Excellent hotel, clean sea just steps away, sandy beach! Everything is just great!

My husband and I vacationed in June 2025. I have never left a review, but after this trip I want guests to not be afraid to come to this hotel because of bad reviews.

We stayed at the hotel on Sadovaya for 9 days in September 2024.
Clean, well-maintained, good mattresses, bed linen. Refrigerator and kettle on the floor for common use.

We stayed at the hotel in early September. It's not bad. Special thanks to the girls at reception; we could ask them any questions and they were always helpful.

I was on holiday with my grandson from August 3 to August 11, 2025. I spent a long time looking for a hotel that would be comfortable for a holiday with a child.

Everything is great, sometimes there is a sewer smell, but the owner promised to fix everything. I recommend!

The best place in Abkhazia, an ancient building and an appropriate atmosphere, everything is at hand, the view of both the avenue and the sea is stunning.

Excellent location of the hotel, in the center of Sukhum, on the embankment, opposite the famous coffee shop "Brekhalovka". BUT! The big minus is the room equipment itself.
