There were a number of problems with the room we got that weren't addressed at all. No shower curtain, no phone & what I'd have to call an insect problem (ants, gnats, flies, cricket). It's an older place, so, maybe acceptable to some for the low price.

Its a good spot for a cheap place by the week and on 1 hand the fact the staff is accommodating and isn't nit picky like other places is great but on the other hand it seems that people aren't smart enough or respectful enough to pick up their own trash and follow some manners. Will say showers are awesome! Walk in shower with a seat rocks.

This hotel is full of sex offenders and drug dealers. Pimps with there employees. There is so much switching in staff you cant keep up. Rates are cheap, remodeled rooms, its still a last resort before homeless. I pray I never have to live here again. RUN if you can. If not I understand and my prayers are with you.

There were people hanging out in the stairway. Wouldn't move when they saw me coming. The rooms are cute with a kitchenette.

The room looks alot nicer on pictures, the kitchen area needs to be updated. House keeping could do a better job cleaning the rooms before the guest check in, I had to ask for mines to be cleaned soon as I walked through the door. Drug traffic is heavy and don't plan on sleeping in because the outside noise won't allow you too, should have booked elsewhere!

Comfortable studio suites dose not provide little things like personal cleaning items in room coffee. Cater to all customer even scrupulous ones.

If I could rate zero I would. Let me just say the manager was nice but I feel bad she has to manage and deal with this place. I walked into the strongest chemical smelling room that was overloaded by BUGS everywhere. Thank god she gave me our money back. How in the world does someone stay in a place like that. And who the heck would clean and mop a floor and leave all the liquid on the ground. Do not stay there!

New management is great. Staff is very nice and great about keeping the property safe and clean rooms. There trying very hard to stay on top of people just wondering around with no rooms, and seems to be working very well. Definitely will stay there again.

Great staff, honored Trivago voucher for the 2 requested days and for the extra day we decided to stay as well. Doesn't get better customer service than that. Excellent facility with lots of amenities that make the stay even a better expierience. And the rooms are in the top 5 category of A class cleansiness I've expierience in the last 5 years. Safe, clean and comfortable with full size refrigerator, small neat stove, microwave and nice sink combo. Great for extended stays!

Visiting from Florida and looking for a THRIFT hotel in the area I read the reviews and was set back by all the negativity. Conclusion was our experience prove that to be totally untrue! The price was right and I was in the area so I thought I'd stop in for a personal look. I was greeted by young lady named Jenny and her new trainee named James. They were extremely friendly courteous and professional. They graciously allowed me to look at a room and I was quite impressed. Though not a five-star it was certainly adequate for our overnight stay and my wife reluctantly approved. Following a comfortable first night we decided to extend an additional night as the place was perfectly suitable to satisfy her needs. I witnessed no drug deals or people just hanging in the parking, roaches, bugs, or anything disgustingly negative. Maybe it was a fluke, but the reviews that I had read we're completely untrue and the only negative thing I saw was that the cheap price drew a little bit of a seedy looking crowd and also the grounds were a bit unkept with cigarette butts and more than normal paper and cops that needed to be picked up. My wife and I have been married for 40 years and we're looking for a place to stay as we visited Fort Worth. We are always looking for a bargain but seek lodging basically for a safe and clean place just to rest for the night. We had good service and professionalism from Jenny and James, also the general manager Jessica Wickham.

Our stay here has been nice, smoke free, clean no bugs and friendly staff.

Service was good as far as it went — the price was what I was I extremely disappointed in — twice what I was expecting — just for a place to sleep and shower… Sad indeed…

Have bugs in every room. Had to take my brother to the hospital because of the bed bugs we found (Hes highly allergic) I had to go to the er too for a staff infection! we bought a week of rooms by the 3rd day they made all of us leave with no explanation and NO REFUND we spent $600 for 2 rooms and lost out on over half the money. They are very rude. Told me and my Fiancée to get out of the shower when they busted in. You get no privacy what so ever. I would never recommend for anyone to stay here. They have the worst service ever! And on top of it all I have a service dog with her card and they still refused to let her stay with me. I have never seen a more rude staff in my life. I thought Granbury hotels had poor service but this has them beet. There not even worth the one star they got from me. Worthless and trashy rooms, staff, and service no one should be staying here.

