Such a pleasant surprise and so far beyond our expectations. I want to thank the staff there for making my family and myself feel comfortable and secure. You guys are awesome. Anyone reading this review looking for a hotel, do yourself a favor and get yourself to the Extended Stay America. The rooms are updated, comfortable, clean and as I have stated the staff just goes so far above and beyond. If you need anything all you need do is ask. Such a great experience in a steadily declining customer service industry.

I love this hotel one of my favs to stay and the staff is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone.

Nice for the price. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable and clean. Loved having the kitchen. Had a hefty hail storm that I watched from my window! Thanks :)

It was one of the nicer ones I've been to in a while. Very comfortable beds.

The staff is friendly. Rooms are nice. No complaints. Also has a small gym and high speed internet service.

After a 21 hour travel, we checked in and just wanted a shower and a cup of tea. Not to happen. Our supply of towels were inadequate and there wasn't a cup, spoon, dish cloth, nothing in the kitchen. We had to take inventory and decide what me might use or want during our stay and "customize" our selection. Unacceptable. There weren't enough towels for 2 adults to use and only one wash cloth. We called the front desk and the employee told us that they would get ready what ever we wanted but found out that only applied to the kitchen utensils. Again, inadequate. The room should have been fully stocked upon our arrival. We had already prepaid or we would have checked out and gone somewhere else. We collected shabby utensils, were only given 1 steak knife and 1 butter knife, the forks (only 2) had bent tines and something gummy was stuck to them. Not clean. We were told that we couldn't get anymore towels unless we brought them the used ones to be replaced. How am I supposed to bring you something that I haven't received in the first place? REALLY UNACCEPTABLE. We were there for 5 days and it was a battle every time we tried to get enough towels. Shame on you Extended Stay. We chose you because you advertise a full kitchen but little did we know that we would have to take an inventory and request what we may need and have to get by using hand towels for wash clothes. We were very disappointed. After a long drive I expected a stocked kitchen and enough towels for a proper shower.

Extremely clean! Smells great! Very friendl! Only problem we had was GPS took us to wrong location. We will definitely go back again!

Again I'm giving 5 stars to all the non smoker that smell cigs trust me I'm to scare to smoke in rooms my husband is over the road truck driver but he's one of the clean truck drivers lol yes he's a known smoker hates smoke no smoking in our rig either he's a clean freak but ling here off and on for the last 9years several Christmas, new Years, new managers we. Even seen the springwood suites being built so we know this property like the back of our hands in other words. Now I maybe wrong I think they stop all smoking in rooms somewhere around 2 years ago, and we we're (smokers) at one time only allow 3floor so to all known smokers hint first they have done a wonderful job of cleaning hotel up thank y'all so much I feel alot safer while my husband must stay rolling I have to stay here which I don't mind at all my husband will tell u as we enter hotel he lucky never smelt smoking.

Dreadful. The place reeks of smoke despite being a non-smoking hotel. They couldn't find my reservation even though I paid in advance. The room is decent and affordable, which is the only reason I stayed.

So far so good it's nice and at a nice price few things could be work on but I find out Monday if I can get help but everyone seems to be nice exspecilly Tim.

So far so good non smoking though at this time elevator broke but Tim advise Everybody of that good price for deluxe looks like a lil apartment we've stay at this hotel many times in last 10 years very clean to well fine out more tomorrow.

Location is a bit of a challenge w/ construction but a great long term hotel option.

Nice rooms with a small kitchen area. Pretty Comfortable and not far from downtown but I don't much care for the area or the construction work that's being done around area.

A great stay! Everyone was so pleasant & helpful.

Staff was nice. Room was large. Bed was dirty. Hallways musty. Stairways smelled like rotting garbage. Not worth the money paid. Look elsewhere.

Good beds. Has a few good t. V. Channels. Rooms include a kitchen.

The stay wasn't bad. The customer service was ridiculous. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone with them last month to round up our receipts, that were still never emailed to me, I just spend another 30 minutes on the phone with them, again. 20 of which I spent on hold, only to be transferred to a survey and then disconnected.

Good place. The service is complete despite the poor quality of the items they provide, however, they are the most complete for the rate they require.

Loved the place and staff. Breakfast is not all that just small stuff but u have fridge in the room and walmart is down the street great. How ever b aware this is texas and baby black ants and roaches u can come across anywhere.

Nice staff, older, but remodeled. Kind of had a smoly smell in lobby and hallways. Room was good for price, AC was a bit wonky but that's the only complaint.

DO NOT STAY HERE! BED BUGS! We just got back from a conference where we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. A few days later we started getting welts and bite marks popping up all over our bodies in clusters. We did the research and confirmed that they are bed bugs. We then went to change our own sheets at home (because we took our own pillows to the hotel) and we actually found bed bugs in our bed that had traveled home with is. We have never had to deal with this before and are now having to have a professional come in and remove them from our home!

