A very good hotel and close to sea. Staff are kind and helpful.

We had a family vacation of 5 people, a spacious deluxe room, 2 bathrooms. Unit (one with a Jacuzzi bathtub, one with a sink), 2 rooms with beds, 1 living room with a sofa bed, a huge corridor, 2 balconies, everything you need is there (refrigerator, kettle, water cooler, dishes, TV, internet, air conditioning in each room and hallway), cleaning every other day with replacement of towels, bathrobes, slippers. The staff is friendly. Breakfast included, cafe across the road. 3 minutes to the sea. Located not far from the center. Cons: microwave on the floor, iron on the floor, the beach is dirty, the water pressure in the bathroom is weak, the water supply is poorly regulated, mosquitoes. True, there is fumitox for mosquitoes. In the cafe, the waitress kept confusing orders, often brought the wrong thing, so she included it in the bill, was rude, and was always dissatisfied. The cafe is private, they do what they want, the food is always monotonous, some are tasty, some are not.

The rooms have cardboard walls, you can hear everything from everywhere. The room itself is shabby, a very small, half-broken wardrobe, cracks under the door. This is like a deluxe🤦‍♂️ Price May 2 7tr per day.
It's VERY, VERY expensive. In Sochi, much nicer hotels are cheaper.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast at the cafe across the street is delicious.
“Beautiful” views of some homeless house on one side and a construction site on the other. Oh, and be prepared for horsemen riding under your windows at night.

Room cleaning is high quality; if desired, they can be cleaned every day. The cleaning staff are very friendly.
The room itself (suite) is large and clean with a jacuzzi. (The only leather furniture was torn in places, and this was most likely the work of the small residents. I recommend that the hotel replace it with something vandal-proof).
The location is quite convenient, 2 minutes from the sea and next to the promenade.
The food (there were only breakfasts) in the mini-cafe opposite was delicious, home-style, but very meager (porridge, omelet and tea per person every day. There are options, but nothing more).

We stayed at the hotel on the 4th floor. Everything is very great, the staff is friendly, the room is excellent, clean, everything works, it’s warm (there is air conditioning and a heater in cold weather, it’s very important) the room is cleaned every day, there is always bottled drinking water in the room, black and green tea, soap, toilet paper, toothbrush, shampoo gel and even a razor. There is a hairdryer and a kettle and a refrigerator. White linen of excellent quality. Another advantage is that the hotel is open 24 hours a day, so you can check in at any time. Good sound insulation, the room is always quiet. There is a table tennis table in the lobby, you can play at any time. The location is great, central, 2 steps from all attractions. There is a gym.

We are glad that we were guests of the Moscow House Hotel. I liked everything, it is located in the very center of Sukhumi. The sea and the embankment are three minutes from the hotel. All attractions are within walking distance. Special thanks to the administrators, the girls are in their place! Everyone told us where everything was, how to get there. They even advised me to go to the theater. We remember you with great warmth. The room was cleaned every day, everything was replenished on time, snow-white linen! We recommend this hotel to everyone!
