Bad customer service manager.

Large spacious room, nice big TV.
Ideal after a long drive.

Main reason we stayed here was for the indoor pool water was freezing poor was dirty trash in it and hot tube didn’t work so kids didn’t get to swim they didn’t have the suite their website showed and person we talked said they had room we seen. Very very very disappointed won’t stay here again.

Black Mold in the shower and minimal food in the food court. Entry rugs were old and dirty.

When we arrived there were no rooms available on the first floor. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs with our 2 year old. The beds were not comfortable and we didn't have enough pillows or blankets. The bathroom had some mold in the corner and there were no hand soap to wash your hands after using the restroom. The coffee maker had a package of coffee that we don't know how long it's been in there that was used. The front desk never had someone there. They were always outside smoking or somewhere in the back. The breakfast had hard bagels and watery eggs. The only 1 thing that was good is the ac in the room kept the room cool. The hotel is right across the street from the projects apartments.

The room was nice. The A/C worked really well. The staff was nice. The breakfast was average. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for eggs, which ended up not tasting all that great. The elevator was out of service, and had been for about a week according to the staff.

Nice place, convenient location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. A little old looking and the carpet on the main floor had a musty odor. Room was clean and neat and had ample space. I stayed in the room with a king bed.

Rooms were nice. Decent breakfast in the morning with good customer service. Fine family hotel along the interstate for a quick stay.

This was mine and my husband first time here and we absolutely loved it! The staff was great, highly satisfied with our room. Also loved the large TV in our room! Indoor pool was great! even though we dont smoke the smoking area was very relaxing, green tall grass and a beautiful gasibo to hang out under. The breakfast was completely amazing! Definitely going back!

Do not book a room until you know for certain they have treated and have rid themselves of bed bugs! we stayed in room 313 and were ate alive! they gave us keys to another room and it too had bed bugs! look them up on the registry before you book!

Bed sank in middle, second room ac didn't work properly and sink was broken. Breakfast wasn't the greatest.

This place was awful! There was no running water and we couldn't shower. There was hair in the food and the staff was hateful And rude. When we asked to speak with managers they screamed and refused to refund us. We called back many times and the managers were "out of town" and they hung up. Do not stay here! It is NOT WORTH IT!

Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. Staff was wonderful and nice. Breakfast was good. Only downfall was how close my room was to the lobby and was woken up to people being loud but nothing at fault of the hotel. Overall I recommend it.

Clean rooms, nice bed and good breakfest. Would stay again.

The bathrooms. The faucets were caroded and not clean;the windows werent clean. Toothpaste splattered from someone brushing their teeth.

The rooms were the best part the beds were soft and comfortable, and the pool was nice if a little shallow. The only bad part about my stay was that there was a bad smell in the parking lot.

The stay was EXCELLENT but the complimentary breakfast left much to be desired for those seeking a healthy, delicious, whole food cuisine.

Soft sheets, clean room, hot water, nice staff, free Wi-Fi and a varied selection for breakfast, at a decent price; what more could you want?

My husband and I were sent to a room with people in it, Mike just sent to a different room. The doors have a 3inch gap which is very disturbing, we had to put a towel under the door to feel safe and have privacy. We tried to go to the hot tub the next evening and there were 5 adults and 2 little kids in it. First of all, the sign states 2 people max. My husband and I waited for 30 minutes and even watched them get up to turn the bubbles back on, they never got out. The hot tub is the main reason I stayed here. So we asked Mike if he could ask them to get out since they've been in so long and it's getting close to closing time and were told there isn't anything he can do. They did not get out until closing time. We got up early (8:30) to get in the next morning before we had to go. The hot tub opens at 6 and it was a cold 87 degrees because it had been turned off the night before and was just getting turned back on. So we did not get to sit in a hot tub. Mike did not seem to care much about that either. I have never had such disrespectful customer service. I was not compensated for anything, given a better room, an extra night, nothing. We then get charged the day after we leave on our card $200 for a supposed cleaning fee for smoking in the room. We have no idea what they are talking about because we didn't smoke in the room. The hotel didn't even have the decency to call me since I paid in cash and they weren't supposed to use my card.

Service is amazing, friendly positive staff. Nice clean rooms. Quiet atmosphere. Few negatives that keep it from a perfect review and they are, bathroom floor tiles loose, pinched toe when getting out of shower, and pool closed. And crooked hung mirrors drives my OCD insane. Elevator sounds as if it is going to break down any moment have opted to use stairs to ensure I don't get stuck.

The receptionists were very nice. Hotel was clean all around. The pool was good but my daughter said the hot tub needed to be cleaned. The hotel location is off the main road enough it's quiet. Plenty of parking for all size vehicles. I never tried the breakfast so I can't comment on it.

Very typical Lubbock. If you're the type whose favorite ice cream is vanilla and your favorite color is grey, this is the city for you and this hotel is perfect for Lubbock. The people are great! Very nice and friendly and salt-of-the-earth people.

An excellent reception, a clean hotel, a large, superbly equipped room, a fast Wi-Fi, short to recommend.

I love it. The front desk clerk. Mr Timothy was awesome the whole staff. The breakfast was good and hot. No complain children love it they made friends. Thats what I call a place that take care of you. Going back.

The room was nice and the hot tub was great! Breakfast was good too plenty of food and I loved the country potatoes my kids and I will most definitely be bck when we come 2 Lubbock 2 visit again! Oh and check in was fast and easy!

Elevator was out of order both the afternoon I checked in and the next day, both week days. No first floor rooms. No offer of help getting my bags upstairs. The grout on the bathroom floor was black from dirt. It was lighter under the counter so it was dirty where guests walked… barefoot. The women's restroom near the lobby was dirty with pieces of toilet paper all over the floor and the garbage bin overflowing. Breakfast was mediocre to awful. French toast was dry and hard. Coffee was tepid. I would sleep in my car before I would stay here again.

In town for a softball event last minute, prices were a little on the high side but definitely could be worse. Beds and pillows left a little something to be desired and not the most supportive or comfoetable but size of the room and everything else were rather nice compared to some other hotels in the same range.

Staff was not as friendly as the Amarillo country inn, room was clean, appliances were outdated. Fridge did not close, not that big of an issue. It was standard. Not impressed, mainly because the staff there. Didn't even smile, although they did give me a late check out, they seemed hesitant and annoyed that I asked. I work in hospitality, so I'm lenient when critiquing service, because everyone has bad days I understand, but they still seemed just bland.

Before you decide to book a reservation at this Hotel, think twice! I had made reservations for 3 rooms back in February of 2015 for my sons Graduation. Made them in advance, because I was told they run out of rooms really quick for Tech Graduation. After finding out in April, my son would not be graduating until August, I called Country Inn and Suites, to cancel the rooms. When I called they told me they had no reservations under my name. So I asked them to be sure, because I had booked the rooms a couple months earlier. They assured me they did not have any reservations in my name. Then on May 18th, they charged my credit card for $738.56. They have since refused to credit my credit card, and have absolutely made no attempt to ever return any of my calls, when I was trying o resolve this matter. Not once did the the manager Rashawn, ever return my call or respond to my e-mail. Also the so called manager, under Rashawn, Mike told me when I asked for their Corporate number, that there was no Corporate office. After searching, I did find a number to the Corporate office. However they too were absolutely no help. Hope this company can sleep good at night, knowing they charged someone $739.00, for something they never used or received!

The room was nice but the hot tub didn't work, I asked them when I call if it was working they said yes, that was the reason we stayed there, also the pool water nasty it smelled bad.
