Absolutely nothing but a positive experience! Safe, friendly atmosphere. Michelle and her staff went out of their to accommodate my family and I. These people deserve a medal! Our room was clean and fresh smelling as were the common areas. Just a great overall experience during our month and a half stay! Thanks woodsprings suites!

This place has been an absolute delight! Michelle and Kari are amazing! I’ve been here going on two months now and not one complaint do I have about this place. It’s very clean and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I feel very welcome and at home. An overall great experience here.

Very rude and no customer service at all. I got my wallet stolen had no Driver's license to check in and the guy was such a jerk.

Grate staff many of the guests are cool people. They also tend to remember you when bad things happen and show that they really care and to many it is not jest a paycheck. They work hard keeping the inside clean and out side is a non stop but they try it is not in the best area works grate for my needs I will be sad when I have to go it is like a home to me.

The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi connection. Other than that the service is always friendly. They go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable. Very satisfied!

Little spots of blood on the comforter, smears of whatever on the walls, air conditioner didn’t work — so it was just hot enough to be uncomfortable all night long, only two pillows and no answer from the front desk staff ever, and the sink stopper was broken and you had to pull it out to let the water go down otherwise the sink was plugged. Seriously. Awful and NOT work the $76.

It's not the worst place I have stayed in this price range, but I was honestly expecting worse. It's a rough neighborhood, which the hotel doesn't have a lot of control over. So here is a list of negatives they can control: 1. The surfaces you are likely to touch or see frequently are acceptably clean. However, it seemed like everywhere I looked closely I found enough dust to confirm that housekeeping is cutting corners. 2. The picture attached is the booklet of rules I received at check-in. I expect to see a list somewhere in the room, but this was the first thing I was handed. Are guests really welcome here? 3. The ground floor smells like a smoker's lounge. Second floor, where my room was, wasn't bad. 4. Pretty much all public areas were dirty… That's all I can say. 5. The office brought back memories of visiting a friend in the county jail. Not maximum security, but definitely designed to keep people inside from leaving and people outside from entering. 6. I have dish towels the size of the bath towels. My good list: 1. I liked the bed. For less than $100/night I was surprised. 2. The surfaces that I touched and used appeared clean. 3. Somehow, I escaped without breaking any rules. I think… 4. It was inexpensive, even cheaper with a corporate rate, and close to a conference I was attending.

Was going to motel6 til I stayed here! Got a better rate. A lot cleaner, feel more safe. Friendlier staff, and not noticeable druggies all around. Manager is awesome and her great attitude wears off to her staff who have awesome positive attitudes also. Found a new place to stay.

Stayed here for over a month. Staff was great! Always helpful. And never hisitated if and when a need for assistance arose. From a pencil to a plunger, these people were on it. I'd stay here In the future and likewise recommend. Thank you Michelle, Jodi, John, and Jason for the pleasant stay!

Great place to live if you are in town or coming in town to visit! Nice room size great prices. Stores and other amenities in the area. Every since I discovered this Hotel this is the only place I go! The manager Michelle and the rest of the staff are awesome and very helpful and organized! I thank God I found this hotel!

Good location tons of eateries and activities in area, close to major freeways and streets move pretty smoothly. Rooms are nice with fridge, stove and home amenities. Staff is really friendly with secure entrance, elevator and rooms needing keycards to enter.

Woodspring Suites has undergone several upgrades since I have been staying here long term, and I can say I'm happy I chose here to stay while I transition into living in SLC. The staff is very attentive and available; has been there for me when I needed them, and is helping me make my move possible. The on-site laundry is high quality and much cheaper than a laundromat. Also the housekeeping does a great job — I'm not a hoarder by any means but am a bit unorganized and they always freshen everything out and switch out the linens. The kitchenette is adequate for making meals and honestly offers a lot more features than a standard hotel room; having a full size fridge and a range goes a long way. If you are in a situation similar to mine or are just looking for a room for a few nights, its a great choice. Its close to some good stuff too and has 2 dining options right outside the parking lot.

