Disaster! We were unable to sleep during our stay. Our room neighbors played very loud music throughout the morning, knocked on doors constantly and screamed for hours! We're tired of making claims. And as if that weren't enough, we find the night manager standing in front of these people's door, laughing at the noises. Unserious, full of prostitutes. After every complaint they laughed at us and shouted at us on the other. The hotel staff did not solve anything at all. This hotel only takes care of Muslims well.

Stayed here for a conference for 6 days. For 6 days, we had non stop 6 kids running through our floor banging doors screaming and crying. The mother and nannies would leave the door and you would hear screaming, yelling, crying for 6 night and days straight. I complained to the staff after night 3 since we couldn't sleep due to the commotion. They didn't have any room available that night so we waited for the following day. Finally got a room on night 6 but gave is a smaller room. I had better experiences with service at 2 and 3-star hotels. Overall hotel and location are nice, but for the price you pay, you can do a lot better in the area. Not recommended at all.

Pls. Try the black cod at nobu. It's simply fantastic.

Great property. Small and super curated in detail. Nice rooms comfortable and clean with super d modern technology. Breakfast a la carte. Super location. Landmarks within walking distance. A few minutes' taxi from Oxford Street. Unforgettable.

My family and I stayed here for my brother's wedding three weeks ago. We had an unbelievably incredible service from the Duty Manager — James Wilson. Their hospitality in comparison to the wedding venue — the Four Season's Park Lane, was second to none. I cannot express how grateful we are to James and all the hotel staff for being so accommodating to our entire family, and for ensuring that we had everything set in place for the wedding preparations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in central London.

5* Hotel in the centre of London with noble restaurant next door. Ideally situated 4 Hyde Park and all the top end restaurants in the Mayfair area.

Great location and cool hotel. The bar and lounge are easy to hang out in. Service was good with helpful staff. Rooms are clean and nice w amazing minibar!

Upgraded room. Original one was small with poor view but new one overlooked the park and was gorgeous. Love the nespresso. Great bed.

Had dinner at Nobu and was disappointed by the experience. It felt rushed all the way through. The waiters either pushed us to order/serve wine when we were still on sake or were totally absent when we needed them. The service in the restaurant didn't feel up to the standards of the food or pricing. Very disappointing. Must say the waiters in the bar area were great and very friendly. Food in my opinion is hugely overpriced. Yes it's good but I've eaten as well in other top sushi restaurants for half the price.

I got panoramic room. Love it maxxxx. I can see the whole hype park right in front of my bed. Strolling around London is really easy for me form the Hotel.

This hotel is just about a 5 star but very pedestrian, took 30 minutes to check in and get our prebooked room and a further 15 minutes for our case to arrive. There are many better 5 star hotels in London. Not for us.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Green Park — the park view rooms are stunning. If you are visiting London, the location is key and only 10 minutes away from the tube. Must try (be wary about the price) Nobu is part of the establishment. Pleasant staff who welcomes with the most beautiful smile you could think.

I was gonna give them half a star but I don't have that option. We order something and it always comes late, sometimes room service messes up the food and forgets stuff. Also, to use the gym you have to be over 18. I come to London almost every year and this was one of the worst hotels i've stayed in. If you want a good hotel, I would recommend Grosvenor or Amba or Milestone, even Royal Garden. I am disappointed in this hotel.

We stayed at Como Metropolitan London in May 2017 during the Chelsea Flower Show 2 weeks ago. We were absolutely spoiled! Very big applause and to the ever most helpful valet parking service! Whenever we came back to the hotel and needed the service, we want to thank you so much to every concierge who always seemed to effortlessly have taken the car key and drove the BMW away and it was never too much of a trouble at all. That was the most grateful moment and the truely c…omforting peace of mind in guest experience we think it just basically stand out and make it unique. The room was beautiful and it has a fantastic view overlooking the park in front with Four Seasons on the left. Anytime you looked outside the view there was always the chic bunch having the tea or drinking bubbly in the beautiful terrace Four Seasons has and the busy London buses and taxis driving in and out of the mini roundabout on the right. We were also blessed with all the most sunny and hot days but still breezy in shades, imagine the trees were dancing and the birds were singing, this was the picture you look out the window every time. And this was the London I used to know. I just adored watching it. It was so vibrant and buzzing. The room is modern with very high quality of finishing, panel control everything, Beautiful lime green and cream, lots of space with tuck away coffee tea making area, a very well thought design to keep minimalistic in tag.

What a great urban oasis! Cool design, very nice staff and certainly one of the best spas in London. Really enjoyed my stay there.

The staff was friendly and amazing. The ambience is the café was calming and relaxing. Overall very clean and recommendable.

Lovely hotel. Extremely good reception, checked us in early, beautiful room overlooking Hyde park. Very comfortable beds and everything you would need. Wonderful staff very helpful. I had a massage in the spa which was one of the best I have had. Good breakfast and lovely complimentary fruit was a very nice touch.

Staff are excellent on the front desk. However I had no hot water in my room which was a little annoying. Which considering the premium nature of this hotel I was a little disappointed.

Hotel staff was snobby, room view overlook HVAC of Hilton, but NOBU was xlnt. For the price, I think the staff could drop the attitude and be less impressed with themselves.

I was pleasantly surprised! Great location and helpful staff. I arrived in the morning and was able to do an early check in. The spa is also very nice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
