Quiet rooms, very courteous staff, close to work.

Price gouging during the freezing weather! Charging $389 a night for people with no electricity and running water! Horrible!

Front desk person very pleasant and help full. She took good care of use. Room was nice, and loved the jacuzzi tub. Very doggie friendly.

Hotel staff were great when we checked in the refrigerator did not work! No problem and a room upgrade! Joe the morning breakfast person was so friendly!

My husband and I found this hotel recently on a company website. Beneplace is a site through Baylor Scott&White Health that lists businesses that are partnered with us for company rates. We have not been traveling for a while, but as our toddler is a little better on the road, we’ve decided to work on that and historically your hotels have been a favorite. When I tried to make the reservations, I was told you’re not partnered with the hospital. I explained that I did not understand why this would be listed if that was not the case. They said they could not help me, but gave me the number of Tonya who might. This spot was very centrally located, and as I said, one of our faves. I reached out to Tonya and after some discussion she was able to honor the rate advertised. We did arrive and asked for a room by the pool so they moved us from where they had put us. It was later, so we simply went to bed. The next morning I noticed my husband kept looking at our bed funny and it turned out one ox the beds was covered in ants which we showed to the front desk coverage Matt.
Matt did explain that pest control was coming that day if we didn’t mind him coming in while we were there. Since we are here another night with our little one, I did explain I’d rather she not be around that if he could please find us another room. He did do so and after we packed back up to move upstairs, we then found a very sticky bathroom floor with dead waterbugs in the bathroom.

The room was very nice, I can hear the people above stomping around but still nice. The breakfast was hot, coffee was great. Please do not expect 5 stars when it comes to food but it's still better than just cereal. Location is right off the highway but you have to make a few turns.

My room was not clean. Drapes and chair looked rough. Just overall was not clean.

Nice large rooms and decent breakfast but they beds were a little stiff with the springs.

Rooms were comfortable but the remite had to be switched out because it was not working properly. Location wwas convenient to gas stations and restaurants within walking distance.

We got upgrade and room is Huuuggee. New property. Fresh filling. Clean and comfortable.

I ended up not staying the night. Bot the employee was super helpful & kind. 2 star because I didn't stay. Don't know about anything else.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. That made up for a decent amount of my other complaint. When I walked in, the man at the desk told me "the best I could do" was $199 for the night. I turned around and started to leave. He called me back and said he could "check into a couple of things". I ended up getting the room for $109, which was probably a fair rate, but while waiting on him seeing what he could do, I found the too. For about $120 within 30 seconds of looking. The cheaper rate of $109 was for a room with a broken television, which I was fine with, but him telling me that the best he could do was so much more really pissed me off. I don't like haggling over room rates.

Nice place, very clean, decent breakfast. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, from night auditor to housekeeping. A great place in the 80-100$ range.

Due to my own misunderstanding of the AC unit, my room was warmer than I would have preferred. Other than that, the rooms were clean, beds were decently comfortable breakfast was okay. They were out of milk in the breakfast bar which is a major no-no for someone traveling with a toddler. Parking was okay. Close to the freeway and other businesses.

Our go to place in Fort Worth. Good, reasonably priced, clean hotel. Staff is great. We stay here often and have never been disappointed.

Location is okay. Price is decent. The hotel was clean. It's near an airforce base so you will hear jets/planes flying around. Hotel overall experience is okay, not the best but definitely not the worst. It seemed that the hotel was understaffed when we stayed. The lady receptionist greeted us when we checked in but didn't look too happy that day. We requested for something to be fixed, no one came. Went to eat breakfast (weekdays 530am-930am; weekends 6am-10am) but there was only one person available to do everything. Food was still cooking at 7am. The waffle batter was so watery you couldn't even eat it when the waffle was done. Tried to bring drinks back to our rooms but no lids available. Hopefully, the manager will always make sure that if there's any guest's requests no matter how simple or complicated it is, to attend to it and always double check there's enough people to serve breakfast.

Wife book a room for father's day. Our stay was very nice. Room was amazing beds were super comfortable.

The location was great for what we needed, west fort worth and close to the mall. The pool is nice and if you are lucky to swim during the day you can see and hear the jets at the base take off from the pool and parking lot. The desk and maid staff were friendly. They had fresh baked cookies for us when we arrived.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Worst customer service and house keeping. Breakfast tasted like jail house food. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

Proximity to the motorway, close to the shopping centre with good gastronomic offer. The service is very good as well as the breakfast, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended to spend a few days.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I stayed here on a business trip, and came home to realize I was covered in bug bites and I brought home bed bugs with me. Never in my life have I had these little big near or around me, and for them to say it was probably an allergic reaction completely baffles me. I had an exterminator come to my house and he found 1 exoskeleton, 1! Which means it hasn't been there long, and I definitely brought them home with me. And I don't have any random people inband out of my house, nor children, and I haven't done anything differently other than stay at that hotel. Having to pay $300+ for an exterminator is absolutely awful. Including the staff not being very friendly or understanding. I am seeking legal action and I hope some of you read this review and don't stay in room 316!