It's nice to be able to open the door and it's super clean, really quiet pets are allowed all in all really good place.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the comfortable bed. No hot water, no water pressure, no coffee, although the front desk was willing to sell me a coffee pot for $24 (not sure if I've still have to go buy coffee and filters). The entire hotel was dirty and smelled bad. I probably wouldn't have even checked in, but I could smell the washer and dryers behind the front desk, which covered the smell of the rest of the hotel. I guess the trash in the parking lot should have been my first clue.

Has a slightly outdated look for interior design, chairs/furniture were a bit cheap, elevator is kinda slow, good location though, comfortable beds, nice views.

Be sure to get a non-smoking room; the fan in the room I'm in is always on, and it rattles and is so loud. Keep in mind this is pretty much the cheapest hotel room you'll find and the location is fairly convenient. There has been several arguments in the parking lot, which is entertaining as long as it's not at night when I'm already having a hard time falling asleep due to the fan. Advertised kitchenette does not include an oven or toaster oven; just a range. Additional services like linen exchange and internet costs extra. Unless you can get by on the 1 Mbps 'basic access speed' that requires a daily sign in.

Well, you only get maid service once every two weeks. The hallways where dirty all the time and cockroaches where in the room. Also, they treat you like your in a prison. Some one came into my room to use the phone, claiming he got locked out if his room and ten minutes after he was in my room the management put a note on my door saying that I was kicked out for having someone in my room that had been kicked out of the motel before. He left right after I got the notice. I still had a week paid for yet they kicked me out and did not reimburse the almost $400 that was spent for that next week. I told then I didn't know about him being kicked out and they said aid they didn't care and I was nit being reimbursed for the remaining week that was already paid for a month prior to the issue. I don't even know how be was able to get in the building as all of the access doors need a card key to enter and I didn't go down stairs to let him in, so I do not see how this has become my fault. Also, they claimed I had alot of in and out traffic in my room, I had two friends that where out here from Wyoming that stopped by to visit me while they where in town. We all three smoke cigarettes so naturally we left the room to smoke outside in designated smoke area. The third floor is a smoking floor and I was in the fourth floor… I would not recommend this place to anyone as they treat you like your a prisoner with no rights or ability to have a social life at all.

Good location and budget based long term stay available… Weekly and monthly discounted rates. Kitchen with stove, large fridge, microwaves, vending machines, laundry, and linen exchange available. Room cleaning service once in two weeks. The exhaust in the bathroom does make noise as other visitors have mentioned. No common lounge area, help desk is available for most of the day time or else you may call 500 which can be more than expected time if you arrive after 10 pm on weekdays or saturday and 8pm on sunday. Definitely not fancy but I feel like home.

This place is horrible. Would not recommend for anyone to stay here. Sheets were stained and there was hair in between the sheets. 3rd floor is were the smoking rooms are so if your room is on the 4th floor your room smells like an ash tray. Front desk people have attitudes, especially when you take a picture of an unknown substance that was found on the bed skirt. It could someone's bodily fluids or icing for all I know. But apparently some standard is changing the bed skirts every 6-7 months and even though they said they have a 3 point checking where it gets checked, and rechecked by managers they missed it. The outside looks very nice but they didn't spend money on the interior of the rooms. Basic spring mattress, 28 flat screen TV and 3 drawers. Rooms are only cleaned every 2 weeks and if u ask for additional towels or wash clothes the answer is no it's their policy to only give 2 towels, 1 wash clothe, and 1 floor mat. So no hand towels. Would not ever stay here again. And I'm already looking for somewhere else to stay. I did add the photo of the bed skirt.

Extremely nice rooms for extremely low rates. Great accommodations. Highly recommended to visit if you're looking for somewhere to stay for an extended period of time.

Our water was turned off on the third day of our stay. When it came back on it was brown, even after letting it run for awhile. Also our AC did not work properly, I called customer service at 11:00 pm and was told to wait till the morning when the office was open again. There was no after hours customer service at all. I was told there was no one they could call or nothing that they could do. If all that was no bad enough, the whole place smells like an old ashtray. Our room smelled like old stale black licorice. I only gave it two stars because the daytime customer service was excellent.

