Had a computer for use right we’re the entrance was. Did not have a chair. I went and got a chair and they told me I could not use a chair and I would have to stand up, hunched over basically cause the computer was short distance off the floor. Either way cops were called by them for not allowing me to use the chair. Most bizarre and funny experience ever. I got a refund and I left. No hard feeling, I just left after I got a refund. I will be staying else where next time. Good day.

Decent place friendly staff rooms are a bit dated and in need of some TLC. The swimming pool needs to be tended better but, its usable. Breakfast is ok about what you can expect from a complimentary breakfast.

Cheap hotel. Lumpy bed and pillows. It was relatively clean and the a/c worked. However, my toilet would not flush and the Wi-Fi was reminiscent of the good ol' days of dial up internet.

Where to start? I came here for a convention with friends and we called to see if our room is ready. A lady said yes and we notify if we were 15 to 20 minutes. By the time we got there we were greated by a man and notify that we spoke with a Ms. 15 to 20 minutes. He lifted his eye brow as if we are stupid liars and bounty stated our room wasn't ready. We again notify that we spoke with someone to only have him call and get the confirmation. He gave us our cards and brushed us off. When we enter the room the 1st glance was "decent" but the more we observe the more we realized the carpet was filthy, the fridge was probably just plugged in 30 minutes ago and they only gave 3 very very small tic tac pillows for each bed. One of our friends has a critical bad back as we requested for a extra pillow and they again bounty decline. Wait there is more! After s hot day of traveling we all wanted to take turns on taking a cold shower to only have warm water. Then on our last day we had free breakfast to only see that there was more tables and less chairs. And on top of it, the elevator is probably from final designation for we have to wait 20 minutes for it to for the elevator to work. Jusy a damn shame.

Stayed here last weekend. The hallways and room smelled. The hallways smelled like weed and the room smelled like mold. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it worked. The bed was really comfortable. The second day we were there, the elevator broke. There is only one and we were on the third floor. They didn't fix it or apologize or offer to help with bags or anything. Staff were not rude, but not very friendly either. Was a okay for a cheap place to stay, but would not stay here again. Also, beware of these "Anonymous" reviews. Seems like the hotel is leaving reviews of themselves.

Nice clean place. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only thing the pool water was murky. Maybe haven't gotten a chance to clean it because it was Memorial Day weekend and probably a lot of people used it so I'm not going to hold it against them. I just didn't feel comfortable getting in. They have truck and RV parking on the side street. They have Cracker Barrel restaurant next door and a McDonald's across the street. Nice little quiet area with a bunch of other hotels. I would come back to stay here.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Very affordable, and safe. Great staff, and very clean!

This was a very clean facility, staff very friendly and close to the interstate with access to several stores and food joints. We will be back to this hotel in our next trips. Thank you.

The room was well above what I expected and very nice. The bed however was extremely hard and the pillows were too soft, personal preference but it is what it is. The front desk help was very courteous and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Checked in, place was virtually empty, besides the one guest stuck there because her car was stolen the night before. We tried talking to the front desk about it, were told That stolen vehicles don t happen every night and then seemed to attack the other guest in defense of themselves. We chose to leave, a place that does not care for the safety concerns of their guests nor treat them with respect is no place I support.

Car with out of state plates was stolen from the parking lot the previous night. Instead of informing us themselves a guess told us on the elevator. Then they proceeded to say that she was making things up because in the security camera her truck was there one minute and gone the next and no one could steal a truck that fast. Never once did they try to make us feel better and even inform us they were being more vigilant or security was better but instead made us feel ridiculous about not feeling comfortable leaving our vehicle with out of state plates out front. They refused to refund both nights and instead kept the charge for one of the nights even though we did not stay in the room for more than a few seconds and the reservation was made the previous night. First review I have written on anything in my entire life and I felt strongly enough to write this out so other people do not get stuck in our situation.

I would give a negative stars but that's not an option. I had one of the worst experiences in this hotel. Not only was there mold all over the tub, but there was yellow oozing stuff coming from the air vents in the bathroom. The Sheets Were yellow stained and several 6 to 8 inch tears on the blankets. The doors were so heavy and sticky from them cutting corners and manually painting them themselves which by the way did a very crappy job. This hotel cut Corners everywhere there was repairs that clearly were not professionally done. The first night I asked for extra pillow because we only had two pillows for two queen size beds. And the pillows that were given there were literally half the size of a standard pillow. When I asked the manager for extra pillows he stated that it is only two pillows per room. After going back and forth several times, he stated the whole hotel does not have extra pillows. Whatever is in the room is what they have available. Going back to the room I try to open the door and the door snapped back towards me and hit my foot cutting through my gym shoes and making my little toe bleed. When I confronted the front desk he apologized but as I explained somebody needs to pay for my $120 pair of gym shoes. He said he would make a note of it and that was it. Clearly I'm never going to get my money back on my shoes period the next day we were trying to get some breakfast couple minutes before 9.

Lovely hotel, great clean rooms, some even share doors inside the rooms which is great for families. Free breakfast from 6 to 9 am. 100% non smoking. It's also right next to resturant if you get hungry for lunch or dinner. Great location for if you are going to be visiting the stock yards and don't want to stay at those super expensive ones right by it.