Very nice staff and NICE rooms for the price.

This was WORST PLACE me and my husband ever stayed at, they had LIVE ROACHES EVERY WHERE, the beds where nasty and had molds on them. The blankets and pillow had cigar burns in them and it smells like someone has died in the room. The staff where so rude, as if they didn't want to do there job. We were so was so disappointed in this place we could NOT stay, even loosing half the money from booking from this facility. They really need to close this place down, the rooms are NOT clean… I give this place below a — 0 stars! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY OR BOOK AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Seems like they had hookers and dealers all over the place and you can never get sleep. It's always so loud. Trucker Drivers seems like they book here for there hookers as well. Old bed that have bed bugs, nasty floors, restroom was seems like it was NOT cleaned within months. Roaches everywhere… everywhere. Highly never going to recommended this place to anyone, the price is NOT even worth the stay. … Really need to shut it down and rebuild the place from scratch, due to the smell and molds, bed bugs and roaches every where!

Um the roaches are the main problem and people up walking around all hours of the night in and out of their rooms and being loud when outside after midnight. Also the office is never opened when you need them to be opened.

It's nice cheap hotel in good area. They have nice staff but only thing I don't like is people moving around all throughout the night.

This place is being marketed as being newly remodled but a fresh coat of paint doesn't equate as. "newly remodled". Microwaves not cleaned, refrigerators same and air conditioners are old and houskeeping have not moved furniture to clean between tenants. Room had a mold scent and took the first week for their to be a work order to be placed for maintenance. This place advertise kitchettes come with kitchenware but don't (not even 1 single spoon). They advertise a cleaning once a week (a deception as well), after a 3 month stay not 1 single week did house cleaning clean my room only to lie to management about doing so on several occasions. The morning after my first night stay manager admits they were not having this property fumigated for the roach problem. She admittedly said any room you can expect to see a roach. Gap under toilet needs to be sealed! Tv isn't big enough to cover the brackets, dirty and old microwave plate inside didn't turn, broken seal on toilet, air conditioner leaked outside of my unit, a neighbor admits theirs leaks inside and afraid to tell management due to not trusting any staff inside their unit.

This place has changed for the better tremendously! The staff is even very pleasent to speak with and very understanding of customer satisfaction! Manager Jessica Wickham is absolutely wonderful she was not feeling good and still took care of business and kept a smile on her face while making others smile! And Elizabeth Freals is just as good and both of them get 5 stars for customer service and I recommend if ever anyone's in the area and need a place definitely can't go wrong with this property! This place is the worst. Smoke alarm has been remove from room. No towels in room. Toilet does not flush and the place is full of drugs and bugs. No soap or shampoo in room. Elevator does not work. Manager is very rude.

Its a good room actually! Comfortable… and a great TV.

Worst experience of my life. Filthy roachee horrible staff even general manager was not helpful at all tells you to Google it if you want help.

I didn't stay here just visited but it's an ok location. With the construction it is kind of messed up to get in and out of right now. Once the construction is done it will be great!

This place is filthy. Roaches crawling on walls flies flying, Sheets stained with I don't know what. Faucets are nasty old and sticky to the touch. Bathroom has a used bathroom smell in it. Don't even get me started on the toilet. Touching anything in this room, I immediately want to wash my hands. No trash cans in room, and no new toilet paper, the rool is already opened and used. Best of luck! I don't want to give it one star, but I have to for it to post. Also we had a good rain and the manager came by and knocked on our door to give us a towel in case it rained in the inside.

The towels were dirty and sheets smelled. They dont allow pets which is fine… as long as you dont have guests who keep their pets in their cars barking alllll night! Waking up to someone trying to get into my already paid for room at 7 am. Asking who I am and why im in the room! Apparently the staff doesnt communicate or check who they rent rooms out to. This place has gone down hill I will never stay again. Also there are a cluster of hotels/motels around this corner so you have options close by. Dont stay here.