Checking into this hotel felt like I was checking into a lock — down rehab facility. Margarita, the woman who checked us in was very friendly and performed her job well. Although the room I had reserved several months in advance was handicap accessible, because I am a paraplegic. Was not what Was reserved for me? Furthermore, this room was billed as a mini suite, which you think of as having a comfortable place to sit a small kitchen with a few comforts. This room was a two bed small space no where to sit no table. There was what looked like feceson the floor. I'd be in a complete different room of three was one available. This hotel is owner by Extended Stay and I was tethered be them. A formal complaint will be filled.

The price for a week for a room is 373, the staff do not keep you informed of all the amenities offered.

Charge 56 per night and when you go if you do not do checkout on time the new blonde T Cobra 101.00 the night the Asistant manager T steals without a gun.

WoodSpring Suit is a quiet and nice place, with a good location, close to the shops, restaurants The 12 nights that I was installed in the place I enjoy it with my family I recommend it to family and friends.

At check in we were informed of the expectations that were to be expected from us as guests. And proceeded to treat my family and I like we were beneth them, after paying them $440.00 for a one bedroom, 2 queen beds, 1 bathroom. We chose this hotel because they offered a kitchenette. I got my hopes up that included in this exorbitant fee to stay, that pots, pans, plates, stemware, glasses. You know, things that one would comebto to expect (even being the " white trash" that we are). Loll! Just one thing after another, they are not there to help you to feel as if your transmutation, to what ever life has served you, you can relax because they've taken care of the very necessary home immenities. Nope they want to add to your problems, take all your cash, and make sure you know that at the moment, your homeless… I guess if your offering "Tough Love", well ya got that going for you… F*@K Off…

Clean rooms but very simplistic bed wasnt very comfy but I ended sleeping better than I expected. Cheap price. Paid only $370 for a week.

Good amount of space. Stoves are included in each room. Good area of you're looking for a good palace for lunch. Overall I am satisfied.

I was a guest here for three weeks. The other guests around me behaved like animals, committing ongoing noise disturbances by violently slamming their doors every twenty minutes on average. I reported it twice to the staff and they did not correct the problem. So I began yelling 'shut up' to the guests when they continued doing it. Of course, I was technically wrong for doing that. But I was definitely not any more wrong than all of the violent door slammers. I was already planning to move out. But when I went to enter my room one night, my room key was deactivated. They locked me out of my room for nothing. The night manager admitted that he and the general manager entered my room, but he would not tell me the reason. If I had given them a reason to enter my room, then they would have told me what it was. That way, I could try to be in compliance with them. So they committed tresspass. And they did it only to harass me. The next morning, the general manager had the nerve to try to enter my room again, this time while I had been sleeping. I had the safety latch shut, so he was not able to enter. I was able to get up enough to see that it was him with the housekeeping cart. He committed harassment against me four or five more times by knocking on my door on about four or five different occasions that day. I never answered it because there was no reason for anyone to knock on my door and I had a serious flu, honest to God.

Perfect for working on the road. Simple room, very clean bathroom and small kitchen.

Strange order was in the room. Dog hair was all over the carpet. The refrigerator was not working. Very bad experience.

Manager rude and we made a formal complaint with corporate. No sense in all that. Foreigners need to recognize.

I am a satisfied Client. I spent one week at the Redwood Road location in the beginning of May 2015. I must tell that I am a traveler, and have experience some of the nice resorts around the country and abroad, so with that traveling background, I can recommend spending one week in Value Place at Redwood Road and 3500 South. When you are in a budget and your mindset does not lead you to expect toget Marriot for the price of Motel 6, you will enjoy having a place where to settle for a week in Salt Lake City. The location gives you easy access to main freeways. Going anywhere for fun or business finds no problems at all. My daughter who is local was concerned about safety and I am sure she has valid reasons to it. However, I did not experienced any situation close to threatening my peace of mind nor worst. Salt Lake City is full of businesses and restaurants, plan your days to end early as restaurants close early on weekdays and it will be hard to find some business open on Sunday. Best of all, Sheryl at the front desk was instrumental for moving my reservation from InTown Suites Extended Stay Living on 48 west 3300 south to Value Place. How did that happen? it was a simple and needed hospitality and customer service shown by Sheryl at Value Place in contrast to Tammy at InTown Suites Extended Stay Living.