My best friend reserved a one night stay for us this past weekend and our experience was absolutely horrible! When we checked into our room it was so hot it was as if no one had stayed there for months. The AC was off and the smell was horrific. It was musty and stinky. In addition Our bathroom door would not close and the door entering our room was hard to open. We were going to ask for a different room, but we checked in so late that we were tired and just wanted to get settled and get some sleep. As we were getting ready to sleep I saw a roach crawl onto my friend’s pillow. Needless to say I freaked and threw the pillow across the room. I then saw another roach on her sheets. OMG! I have NEVER experienced such a deplorable dirty experience. We didn’t want to sleep there but we were too tired to deal. My friend called the front desk and they said a manager would see us in the morning. When we checked out there was no manager available until Monday morning. We were livid that we were told a lie. It’s as if my friend was told something just to pacify her. When we arrived home she called the hotel and she called Expedia and they would not give her a refund or compensate her partially. All she was offered was a discount on her next stay. She told Mr. Patel the same thing I would’ve told them. Why would anyone think we would want to stay at their hotel ever again? I took a picture of the roach on my friend’s pillow before I threw it across the room.

Had an awesome stay here while visiting family in Texas We stayed 4 days the hotel seem clean the pool was nice and the hotel is placed right next to a Cracker Barrel the continental breakfast is fine and the only real complaint I have is that when we first got to our hotel and in our room we found for unopened yogurts inside that expired the next day it wasn't a big deal I just asked the manager at the front to have them remove so they didn't smell up the room when I threw them in the trash.

Room was nice and clean. Beds were nice and soft. Great hotel for the money.

Pool was dirty not much of a choice on breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

Decent place for the price. Low water pressure. By the time you can check in, the room is a sauna. Takes hours to get it cooled down. Staff is professional and courteous. Update: stayed a second time, last night. This time I was on the first floor. Water pressure was much better. The ac was on, so the room was cool. That is a big improvement!

Outside of the place was clean and as expected. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed had a pop in it when you moved and got in. It was somewhat comfortable however. Bathroom and such were clean. The breakfast was in line for this chain of hotels. Nothing special or extra. I think I got my moneys worth.

My mom stayed here for a convention for Premier Designs Jewelry. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was amazing! The bed was the best I've ever slept in and the room was super quiet. There was, a very light scent of cigarettes in the 3rd floor hall but not enough to cause a ruckus as previous reviewers reported. I appreciated the staff. They are very accomodating. I would highly recommend you stay here. It's reasonably priced and close to everything. If you go downtown take an uber. Its, cheap and you'll get a great tour guide so you know where it's safe and where to stay out of. Marriott has some serious competition.

Great place service was nice rooms very comfortable and clean. The Breakfast was nice and fabulous you have option to make fresh waffles. My only complaint when my make up exploded from the airplane pressure. A quarter size amount got on a towel. I soaked it in cold water. Even gave it to the maid an showed her. The Manager then called me an told me I would be charged for the Towle that make up don't come out? I have all white Towels I know for fake it comes out! Soak and bleach… then perfect again! Yet I was charged 20$ for one small white hotel Towle you can buy 5 in a bundle at cost co for 8$. I also know they will do exactly that because I asked then for my 20$ towel when he called. He said ok! I went to get it and was told it couldn't be found. So I'm sure it was washed. Over all fabulous experience. I'm fair person… I'm not going to give a very good hotel 1 star over a petty Towel issue. But be advised don't get make up on the towels.

Location is near main highways. Room was clean and basic. Had issues with the Wi-Fi but the front desk was very helpful. If you're needing a strong connection this hotel may not meet the need. Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly.

Horrible place to stay! Yellow nasty stains found on sheets, called manager He claims don't have anymore as he's all booked. We called again after finding blood on the sheets all they sent up was a comforter but at least it was in packaging never washed but at least not touched! So glad we didn't have our children with us on this trip and managed to sleep with our own blankets and pillows. Don't waste any money on any cheap rate given Sooo not worth it!

Nice place and helpful people running it. They helped us get through a situation when we had a car accident and had to jump through hoops getting through the process. Smoking rooms are a bit old and worn but they were as clean as they could be for high demand rooms. Prices are fair and the breakfast is ok too. Lobby and grounds are well kept with all the construction in the area. This was our second stay and will be there again next fall.

Clean nice place and beds are very comfortable but the only thing is that the person in the front desk gave us a hard time with the credit card. He didn't want to take the card because it had my husbands company name on it and for security purposes he couldn't use it when we have stayed in so many choice hotels and its never been an issue.

Worst hotel service and room ever. I told the front desk I wanted to talk to a manager about the state of room 322. There was blood on the wall behind the toliet, burn holes in the made bed cover along with noticeable stains, dirt crusted on the ironing board from boots, burnt area on bottom of the iron. I called today and the Manager basically said I was a liar for saying I talked to a male at the desk. He said he was the only male that works the front desk. Well Sir you are a liar and a terrible manager. I posted the pictures of your filthy Hotel on this site. Don't even waste your time or money on this place.

Value for money. Nice break fast. Good customer care.

No Wi-fi. The rudest customer service. Help desk is a pervert. Breakfast over at 9am sharp. Never ever again.

Wow good price of $74 dollars and everything is perfect and clean, first time at quality in and very happy with it, (come visit Fort wort and buske around where to spend the night and x only $ 74 dollars this super clean hotel. ) He bathroom of luxury, the bed perfect the air super the book fast, not has nothing q envy you to the fifth or to the holiday that asked $130 and $150.

Thank you from The Red Cross for allowing us to stay here in the middle of your Remodeling. Great beds for us volunteers after a long days work. Watch the fridge though it will freeze stuff keep it on low and it will still keep sodas a slushy just like I like them after a 95 degree day. A big huge tanks from the American Red Cross Texas Floods Disaster Volunteers I know I liked it.