Poor Internet. Rooms with good space. Decomposed gym and I never went to the pool.

This place is wonderful. My parents have been here for years. They wouldn't be happy anywhere else. Other hotels in the immediate vicinity change you fees for everything, including the outgoing local calls on your room phone. But not E. S. A. They are awesome.

The nastiest Extended Stay I have ever encountered. The place looks o. K. From the outside. The room I was initially assigned to had DIRTY carpets with burns from smokers. The curtains were stained badly, the bathroom tub was not cleaned properly had ring and hair in tub, sinks not ever properly cleaned, stained towels, nasty walls, bed mattress was terrible. Could feel springs in mattres. I was bitten by a bug and my arm had this huge red itchy bump. Went to front desk to complain about getting bite and was assigned another room which was even dirtier. I called because Wi-Fi was acting up. Encountered an ignorant desk clerk that told me to call a number for the Wi-Fi. When I questioned why do I have to call there was no response but silence for at least one minute. I then said… HEllo? She responded very rudely "Yes". I said so how would we resolve this? She said well you kep cutting me off. I was confused because I had never cut her off when she was talking. I actually thought she had hung up earlier in the phone call because she had this pregnant pause and I had to prompt her to say something. Her voice kept getting louder and louder each time she repeated If you let me talk you would know what I was saying". She repeated this 6 times and I said Look I don't want to argue I need Wi-Fi so I can finish my work at that time the ignorant young lady hung up.

Very spacious rooms and fairly clean! The staff was also very accommodating.

We had made arrangements for new couple to the city with babies stay for 2 week with possible 3rd week. Very kind helpful staff when we checked them in! But, the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but the hall and room smelt of smoke, family across the hall had a dog and evidently fleas. The babies began getting flea bites! Then to top it off, when we tried to renew for the third week we had arranged for at checkin, we were told a room was not available. They were beginning remodel of the third floor and their long term guests needed the rooms! Probably just a coincidence but the Indy races were this weekend of "the eviction"! They offered to place them in another one of their hotels several miles away but. Thanks but no thanks. The Hampton Suites behind their location were VERY accommodating for the remaining week. More expensive, YES, but you get what you pay for! I NEVER write reviews but felt everyone needs a heads-up! The dollars saved were not worth it.

This is by far the worst motel I've ever stayed at. The price you pay is not worth what you get here. The motel smells as soon as you walk in but only gets worse once you go to the room. It smells of pee and smoke. The elevator stopped working so you had to take the stairs for two days. There is stinking garbage in the stairwells and been there for days the stairs smell like pee also. The room is nasty, it smells as soon as you walk in. The furniture is old and nasty, the couch is tore up and stained, the recliner doesn't lay back because it is broke. The fridge has to be turned off and back on to keep it cold. The carpets are badly stained and coming up the trim falling off and it feels disgusting. The bed is small we were suppose to be in non smoking and was put in a smoking room. The TV is really small and you have no channels pretty much. The shower is very awkward to turn the shower on you have to find the tiny lever hidden under the knob. The laundry machines were almost all broke and charge to much and almost every time you walk in nobody is behind the desk if you want the worst hotel and smelliest for a five star price come to the extended stay.

Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, but hotel does need a little work as far as elevator, floors, and supplies! Use to be Supervising housekeeper at Candlewood suites so I know 1st hand how difficult it can be but management does need to stay on top of stuff if housekeepers see problems they report management's job is to repair or order just saying.

The rooms are very roomy with a nice kitchen, yes there are some upgrades that would be nice. The staff Adam, Natasha and Jordan are the best, I have traveled all over the united states and have never been treated so great but there is always the one who causes so much drama, rumors and judges and harasses hotel guest for no reason her name is Cynthia, wow how can anyone run a respectful business when she starts so much crap.

Room was dirty and had pet/human hair everywhere. Worn out sheets on bed, stains all over carpet and generally well-used room. Exercise room is a joke, and it costs $4 per load of laundry for crappy outdated machines! Questionable tenants in next room, and everywhere! Not the friendliest staff, either. Had nonsmoking room and still smelled cigarette smoke from neighbors! I ended up leaving early. Would not stay again.

Easy check in, Easy check out. Roomy room, clean, quiet environment.

Negative: Except for sheets tha looked overused/dirty, a bedspread with a large hole, a recliner that was permanently reclined (unuseable) and not replaced as requested, and poor sound insulation from the jerks stomping upstairs, the place was ok. Just ok! Positive: Large room size. Cable TV sharp, but few available channels to select from.