It was clean but the water pressure is a major problem, barely able to rinse the soap off! Also, location wasn’t the best.

The stay was mediocre. The rates were good but the cleanliness of the room was not. We found old blood stains on the sheets and comforter on both beds in the room. I took pictures of them and went down to let the front desk know, when I told the manager about the issue she was very rude and basically told me I was lying until I let her know I had pictures and showed her then her entire attitude changed and she tried to act concerned but I knew she was still Irritated because I had complained. The second day the water in the sink would never get hot and the person who was in the breakfast area was rude when being asked for more cups, forks, food when she finally brought the things out she slammed them down as if she was angry we were bothering her. This was one of my most unpleasant stays at a hotel and a Comfort Inn.

Close to the highway with restaurants nearby. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Mattresses feel cheap, but expected at the room price point.

UNSATIFACTORY! I stayed at this hotel for a business trip — which was booked AND payed for by my employer. However, MY PERSONAL credit card was charged for the hotel stay along with my employer's credit card — so Comfort Inn received two credits. It has been a hassle getting my personal credit card refunded! IN ADDITION… while there, I had to switch rooms because I had absolutely NO RUNNING WATER in the shower nor the bathroom sink. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to re-pack all of my belongings, move to another room and unpack again. And because the water stopped running while I was mid-shower (shampoo in hair) the entire debacle made me late for my business expo I was working, causing missed sales. Will never stay at this hotel again — and will recommend my employer not use this hotel again either.

The service is great, the rooms are the best I have ever stayed in with everything you need. From dishes, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, full size couch with lounger, foot stools. Everything you need. Free Breakfast, free dinner on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. With free Draft Beer. Oh yes, by the way this is Staybridge Suites. Thanks for checking this out and see if you agree.

Have stayed there a couple of times. First time was great. Second time had an issue with message light on phone. Could not get it turned off. Neither could lady at desk. She said she would be up to disconnect phone and let it reset and that should work. I told her I could do that. Did all she suggested and still had 2 red flashing lights I was going to have to try to sleep with. Said she would contact Mgr. For suggestions. Did not hear anything until I ask next morning as I headed to hospital where husband was. Covered phone by bed with towel as cell was dead and did not want to disconnect phones if needed at hospital. Morning lady at desk said Mgr would be in that day and take care of it. I had been told that it was clear on phone display how to correct it. Our phones had no display. Lady brought phone from other room, still no display, changed nothing. The manager apparently did not check and see we still had old phones in our room as they were updating them with phones with display. Next night disconnected phones. Was there 5 nights, other than that both times with staff have been excellent!

Harmony was amazing. I fell in love with the pillows there and she made sure that I could get some for my home. What a lovely experience and this young woman made it even more so by going above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. You guys are lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I will be sure to remember this place and hopefully, Harmony will be there to make an even more pleasurable experience.

Staff is friendly and great with accommodating large groups. Rooms are clean and smell nice. Rooms were nicely updated and bed was big and very comfortable with a lot of pillows. Breakfast was nice, nice breakfast area equipped with the basics. Have stayed here multiple times for business and will continue to return. Thanks!

I satayed 10 days. The hotel was very accommodating. I would like to give a special shout out to Harmony. Harmony on the front desk helped me with a couple questions and concerns I had. Comfort inn is lucky to have a person like here. For me, The hotel is super nice, clean beds and comfortable. Wi-Fi is fast and free breakfast. Planing to stay here again soon!

We had an impromptu extended stay due to some unforeseen medical concerns from 12/7/17 – 12/28/17. Corporate (Michelle) and local (Nolan & Harmony) management went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay; they were excessively generous, hospitable, and friendly! It is clear that this management team has created a culture that values its members – which translates to an all-around phenomenal stay for its guest! Upon arrival, we connected immediately with Harmony (Assistant Manager) ; she welcomed us with open arms and expressed a tremendous amount of love for our family. Just 12 hours after checking in, Harmony had already purchased gifts for our kids – she connected beautifully with our entire family and would regularly come up and check on us, asking by name, how everyone was doing. We always enjoyed visiting with Joe (housekeeping manager, maintenance, cook, security, concierge, jack of all trades) and enjoyed a lunch with him of Christmas. Joe has an extreme work ethic and is customer centered – always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay; and always with a smile! We praise the housekeeping ladies who were very efficient and meticulous. Louise, Nancy, Mary, Thomas and the rest of the front desk workers shared the customer centered vison; always greeting us with a smile, asking about how our family/stay was, and what they could do to improve our visit.

