I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed Tuesday — Sunday and the whole time our shower did not work due to a leak, and there was no housekeeping for our room at all. It was always skipped. We notified front desk about the shower a few times yet it was never fixed so we were unable to shower our whole trip for the exception of once at a friends house that lives down there. That and the deposit Was overcharged, and the general manager and staff had conflicting stories about it. Upon reaching out to their so called “customer care” I was offered a half night stay, and that the charge was correct and that their employees were wrong, as well as it was just a miscommunication between front desk and mantience for the shower, no care at all Horrible customer service stayed Jul 27-Aug 1

Great service very clean awesome place and I can’t remember the one black lady name at the front she had the best customer service I have seen in along time she made sure we were taken care of she was the best I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but I know she had braids on her hair and she gave us the best hospitality. My over all stay was amazing.

Very nice hotel great customer service the food was great… thanks from the NRP. Group family I actually didn't know it was so nice here.

I love this hotel. I have stayed several times in the past months and the experience is wonderful every time. The lobby is beautiful, front desk staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. I have made requests for extra towels, etc. Through the Marriott app and even been able to chat with someone from the hotel before my check-in. Check-in is fast and easy and even during busy times the staff is very efficient The rooms are very spacious and have a nice area to work with both regular and USB outlets. Lighting is customizable for what you like, I get migraines so the ability to have soft lighting in the rooms is a great touch for me. Showers are sleek and you can set the water temp with a digital gauge before you get in. The bathroom has lighted mirror, great for putting on makeup. The rooms have a full-length mirror and functional closet. When you stay the first time, just be sure to set your thermostat to what you like as soon as you get in the room, it only takes a short time to adjust and I love the energy efficiency! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will continue to stay.

Best of the best in DFW! I'd marry this place, but I know how silly I'd look in the wedding gown next to such a beautiful building! Truly can't say enough. Incredible.

I was so disappointed during my staying of my trip. In my first day, I found some stains in my comforter. You can see the pictures I posted. The fixed the problem replacing the linen but it was inconvenience the waiting because I was tired and I want to rest. Also, I have to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the reception to check out. I needed to make sure my bill was correct. I almost miss my flight.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. The rooms are huge and it is a very modern look. The bar tenders, staff, cleaning crew all are hands down the best stay I have had stateside.

This is the nicest Spring Hill that I've ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and attentive. The room was extremely quiet and neatly appointed. Loved the shower temperature indicator!

Coolest hotel I have ever been to for the $100 price range. Pool table, 80's arcade game, putting green and pool. Totally remodeled on the inside in a modern theme. The showers in the rooms are incredible with a thermostat for the water. Large TV that had "Welcome Gordon" on the screen. The bartender at the bar was excellent and the drinks were great! Clean inside anf out and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent experience.

Fantastic hotel with modern design amenities, great full breakfast and awesome customer service. Geneva was very helpful trying to get me a taxi but she couldn’t so asked her General manger Tammy who drove me to the conference in her personal car. Shows you their commitment to customer satisfaction. 5 stars!

Very clean and new. Well designed. Modern fixtures — shower has a digital temperature read out. The only draw back is the sound proofing in the windows and the rest of the room.

The hotel is one of the best I have stayed at. From check in, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. The lobby and bar are nicely designed, the indoor pool was great, the outdoor putt putt was fun with the family, and the rooms were clean and very nice. Will be staying here More often.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are large and comfy. There is a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is AMAZING!

Beautiful new building and comfortable spacious rooms! Nice little marketplace next to the front desk and the staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast room had plenty of tables even if the actual breakfast bar was a little crowded. The staff worked hard to keep things stocked. The pool was clean though the hot tub looked iffy. The pool towels were not kept stocked in the evening which was a little inconvenient. It was too cold to take advantage of but we saw and admired a very nice outdoor patio with a fire pit. The bar in the evening seemed friendly and lively.

Beds great. Staff great. The decor was full of really great art. The free breakfast was better than usual free hotle breakfast. Great location. Will definitely be back if in the area.

This place was jaw dropping nice. Spunky meets elegant. The only down side was having to pay to wash laundry and they only offer one washer and dryer. That really was the only downside however! Great customer service!

Friendly staff, plenty of amenities to keep children occupied. Indoor pool so who cares if its cold. Putt putt golf, pool table, and arcade game… Breakfast was great. Nice and quiet good view overlooking the city. Definitely worth the stay and will be back.

I loved my stay here! The rooms are super cozy and clean. There's an awesome bar, and the outside patio area is AMAZING! They had this cool fire thing going on. I can't wait to stay here in the future!

I like this hotel. Right by a highway but I haven't noticed the noise much/at all. Employees are very friendly. I love the showers with the temperature controls. The rooms seem moderately spacious.

This is my favorite place to stay! Today was great as usual… Geneva at the front desk was awesome! Her smile made our check in even more special! Everything about this place I love!

Fancy & creative decor… Lots of space inside & outside to mingle or not… you can play pac man, pool, or a little golf putt putt. The staff was friendly & helpful. Very very nice establishment… you will enjoy every minute of your stay!

The entire staff is amazing. I didn't get the room I reserved for a long reservation and they had it handled next day. The staff communicated on it and I was impressed with how little effort it took on my part. The bartender Christian Faith served our group a few times and was the highlight. The entire staff, housekeeping and front desk did amazing. The two bartenders, especially Christian made it an especially great place to stay.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities including an indoor pool and golf green. Had a great breakfast too. Will stay here again. :)

This hotel is just months old. It shows in the "newness" of the carpet, paint and furniture. Very nice decor. With popping blues and yellows. The free continental breakfast was more than enough and not your average. Offering cold and hot cereals. Waffles, omelets, bacon, ssusage, breakfast potatoes and biscuits and gravy. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible hotel for a reasonable price. Super clean, up to date and helpful staff. Indoor pool, hot tub, billianrds table and small putting green were great for all ages in our family.

Very clean and modern. The rooms are big and well designed. The breakfast is a pretty good spread and the lounge and outdoor area is great. We're really enjoying the stay so far!

Booked a hotel through Expedia weeks ahead of the date reserved, reservation said 2 queens with a sofa. When we arrived we were put in a king with a sofa and the management said we aren't guaranteed the room we book, only guaranteed a room. We decided to not stay due to the terrible communication. We were told we wouldn't be charged. The hotel still charged my account 650$, more than the price of the reservation even made. Held the money for two hours so after a five hour drive we have had to wait hours to even get another hotel because they wouldn't release the money back due to the inconvenience for them?! Called hotel several times and have now been on hold 30 min just trying to get our money back that they the are denying they took out of my account. Worst experience with a hotel ever.

Loved this hotel! The location was wonderful. Close to plenty of food places. Located close to the highway. Their free breakfast is wonderful. The pool is nice, a small miniature golf course, and very kid friendly. The suites are big and roomy. Very nice hotel.

Nice modern style rooms and super friendly staff here! The beds are very very hard, if you like that style you will like this, I do not. I woke up very stiff. Water pressure in shower is not great either. Even still, I liked my stay and would stay again.

Was surprised with a room here on Christmas Day. Wonderful wonderful place. The suite was very nice. Much more than I expected for that particular hotel. The balcony view was surprising as well. Free breakfast the following morning and a putting green out back was a nice touch. I'd say the only drawback was no on site restaurant. That would have warranted 5 stars for sure.

The hotel is lovely. Everything is new, clean and very modern. The staff is very nice. The room has lots of space and is very pretty. Lots of pretty lights… only thing is that the sheets are the roughest things… that I have ever slept on. They feel like they are starched or something. Otherwise everything was lovely.