It is ok the price is economical so it is what it is the only reason for 3 stars is ROACHES I have never seen a hotel-motel with broached like this.

Wouldn't recommend this place. Way too pricey not enough amenities and roaches are plentiful. As much as this place charge you would think the overall quality would be a lot better. If you are looking to stay in this area for awhile then I suggest you pass this one up.

I've been here since January and hv also stayed here in the past right before new management and can honestly say there's most definitely a very big difference between the last guy was OK but not as helpful but Ms. Keri is AWESOME AMAZING VERY helpful woman and her ENTIRE STAFF is also helpful and friendly. My room and everything was clean just the way I like I've had small issue but was fixed same day good jobs guys! Keri is most definitely the secret key to this place she really deserves a pay increase and vacation.

After how we are remodeling the recommend.

The cashier was rude and unhelpful. There was a strung out hooker walling the parking lot and many of the tenets were clearly drunk. We didn't stay.

Let me say Simone is a good manager of the property, any small issues are handled fast with no fuss the property is being renovated so it's a good fair priced place to stay that allows pets, which is not easy to find places that do. All of the staff from the front desk to maintenance are very nice and friendly. We have been here for 3 months as we moved from Plano tx. To relocate. The west side of the building gives a cool! View of down town ft. Worth with horses in the background, it feels like Texas again on this side of town. NICE! There is lots of good food around here as well. And VERY CHEAP GOLF! and beer.

The rooms are nice and well kept. Staff and service is very helpful and nice. And the location is beautiful.

This motel and staff provided a fair service for a fair price. The room was just right for a weekly stay. The only problems I saw were the other customers. The staff have to put up with cheap people, since they offer lower prices. They're walking distance from Texas Roadhouse and other eateries and just a few minutes drive from shopping. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and didn't find much credit to the bad reviews.

This place is a nightmare let me be the first to tell you I was a former employee here and I can tell you honestly you DO NOT want to stay at this place it has roaches and bed bugs and the long term guests are generally either hookers pimps or drug dealers. The staff are quite awful they will lie and steal from you if they. Are able I have first hand seen them lie to guests and they WILL treat you badly over anything they can for no reason both of the general managers are gay and act like catty teenage girls they stand around in the office trash mouthing all there guests the min they walk out of the lobby there racist and hatful to people who have disabiltys as for the rooms you may want to think of this before you rent a room here think of the way it was before you got it I have first hand seen people rent a room they had kids and everything when they had just gotten done removing all the meth and drugs parafanalia from that room. This place is so bad not even the police want to deal with it because they already know that the place is a rundown crap hole infested with the scum of the earth people they Do have undercover cops watching it for drug issues there are people who have fist fights in the parking lot they do nothing about there are hookers coming in and out of random rooms your car will get vandlized don't ever make the mistake of staying here it's the slum and maybe even worse!

Omfg It is so nasty If you look under your sheets you will see bed bugs we have lived here and Every time we have to sit and itch because of bed bugs and lice I am making _Sure_ I call the health Department. One day I woke up for school while I slipped on my shoe a Huge Cricket was in site I literally screamed my head off. Plus if you walk on the carpet barefoot your feet will be back. 0 Stars.

These hotels are pretty nice. I decided to stay because of an amazing deal on hotwire, and I don't require a lot. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are like small efficiency apartments and clean as well. The beds were comfortable and everything was quiet after about 9 p. M. And I was able to get a good nights sleep. I received a reminder call for my checkout time in the morning and was able to extend it for another hour with no hassle at all. There are plenty of places to eat or drink nearby if that's your thing. I definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for something simple, clean, and quiet in this area. I will be going back myself!

