The staff are really friendly and provided directions to nearby amenities on arrival. The apartment was of really high quality, with everything you would expect. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed at Carlton Court for 6 months whilst my house was being refurbished & I can honestly say the place is top class service could not say one bad word about my 6 months stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Also the location is absolutely amazing!

My family and I stayed at these apartments and had an exceptional stay. Staff get to know you on a first name basis & These are little things that you won't get in bigger hotels. Our apartment was very clean, felt very luxurious and obviously well kept. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who likes the comforts of home but in the center of the city centre. I would have given 4 stars out of 5, had it not been for the disgusting attitude of the woman who says she's the director. How rude and obnoxious can one be!? Horrendous. Avoid.

I see that the 'owner' (who doesn't actually 'own' the place), claims my review was fake; in fact, it would appear you do this with every poor review. It's no coincidence, when you have many reviews of the same nature — i. E — your rudeness and unacceptable behaviour towards customers. I booked / stayed via Booking. Com three weeks prior to my review, booking confirmation 2109717708. From the minute I entered, the 'owner' was sat on her laptop facing me. There was no initial acknowledgment, despite she had just released the entrance door for me. I then gave my details, and part way through speaking, the phone started to ring and joy proceeded to answer it, ignoring me in the process. I was veer annoyed at such rudeness & ignorance, which I've never experienced before! After checking in, I asked where the lift was. You told me, but I couldn't understand. As it happens, the lift was actually 5 meters in front of me, but hidden on the left. You had to repeat yourself as I didn't quite hear you, and on the third time, you became very annoyed that you had to repeat yourself, raising your voice and being abrupt. I later came down, walking straight past you, and you ignored me! On my last day, I told you I found your customer service non-existent, and damn right despicable. You told me how dare I speak to you like that! You shouted over me, disregarded my comments, and acted like you're done superior person. It's disgraceful and unacceptable.

This was our 4th time staying at Carlton Court and the first with our 9 month old, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 weeks (my husbands family has been using CC for many years). I called in advance and spoke to Ms Ginette she immediately remembered us and before me even asking she said a cot bed would be ready and waiting, not only was one prepared she had even provided a musical mobile. While my husband was working Ms Ginette was always helpful. I would recommend this unique boutique serviced apartments to all that want a central London location and friendly staff. I liked the personal touches and would proudly call this is our London home away from home.

One of the best apartments we stayed in London. The professional services offered by Ms. Ginette and her Team was outstanding. We felt like being at our home as we spent around 2 weeks there in a lovely apartment. I recommend and looking forward to our next visit to London.

You're correct I haven't stayed as my review is surrounding a telephone call I made to you guys considering a booking. The business owner is a horrible woman and very very rude — screaming down the phone at me because I happened to ask too many questions apparently.

Very cosy apt. For a family to stay. Affordable price. Have toilet for disable person which rare to find in London. A had stayed at few hotels but this is the only one with Disable toilet. Staffs are very helpful especial for Mr Danial. Thank you so much recommend others to stay.

I have stayed stayed at Carlton court last month with my family in one of the 3 bedroom apartment for 1 week, all what we can say is that we loved every minute of our stay, I would love to thank each member of the staff for their attention and high level of Customer service which made us feel at home, and special thank you for Ms Ginette for taking extra care of us and accommodating our needs, she is a very straight forward lady if she can help she will go the extra mile to do so, we enjoyed the welcoming from the staff and the lovely welcome pack (fruits, beverages and snakes), the apartment is spotless, very clean, huge master bedroom and lounge, and the plus was the location we were just a short walk from Hyde park, oxford street and Harrods. For sure we will be back soon. Thanks…

Always a pleasure to stay there, great service, helpful staff, very clean and would not stay anywhere else in London. The owner Ginette is very helpful and welcomed us, she answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. I was delighted with my visit to the hotel. A very warm and welcoming environment for my visit to London. I would highly recommend them. The manager really could not have been more helpful. I am definitely going to stay again.

One of the best apartment we stayed in London. I can say that it is like 7 star with best service. We felt it like our home. Though we are vegitarian we never feel all our things are well taken care.