Very good service excellent cleanliness and very comfortable rooms, offers free breakfast service, has fitness room, laundry, also has basic services, microwave, minibar, coffee maker, iron, donkey iron, hair dryer etc. I recommend it.

Clean, comfy, good breakfast, and overall decent and comfortable. Front desk, not so much. 1 washer and dryer for guest laundry, but not able to convert dollars to quarters for the machines. Good rest, but walls kind of thin.

Excellent stay. Staff were excellent. It was in a great location to get around. The rooms are spacious and very clean. With a microwave and fridge and coffee maker which was a nice touch. I was extremely satisfied with everything and breakfast was good and fresh and had a great selection. Thank you :-)

We were in town for a concert. We always stay in at the comfort inn and suites. The first room they gave us, we walked in and it wasn’t clean. I felt like we had just walked in to a room were someone was having personal relations. The 2nd room we went in got settled and after a little bit I went to the bathroom. The lid was down, and I found out why. They had not cleaned it. It had toilet paper and human feices in it. I flushed it but there was still a brown ring left. Disgusting! I told the girl at the front desk. Wasn’t offered any comp (after being moved already you’d think they would offer something! ) Was told they had a new cleaning staff. We won’t be staying there again! NASTY!

This hotel is a great location for our business trips. It’s very clean and comfortable.

My family and I were there for a thanksgiving celebration with friends and family from out of town. We had a great time. The staff was helpful and very professional. They conference room and bar areas where we were eating and socializing was clean and well kept. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean. My only complaint was that I slammed my finger in the bathroom door while leaving, which was my own fault, and had nothing to do with the facility itself. All in all, it was a great experience!

Clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a rate appropriate to the amenities and location to the Downtown Ft Worth TX area. It is advisable that you inquire about the level of handicap accessibility for your reserved room to insure that your individual needs are met. Overall… I loved it!

Booked my room with an employee from front desk I asked a few questions. The employee couldn't answer a few of them. Get there they cant find my room on a fully booked room the lady finally gives me a room we go upstairs 3rd floor 1 bed no pull out couch. I go back down stairs that room won yt? Work there are three adults. After about a half hour she moves us to a room with 2 queens which I ordered. Long story short we stay three days the room is dirty finding other people trash under beds and popcorn and beer tops under beds and behind curtain which dont close so I had to sleep in full clothes right next to the pool. Anyway I go to front desk to get a receipt to leave they tell me I didnt pay the full amount accuse me of not paying full amount and said I still owe 3$ and some change yea like I made up the price … you mean you didnt do the math right … I pay the balance and get my receipt and try to go back to my room and now I am locked out check out is 11 and its only 930 so now I have to go back to the front desk to get another key and still get attitude from workers. OMG this has been the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. Will never stay here again ever my son is stationed down here and will make sure I dont make this mistake again. Employees are rude and why is my bathroom floor sticky it was discusting and what a joke…

We chose this hotel because of hot tub and continental breakfast. Hot tub was out of service and the hours of breakfast ended early for a weekend. The coffee thermoses were empty and the lemon infused water was just tap without lemon. We asked for early check-in but they could not accommodate us. We got a room on 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service. The door to the stairwell appeared jammed but learned the handle needed to be pushed a certain way. The bathroom was missing a bulb, toilet paper holder was missing and minimal toilet paper. A light in the room not operational. The price was too high for the quality of this room and lack of accommodations and service.

Very clean updated rooms. Check in was fast and easy. Great breakfast.

This place never lets my family and I down :) I've stayed at the one in Florida too and it was also great. This is definitely our staycation and vacation hotel of choice. We feel very safe and comfortable here.

My wife and I, along with my mother n law were in Ft. Worth to visit my wife's sister in the hospital. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a great friendly staff. I certainly appreciate Joe who wears a lot of hats. He was very friendly and funny, making our stay very special.

Horrible the bed was hard as hell and THE a. C. Sounds like a car breaking down, the ceiling was falling out the wall and the so called icebox was broke and the hottube was glued together and the carpet smelled like sour ass. The breakfast tasted like jailhouse food. Won't ever stay here again.

The room was very clean. The tile work was perfect. Staff very friendly. Best hot breakfast around. Loved our visit.

Our room smelled of cigarettes. I reported the ice machine was broken and the desk clerk clearly didn't care. Very small pool and not that clean. The room was spacious and clean, which are both pluses. The bed was very hard.

We really enjoyed our stay at comfort Inn and suites. The hotel is only three years old and is beautiful. The staff was also very friendly. The only complaint I would have is that Cherry Lane bridge is closed.

Unfortunately, after a nice prior stay, we rebooked. As we entered our room, a large bedbug greeted us on the wall near the microwave. We put on the brakes, returned to the front desk and received an immediate refund. I'm sure these things happen to all hotels from time to time, and the service was fine. But a bedbug is a deal breaker. They will need to be more vigorous in their inspection and treatment protocol.

