the bridge, take a right, go a block, and then take a left down a small lane. )
Florian makes the best coffee in Albania! And the breakfast spread is remarkable. So many options! And some cute kitties. I think the place would be more enjoyable in summer.
