Very helpful staff. Awesome breakfast.

Staff very friendly hotel a 5 minute walk from Victoria station and from there London by means is at your fingertips… Very Good.

Hotel well located, the staff are friendly.
The room is ok. The price is a bit pricey for the quality of the room. But catches up in terms of geographical location.

Check in went smoothly, I was checking in pretty late that night. It's in an older building and do have to walk up the stairs to your room. You will notice the floors are pretty squeaky. The room is pretty small but it is adequate and is clean as is the bathroom. I was only staying the night so it fit my needs.

Although it's an old Victorian building, much modernized, no elevator or lift for someone with limited mobility. Staff was very accommodating, which sorta made up for it, but 5 stories up, 10 flights of stairs… Super convenient to Victoria Station, and quite a few good places to grab a bite and a pint after a day of touristy stuff.

I was looking for some lodging near the School I was going to attend my masterclasses, but Victor Hotel exceeded by far my expectations. Among its strongest points, its location, just a short walk from both Victoria and also Pimlico stations or its cleanliness, apart from the lovely neighbourhood Victor Hotel is located, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and markets. You feel you're in London's heart, no doubt. However, the very best of all, it was Victor Hotel staff. To be honest, I wouldn't call them just "staff", because from the very beginning, with its warm welcome, my friend and I felt at home. For some days, we felt, we were part of its family. Fernando, Diego and Camila were so supportive and friendly, as well as professional, that for sure, next time, I have to spend some days in London, I'll try to book in Victor's Hotel. They're what I called "smiles-makers", they're the kind of people, who exceed widely what it's expected from them, because they put passion on what they do. Thanks very much, guys!

Great little hotel. The guy at Reception was first class, and let me check in early. The room was very clean, and surprisingly for London very quiet at night. Location and area is great, with Victoria coach and train stations within walking distance. Pimlico tube station is only 5 minutes walk away.

Essential Strategic Position.

Comfortable budget room with a decent continental breakfast included. Clean bathroom and speedy Wi-Fi. Calm neighborhood though close to lively Victoria station. Two tube stations at walking distance. Pimlico is the nearest but to Victoria it's a 10 min walk. Very easy to reach from Stansted airport by coach.

We stayed over New Year'S Eve for 3 Days. For this Period, the Hotel was really the absolute Hammer! The Location is really extremely good (Pimlico, a safe Precinct south-east of Westminster Abbey) In the Street of the Hotel there is also a Stop for the public Bus, which in Principle you can get anywhere. Besides, most Of the time drive around via Taxis in the Road, you actually just have to wave then comes one:)
But it must also be Clear that you can not expect a 5 Star hotel for this Price (extremely good for the Location & cheap! ). The Rooms were a bit older, so were the Beds & the Bathroom, which was really a bit more dilapidated. But If you don't have a Problem with it, and it's really just about having a warm Shower & a Bed at the End of the Day, that Hotel is ideal. The Friendliness of the Staff makes everything wet again! They are so nice, accommodating & always help you. 24h Reception service (top! )
That Breakfast can be imagined as at home, Toast, Rolls, Jam, cereal, So no Luxury Breakfast, but enough to start your Day well. All in all, a super cool Hotel, especially for a short Stop trip!

Convenient for location, kindness of staff, clean, breakfast sufficient, although turn-based given the space reduced. We were on the ground floor, so no stairs except for breakfast which is offered in the downstairs room. Quiet at night. Crazy to find in reception a guy with relatives of our country, very kind and very helpful. I recommend it for basic but comfortable holidays in a mega London.

Nice room, super nice staff, Wi-Fi isn't the best.

I only stayed a night and was rarely in my room, so do take my review with a grain of salt. The rooms are small and I was in the lower level so it was a little dark with just one slightly-below-ground window. Luckily I was traveling alone so it wasn't a problem, but another person in the room would have made it tight with luggage. Didn't sample the brekky as I needed to bolt early in the morning. Reception was sweet. Happily walkable location to anything you want.

Fine for a value stay. Breakfast was great and service very friendly. Our shower broke and this was not attended to for the duration of our stay however.

Clean, cheap and friendly. The breakfast was light, but at that price, its not really a concern. Front desk staff super helpful and the room, though basic, was great in a pinch. Literally booked an hour before I showed up and really much better than I had expected.

Don't stay here, especially in the summer. No air conditioning, no elevator, teeny tiny rooms.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Door locks need some love. Room tiny. Breakfast is tasty and better than Continental breakfast. For a service breakfast the choices are limited. Choices: toast, croissant, fruit, cereal.

Pros: Staff is super nice and professional. Clean facilities. Nice breakfast. Great location near VIctoria station. Lots of nice caffes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Cons: Upstairs floors are difficult to get with a lot of luggae and there's no Wi-Fi. Some rooms equipment is worn off and old. Feels a bit cheap for the money spent.

Quiet and friendly Hotel, small but clean and comfortable rooms. Conveniently located close to Pimlico Metro station and Victoria station. The breakfast is a little bit limited especially for the lack of salt but overall more than acceptable.

It was a very nice Hotel. The location is excellent: Central, close to Victoria Station and the bus stop No. 24 right in front. There's no elevator. The breakfast is continental, good and plentiful in my opinion. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is wireless connection throughout the hotel, which you can avail if you have your laptop with you. Everything looks quite new (furniture, carpets, sheets), but the structure is old and the floor creaks (this may cause you problems if above guests are particularly restless).
The general judgement is positive, especially if comparing my experience with numerous tales of friends who had already been in London. I recommend the Victor Hotel especially to young couples.