Outside and lobby, common areas all still look brand new and clean, the rooms are spacious but carpet and furniture is stained with idk what and ink writing, also ink writing on the bathroom walls like construction, over all it's nice, clean and huge. Friendly staff but not efficient with giving correct keys to the correct rooms. I was in the hotel industry for 25 years from start to finish and beyond.

When we arrived from the airport, it was after 1 a. M. I wasn't surprised to have to wait a little bit for the desk attendant. But after over 30 minutes, and as 3 other people came down looking for her, I was concerned that we may not get into our room that night. She eventually came in. Turns out she was outside somewhere! She said that she hadn't seen us come in, probably because she wasn't in the hotel at the time. She apologized, but it was still very upsetting, and we were very tired! The room was spacious and pretty clean. Breakfast was good. We didn't check out the pool. The hotel is located conveniently off of I-30, but otherwise it's tucked away not by many other things.

My stay was wonderful. If I could steal the bed and pillows, I would. The best night sleep ever.

I stayed here for a job interview, and had a great experience. Louise at the front desk really made it complete. She was very helpful. Although there are some signs of aging on the property I found everything clean and in good working order. Comments I saw before staying included non working thermostats, low water pressure and poor breakfast. I had none of those problems, and the value in this hotel was much better than many more expensive properties I have used. Great value for the dollar.

Large spacious rooms, great hot breakfast offering, very clean, 6 minute drive to downtown. Very friendly helpful staff, would recommend.

Although the beds were comfortable and afternoon desk attendant was very friendly we were very disappointed. We were charged way more than the website showed even though it was the middle of the week no one there and not in actual city. Half the electrical outlets in room did not work and the alarm clock buzzed all night. Elevator was nosy and rickety. Also milk at breakfast sour. Will avoid this hotel in future.

Rooms are clean and nice sized with small fridge and microwave. Beds are decent, pool and jacuzzi is inside in a separate building open 24 hours. Has workout center, free breakfast and happy hour on Wednesday. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Really tasty free hot breakfast. The Wi-Fi was mediocre, but it served its purpose. I think the nightly rates are a little too expensive, but at least everything is clean.

Price is good. Room is clean. First night I stayed in a non-smoking room, but it had strong smoke smell. I called the front desk and got a new room quickly, which had no bad smell. Overall it was good experience. However, the so called high speed Internet is very slow. This would be a decision making factor for future stay.

Spent the weekend here with my girlfriend. We had zero complaints. Service was perfect, rooms were clean, and breakfast was actually the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. There was even a cook top to accompany the fridge and coffee maker. Beds were super comfortable too. Great hotel to stay in, remarkable friendliest front desk person I have ever encountered! — Ms India was very helpful in her approach and in matters of minutes we were in our pre-booked room, As seen on the website — Authentic design, very comfortable bed — soft/hard choice of pillows, terrific location, a fine value in a basic facility, which includes a buffet breakfast. Also thank Mr. Dary Leith and Mrs Louize for their assistance as well. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Fort worth Texas for a day or week stay.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Hotel Manager and all the staff was most helpful and courteous our entire stay. The suite and connecting room was spacious, clean, and comfortable… if we ever come back to Fort Worth we will stay at this Comfort Inn…!

Fellow Lockheed Martin employees — don't be fooled by this hotel's location. It is not worth it: After arriving from a long day of travel, I was unable to find anyone at the front desk after about 15 minutes of ringing the bell. When I finally arrived in my room, I found that there were no toiletries and the drain in the tub didn't work. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is very hit or miss. It is extremely slow during high traffic times, which is incredibly inconvenient. Finally, there were about 15 people staying on my floor with a touring band that were up drunkingly running in the halls, yelling, and slamming doors from 2 a. M. To 4 a. M. They put them in the room DIRECTLY NEXT TO ME even though the hotel is practically empty. After attempting to contact the front desk (no one answered), I finally went and addressed the individuals myself. In the morning, when I finally talked to the front desk, they had no record of these individuals staying the room next to me?! Eventually, they determined that a mistake had been made, and they hadn't updated the computer with the ridiculous idea of moving them. This is NOT the hotel for traveling professionals. There are much better options in the area and beyond. I stayed here due to the proximity and ratings and am now adding my due diligence to reviews.

After going back the next day, I was treated to a proper room with a good discount and great accommodation. Nothing to complain about now. Not sure what happened the night before when a lady tried to charge me for two rooms at 660 dollars after everything but next day I got one room for 116. Breakfast was great as well. Watching me try to operate the waffle iron half asleep was entertaining.

The young woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The pool was nice for the kids. The hotel as a whole was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come again!