Made a reservation with the African American woman who works during the night time, she took all of my info down on a phone call around 8pm, told me to call around 12pm the next afternoon to see if a room was open and that I would recieve a confirmation that I have a reservation. I did not recieve the confirmation nor was my information kept as I called back this morning and 3 more people had been reserved and no evidence of mine. No help or service, not even going to attempt to get info again.

I did not like it THEY HAVE A ROACH PROBLEM there was a letter left on my bed about the PROBLEM and I was informed pest control would be in to spray! No good it did I had to buy my own raid didn't leave it was non refundable fridge was really little I will never come back house keeping only once a week smh I do not recommend!

Wasn't expecting it to be very nice, as they don't look all that great from the outside. Some reviews weren't the best, but some were also OK which made me choose this place. Supposedly a new owner and management took over, so maybe I got lucky as the older ones might've not been all that great. The rooms are very clean. I was surprised. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels with much dirtier rooms. No bugs, not dirty or cracked or anything like that. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom and shower is nice. Room includes a stove, kitchen sink, fridge, microwave, TV and small table. The TVs are extremely old. Probably 1990s. Thankfully I brought my own as I happened to be moving to the area. They clean the rooms once a week. Had a lot of valuables in my room at the time and was gone when they cleaned, but nothing personal was touched. Overall a pleasant experience and even better considering the price. Convenient location as there's nearby restaurants, bars, and major highways to get to the city. Had a non smoking room. There was a burn mark on the covers but no smell at any point during my 10 day stay. The only things I didn't like involve the place and not the rooms: the lobby closes at 11pm, and even during open hours there were multiple times I had to go in there for various reasons and it was locked/nobody there. There's a courtesy phone that supposedly dials the manager outside, tried it twice on different occasions and never picked up.

You people that think this place is bad apparently haven't stayed at a bad hotel such as any one of those on main st.

This hotel is disgusting and I wouldn't stay here if this was the last place on planet earth. Toilet was dirty all around the bottom carpets just plane nasty bedsheets had stains on them curtains had holes in them. Personally save your money you can pay the same amount for a much cleaner and nicer place. Much more afforadable places in the area with the same concept just better and cleaner. I will never stay here again it is a disgrace. And they need better upkeeping.

Well I used to love this motel the people that work there are really great especially chrissy at the front desk. The manager darla was also very nice I used to stay there all the time until recently I stayed the nite actually two nights and I called up there after them nights to see if they had a room and I was informed that I have a DNR on my name which is ridiculous cause they said I stole some pillows and grounded food in the carpet. First of all I have my own pillows at my home I haved stayed at this motel over 50 to 70 nights paying full price every night and have never be told that I stole anything out of them rooms every so why would I start now especially if I was still planning to stay there several more times.

Stayed there because it was supposed to be the cheapest option. The maids steal from your room. Cars get broken into and stolen in broad day light. Drug infested, and roaches and crickets in room the size of most rats. Staff very rude. Could not get a handicap room unless I paid $200 extra, because a nonhandicap person was in it, but they told me I could go to the third floor in a regular room. I am in a wheelchair. Impossible. Then the place caught fire while I was there, because someone was cooking meth in their room (serious). Fire alarms are annoying and go off daily in the middle of the night. This is the worst and most dangerous place I have ever lived in america. It cost me an additional $4000 in car repairs after a vandalism and theft. Do not stay here! You have been warned. That is unless you like living in crack town.

I have stayed at this location for over 3 weeks and when I first went to my room and opened up a drawer there were 3 used hypodermic needles in the drawer with blood on them. Also have been itching badly all over and when I lifted the mattress it was torn and badly worn and looks like something taken off the street and smells. We pulled back the sheets and they don't look like they were ever changed. Went to the doctor over the itching and they said we have lice. Walked across the floor barefoot and the bottom of our feet were black. We pay $239 a week and this is what we got. Now our clothes have to be thrown away and have to get medication to get rid of the lice. We took pictures for documentation. Their pictures are totally different from what you get. Pull back the covers and check the mattress and flooring and check for lice and bed bugs. We have been coughing and our baby has been sick. Hair loss from the itching. Going to call code enforcement and health department.
