Decent rooms, nice staff, however it would be better if you could open the windows on the smoking floor. The whole hallway had a thick smell of smoke, and the room could not be aired out. It already smelt like smoke when we got there, and could not get the smell out the air or our clothes.

Beds not changed every day, Freezer was not defrosted, Sticky substance on bedsheet/cover my last night. Courteous and very helpful receptionist. I should have been made aware of possible discounts for being a senior and/or being a retired USAF veteran, when I booked on the phone; however, I was never offered any of this information. I also feel there should have been 2 chairs in the room. Still in all, a very relaxing and clean room.

Holy MOLY, what a dump. Look, I get it that this is a budget friendly operation, but guys, come *on*. It doesn't have to be fancy, but it does have to be CLEAN, safe, and the staff needs to be professional. Imagine, if you will, coming in at 0300 because of traffic snarls all the way up from Atlanta on I-85, only to pull up in front of this wretched place. Trash on the ground outside that you had to step over to walk in the door. Inside was a small pile of leaves and the smell hit us immediately. Smoke, mostly. The young man working the front desk was nice enough, but dressed like he was going to the gym and was completely clueless about corporate check in. He kept insisting that we give him a credit card even though my husband explained that his company had a direct pay agreement. He called a supervisor on the phone, who was equally clueless, but finally let us check in anyway. The elevator was filthy as was the hallway carpet. The hallway also smelled of burned cabbage. Gross, Ya'll. Our room had a "non-smoking" sign, but the room smelled of smoke. The carpet was old, dirty and I refrained from walking on it barefoot. The sheets were stained, the comforter was decidedly grubby and I was glad that I brought my own blanket! The bathroom sink was actually clean and in good shape, but the ceiling vent was falling out, as was the towel rack. There were bits of plaster on the floor. The drain in the tub was clogged with hair.

Nice hotel. But the staff is not pleasant at all. I don't need a great big smile, but I should not feel like I'm bothering you to check in either. The young lady on night shift was absolutely wonderful. The bathroom had a cheap and gross vanity. And the breakfast is disappointing. I'd still go back. It very convenient.

Cheap and a decent room. I wish the pillows could be better. And my hallway had constant traffic of two gentlemen. Also smelled like old people.

I always stay at this location, cause it's close to my final destination. But for awhile, this place has been going downhill, & the prices keep going up. Some of the staff gave been really rude, the cleaning staff speak No English, & the complimentary breakfast, is more like a snack bar. Always the same items. Stale bread, moldy muffins, cold coffee, & usually have to ask to restock Everything. I had asked for a non&smoking, queen size bed my, w/a table. I got a Double, w/no table, no suitcase stand, no coffee in room, & the freezer/fridge is broke. At least this time, the microwave is clean. The soda machine in the main lobby was broke. All sodas we're warm. I know, they "remodeled" the rooms, but it was only new carpet, dressers, & lamps. If I could afford to go to another hotel, I would in a heartbeat. The grounds are also not very appealing to the eye.

Service was terrible. Marijuana smell all through the second floor. Sounded like an elephant was above my room all night. No sleep at all. Toilet didn’t work properly. I called the service desk and they said “ sorry no maintenance man tonight deal with it”. No milk for the cereal. I asked and they never came to drop the milk off. I had to leave without eating breakfast. There were also uncomfortable people outside that said they were staying “extended stay”. I would have left for another hotel and just ate the fee, but is was snowing that night.

Rooms not clean, bedding thrown on the beds, room and hallway reeks of smoke and I got a smoke free room but oh they was smoking in here! Shower cap is covering the smoke detector! NEVER AGAIN! UNSATISFACTORY!

The check-in manager was friendly. The lobby is not a good indicator of things to come, it is old and not well kept. Trash overflows from the receptacles outside. The elevator smells strongly of smoke. The rooms, although outdated, seem to be relatively clean. I had a King size bed with a microwave, refrigerator and cable TV. The price is excellent. I would have considered staying again had there not been a SWAT raid in the room next door a few minutes ago. It appears to be a gathering spot for persons who "tiptoe with the law", as my friends who are familiar with the area have confirmed.

It was fairly ok. Slept good… stayed on the 3rd floor and it smelled like cabbage and smoke… the beds was clean.

Location is not that bad but rooms could be a lot better people that work at desk has no personality.

The room was very nice and clean with a nice bathroom! The staff was nice and helpful, I would in Super 8 the next time I travel!

Its okay. Went outside and saw a glass pipe on the side walk.

I like it because it is clean and quiet and peaceful there and lots of eating places plus a pretty good breakfast.

Do not book anything at this nasty place. Worst experience I have ever had. The people that have given this place four or more stars must be one of those people that are paid to write good reviews, for places that suck. I want to give this place zero stars. When we got there went to the room, the lamp shades are old, dirty and moldy. Cigarette burns on sheets in a non smokers room and the sheets look like they came from the 80's. I was like OK, I can live with that. Then look behind the bed dirt, hair and trash. Then you look behind the TV stand dirt and trash. (does anyone clean those rooms thoroughly? ) Then not even there for two hours and a roach is on the wall. Next, I am laying on the bed and a roach crawls on the bed. After that I had enough! As we were leaving another roach hopped on the bed. Felt like I was on an episode of Fear Factor but with out the cash reward, the other way around them just taking my money. If roaches are out during the day, you know they got them bad. Definitely was not staying for breakfast for their corn-flake roaches and bagel dirt and roach spread. Place made me feel so dirty. Decided to stick with what we know, and went back to our normal rewards program. Had to stay in a nice hotel after staying in hotel hell, needed to take a shower to feel clean again. Filed a complaint with the company. They offer 10%. 10% back? Really, what is that? Never again will I ever stay at another Super 8 or deal with Wyndham again.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Hallway and common areas reek of cigarette smoke.

