Very hot in room. Hot summer. No air condition or fan. Wi Fi often disrupted. Location good.

Location was awesome! Perfect for a one night stay to London. Small room, but charming. Close to public transport and charming London sights.

Good central location, but very small room, tiny beds, which were uncomfortable, glad I only stayed 2 nights, beds gave me backache and one of the mattresses was sloped to one side. Was in a twin room… it had cramped shower room with toilet effectively in the shower. Shower water pressure was non-existent and a horrible smell coming from the shower drain made worse by heat in the room… room had no aircon, stayed in May and room was a sauna, even with window fully open … would be even worse in height of summer… rooms also do not have an iron or ironing board and have to pick up and drop off at reception… not helpful if down on business.

Single room for two people is very small (the bed barely fits in the room. Shower is tiny. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Location is good. Little outdated. No room in the room. Small room.

Great Location… close to Victoria Tube, railway station & bus station. Also very close to Pimlico tube station. Helpful & friendly staff but rooms are small, air conditioning not working & only cold breakfast which remains the same every single day!

This is a good hotel, very close to Victoria station. The rooms are quite small and there's not much storage space but are fine if this isn't needed. One downside is no microwave or fridge in the room. The breakfast every morning is decent, but the coffee is not that good.

The room is fine. Simple breakfast in place too small for so many people. The bathroom in the room has no delimited shower and the floor of every bathroom is filled with water and there is no way to remove it.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Victoria station (which is great), it's inclusive breakfast (also great), & free Wi-Fi. We also liked the fact they had a room for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) … however this is why we only gave a 3 star rating — the room we were given was at the back of the hotel and "up a flight of stairs" we were told. This was a very narrow flight of stairs, & not 1 but 5… no elevator with 4 sizeable cases! And then to find a small room but even smaller bathroom (tiny)!

Ideally located near Victoria station at 10 min walk from the train station. Possibility to stay with family in Room 4 people. Nice staff and reasonable budget for a city like London, so 눇a breakfast rather hearty and European. Beware however to the bathroom rather tiny and faulty fittings during our passage… recommend it anyway.

Perfect area. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Very very small sink… but you have what it takes to clean yourself.

The room itself is good but quite small, for three people. The bathroom is not very good it is old a little dirty and in our room is very hot.

Positively surprised with this hotel. Very nice staff, the lady in the breakfast is very polite, room clean (a bit small for 3), bathroom super small. Fresh products for breakfast. And being in London for visiting we only used it to sleep. So… Fantastic! Good location and easy to access. Thank you to the reception team for answering all my emails straight away! We will for sure be back in our next visit!

The hotel is comfortable, clean very well located. With the subway one arrives to all London. The bad thing is the attention of the people at the reception.

The position is great. If winter try to get a room facing Belgrade st it's sunny. Breakfast is basic. Bathroom tiny. Bus at your doorstep.

Check in and check out were incredibly easy and quick. Free Wi-Fi with code provided at check in. Rooms are nice and cozy, if you are after a large room then this probably wouldnt suit but it was perfectly fine for us. Breakfast was free and there was a large selection of food and drink. Good location — 7 minutes from Victoria station. Bathroom was small, but clean. More like a wet room but didnt bother us. TV and Kettle provided. Staff were helpful. Rooms and communal areas very clean!

Excellent location, 300 meters from Pimlico Metro and 500 meters from Victoria, bus 24 which stops right in front of the entrance, very quiet area, hotel room in the basement… this would also be passable, but the bathroom really shameful, in a square meter are managed to thread: Cup, sink is shower corner, door from CM 60 when you open it goes to beat against the mixer of the shower and then it is bored, to repair it they put a plastic patch which of course broke, even the bottom of the door was Rattopp ATO with the plastic, both inside and outside, probably because the water of the shower has ruined it, who wants to stay in this place I recommend to get sent the floor of the room, mine was the No. 6.

Staff and welcome no doubt friendly… Spartan rooms, little comfort bathroom very questionable… excellent breakfast, wide choice of sweet and savory foods, continually added by staff to cope with the onslaught of grasshoppers… unhappy position for the Breakfast room, yesterday it was raining in the hallway…

Neat, good care, practical. Ideal for tourists. About 6 blocks from the Metro Victoria that connects all of London.

The room was extremely tiny for one oerson, let alone two people. They even had an extra cot in place for a third person. Boy was it cramped. We has to share and take turns eating at the tiny table with one chair. A night stand was used to prop a door open. Very odd set up. The room had been freshly painted but not aired out properly before we got there. Shower was pretty, but on closer inspection it needed a lot if care. A lot of mold and too much caulking. Handles were loose. Our room looked like it was once a closet space. Staff was very friendly. At least they had that going for them.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was allowed to eat although it was a burden because there were so many people and little space. The value for money is not the right one as you pay a fortune to be in the center and it is not a 3 star hotel. The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom very small.

Very clean and tidy. Rooms only small but we'll worth the money. Will be booking again next year for the oval test match.

The Hotel was very nice. The breakfast was very clean. I did not like the bathroom that has no shower tray and the water is on the floor which causes you to have to put towels on the floor if you don't want to slip or get your feet wet when you come back in.

If you're a film-paying killer and you want a place in line this is your place. I put 2 stars on it because it was reasonably clean. But the door was on the ground so much that I had to put two towels in the gap between them. I don't care if it's a small room. And the tiny sink. But that the breakfast you give it in a bag in plan picnic and that you eat it in your room or in the street? This on October 2017… go Web site. 3-Star Hotel! I said if you're a Hitman or a very tough guy… then yes!

The manager is very polite. But it leaves unanswered the descuadre of the door with respect to the corridor as well as the disturbing view of the room to a kind of terrace where neither Jack the Ripper would go… Still with breakfast room reform (expected before 2040? ) I won't be back. I think we have to give opportunities to other places. Best regards!

The staff are very friendly, the Wi-Fi was solid, and the lobby is super well kept, but that's where the big positives both start and end. The rooms are SUPER basic. This may well be the first hotel I've ever stayed in that lacked an ironing board and an iron. The bed was tiny (though comfortable), my carpet had stains, my room was on the basement level, and the bathroom was very dated. I might stay here again, but probably not at the price I paid. Good basic hotel, but hard to call it good value.

Pros: a great location in a nice neighborhood, close to the centre (about 10 minutes to Victoria or the Buckingham palace), lovely and helpful staff, working Wi-Fi without a problem. Cons: we booked the stay a week before coming to London and upon arrival we were told they were renovating the dining area and so they would have to give us a “breakfast” in a bag every day, which seemed like a scam to me — they must have known they’d be unable to serve breakfast and still they sold them? The room was small but fine, in the bathroom however you had to shower above the toilet and have the bathroom floor wet for hours after. Every day they provide new towels (that were a bit smelly) and make the beds but don’t clean anything else — but how can I wash up after morning tea or coffee without a sponge? In conclusion: I would recommend this hotel if you are in London for sightseeing and only need a place to sleep for an affordable price. Just get the breakfast in one of many tempting cafés and bakeries nearby.

It is more a hostel than a hotel, small rooms, not optimal cleaning (one day they did not go to refill the room), low quality breakfast with dry and chewy croissants… good only the location from which you can walk in the center in 25/30 minutes!

Very central to most great places to visit in London. Pimlico station is just down the road (and Victoria isn't too far away either). Westminster Abbey is within walking distance and there's a couple of decent restaurants & pubs nearby. Rooms are very small but sufficient, staff are friendly. Had a few minor complaints about my room (shower head only work on massage, toilet was slow draining, bed legs were starting to fail) but they could be easily fixed with some TLC. Would stay here again due to its proximity to everything.

Very small rooms and tiny bathrooms. If you are Spartans and with very few claims then OK… otherwise… it gets better. Then we don't talk about breakfast… packaged snacks… no comment.

The room was small, almost without place to leave the suitcases. Small beds and pretty bad mattresses with some pier that was nailed to the back. The Wi-Fi worked poorly. Breakfast was weak.

Central location with excellent access to car parking, train station and cafes. Every comfortable bed with every clean room. Attentive staff. Breakfast let them down so we had to find a cafe.

Every night I had constant dragging noises above my room keeping me awake followed by banging at around 5 in the morning and I had no window in my room.

More like a youth hostel Stayed there when I was in London Fall of 2015 for one night. The place needs a major remodel. Although the staff was polite, none could really help. The bathroom did not have a divided shower or tub, just a plastic curtain, the drain was clogged, when we used it in the morning the whole bathroom (4 squaremeters) overflowed. The toiled seat was broken so could not use toilet or had to sit on the rim. We asked for a discount but the clerk in the front said it was his first day and we would have to email later. We emailed and were told, they are sorry and can offer us a 1/2 off our next stay, like we would ever stay at this inn again. Don't bother stopping by the breakfast bar of dried up old bread. How this hotel can call itself 3 star is beyond comprehension.