The rooms were nice except that the specific ajoining rooms I reserved had only one working ac which I was not told in advance so that I could make new arrangements so my sons had to use a fan.

It's a lot nicer than the pics make it look the staff was very nice but half the outlets in the room didn't work and neither did the ac.

Well when I checked in the lady was nice but really gave off the feeling she didn't wasn't to be there as well a the other front desk workers over the course of my stay. The room was very nice but there were alot of noisy guests so it wasn't the greatest experience but not all the hotels fault.

Room # 219.3-star rating SO FAR (it may change after the conclusion of my stay). The room isn't bad, but a good cleaning would be nice. The bed linens are outdated and dingy, and they need to be replaced. There are scuffs in the tub that are hard to remove; and so, the tub may need to be replaced. I recommend more outlets, preferably some that are near the bed. It is hard to find an outlet for my laptop. I had to unplug the TV and plug my laptop into its place. I'm so glad that my A/C adapter for my mac reaches from the bed to the wall. Otherwise, I would have been stuck with a laptop with a dead battery. Also, the room's furniture is outdated and worn out and needs to be replaced. I've been here since 2p, and I haven't seen a bed bug or any pests — THAT'S A GOOD SIGN because I don't like bugs! I don't know how the breakfast is going to be. But if it's bad, I will not complain. I don't expect a 5-star breakfast for the money I'm paying. If I wanted 5-star service, I should've stayed at a 5-star hotel. Anyways, overall my stay is going well. I will update after I check out.

I woke up in the middle of the night to find bed bugs crawling over my pillow. I was bitten 7 times and the woman at the front desk had a huge attitude when we demanded a refund. Don't stay here, it's nasty and the staff is rude.

Price is right. Clean. Quiet. Close to restaurants. Convenient stores. Car rentals.

Our room looks as if it has NEVER seen a broom or mop, or any cleaner ever! Toenail clippings on the windowsill, toilet paper stuck to the wall in the bathroom, someones hair (lots of it) and tons of dirt and grime on the bathroom floor. Mold in the nightstand, broken drawers. Looks like the filter for the ac has never been cleaned… we had to rinse in the tub so it didnt stink anymore in our room. If I could give zero stars I would. I miss kansas so bad, our hotels back home would never be like this. The whole crew would be FIRED!

Stayed here while I was attending a training near by. Cheaper then the other hotels near by. Some rooms smell like cigarettes and if you are allergic (as I am) request for a room change immediately. The front desk completely understood and without questions gave me another room which smelled 100 times better!

Was VERY dissatisfied, if their are any good things to say about this motel it's coming from the people that work here. Mold all through the nightstand, the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor which in turn made it musty all night. As soon as you walk in to the 3rd floor (smoking) a pungent weed smell smacks you in the face. Their are literally prostitutes that stand out by the Mexican restraint next door and you can see them leaving various rooms. The only reason I toughed it out was because my company I'm working for paid for the room for the week. Never again. 0 stars in my eyes.

Did the job for me. Needed a place to crash for a few nights. Clean for a motel. Some rooms do smell like smoke (even non smoking ones). I encountered a room like that and asked to be switched. They were very accommodating and the other room was definitely smoke free.

Best experience of my life. When I woke up in the morning I thought for a brief moment I was at the Ritz Carlton. For breakfast I was served eggs Benedict with a tangy mimosa. Would recommend this hotel to the president.

The Elevator is pretty wore out. The Person who works nights is Slow as Mollases. The rooms are clean and the beds Comfy.

Bad TV channels where very staticky couldn't find out what time breakfast was staff was very disrespectful and couldn't English no free toiletries and dirty floors hallways stink very badly no one was at the front desk and they had some sort of bugs and I had to leave this place because I felt very unsettled.

Came to Virginia to visit my girlfriend with my mother and let her take care of booking the hotel. I guess you can say we got what we paid for. 65$ a night. Uninviting part of town, unfriendly desk worker, the elevator was broken, the stair case stank of cigarette smoke and the television was so outdated that we couldn't even plug in on an HDMI port because it didn't have one (a big deal considering both my girlfriend and I are life time gamers and were really looking forward to playing together). All in all this hotel ruined the trip for both me and my mother.

Awful, noise from upstairs guest is over thetop. Smoke freeroom but can still smell smoke. Small room, no extra pillows. Have not even been here 6 hours and already to go.

I've been here twice and it's honestly not that bad. It's cheap so people coming to do "frowned upon" is expected. The rooms, I mean, they're appear clean, but with any hotel there's more beneath the surface. If you're afraid of black people or tightly wound then don't come.

We had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. There was debris (including some kind of pill) under the heater grill, and one of the dresser drawers had inserts from contraceptives. Ew. And highly inconvenient: there were no side tables beside bed! It's cheap but you get what you pay for.

Horrible rooms. Run down hotel. Service behind glass. Bad neighborhood. Rooms smell.

I call the front desk and they was sleep on the job the woman answer the phone mad as hell that I call her I want stay thier.

Do not stay here, credit card info stolen. I stayed here with a group in September 2011. Two of us in the group had our credit card numbers stolen and had thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges made to our cards the following week. Do not stay here.

Both Super 8 and Priceline ripped us off. The hotel was scary at best. It is in a horrible part of town. The staff is useless. We felt unsafe just walking in the parking lot to the lobby. We tried to cancel before checking in and they refused to refund us, blaming Priceline. And when we contacted Priceline they kept repeating "There is nothing we can do. " We did not stay there and both Super * and Priceline stole our money.
