Unable to give a 0 star, or I would. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend. Shortly after we left, I called back because I realized that I forgot a Football Jersey hanging in the closet. The lady at the front desk told me that she would have it brought down to the front desk and I could come back to pick it up. Mind you Jerseys are not cheap, so I decided to go back for it. We arrive back there 3+ hours later, only to be told by the lady working the front desk (while she was laughing mind you) that they didn't find it. Not only did someone steal my Jersey after I just paid good money to stay with them, but they then lied to me, and didn't even think to call me to tell me that "they didn't find it" aka stole it, instead they let me drive all the way back to get it. Complete waste of my time. We stay in this area multiple times a year, and this was our first and last time ever giving our money to this hotel. Your money would be better spent elsewhere. Courtyard, Cambria, Hyatt, and so on!

My wife had bed bug bites all over after our stay here. They sent a survey to my email shortly after. I completed it explaining what had happened and we never even had the courtesy of a reply. I contacted Hilton customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I wrote a letter to the Chairman of the Board and have heard nothing back from him either. I would rate this place and Hilton 0 stars.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We reserved our reservation via Trip. Com and checked into our room, shortly after we were charged by the Hampton Inn as well. When we spoke to the manager, she said it was "our problem" without actually using those exact words. We were going to stay here atleast another night, but not a chance. The Hampton is at fault, not Trip. Com. My wife and I have already wasted around 3 hours of our time on this to no avail. Do not stay here!

I didn't find anything distasteful, everything was in line with my expectations. However I did notice that they don't really cater to children. The motel has a pool, witch the kids loved but that was it. They have coffee for the adults but nothing for the kids. They do have a good breakfast everything is clean. Overall the place was very nice, clean, quiet and helpful. I would recommend the place and go there again.

2 night stay. Friendly desk person both nights. Room was not straightened up between night one and 2, we could have used fresh towels, and more toilet paper.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton. The room was spacious, and shower was large and had good pressure, and they had a great selection of food at the continental breakfast. The bed provided a nice sleep and the halls were quiet. My only complaint (and it isn't a huge deal, but something noticeable) is that the elevators were unusually slow.

I have never experienced a staff at any place of business so excited to please their customers. For starters, I arrived hours earlier than check in… no problem, the room I was slated to be in wasnt ready yet, so they switched my room to an equivalent and let me check in early at no extra cost. My last night at the hotel, I requested a late check out and the response I got was "No problem, what time would you like to check out? " No extra cost, and no issue what so ever. Every staff member I came into contact with smiled and asked how I was doing every time, and they all seemed to enjoy their jobs. The room was extremely clean, and comfortable. I want to find a reason to come to the area again, just so that I have an excuse to stay here again!

Newer building, clean. Staff is extremely accommodating. I'll be back.

Great location outside of Pittsburgh. Decent gym that is open 24 hours. Rooms were clean and breakfast was on par with other Hampton Inn establishments.

Very nice accommodations. Great staff, breakfast every morning, clean rooms. Super comfy pillows. I've been a repeat customer. They impressed me very much.

First time staying here… Nice place… Recommend getting a room on the backside of the hotel… Lots of traffic noise if you have a room facing Racetrack road.

Do Not book a room facing the outlet! The curtains Do Not shut. It was almost impossible to get to sleep. The bed was okay, but the sheets are of a low thread count. They have two types of pillows: (I'm assuming) a down and a rock. There is no in between. There is only one place to charge your phone by the bed. The chairs are probably the best part of the room. The bathroom is large and the shower is large also. In my room the shower head was falling apart and I felt like I was breaking the handle to completely turn off the water. There is a large somewhat lit mirror also. The coffee maker is in the bathroom. I have no idea why that is. There is a mini fridge and microwave. Mini fridge in my room sounded like someone was banging on the wall. The internet (if not purchased) is useless. I was not even able to connect completely to it. A 64k dailup connection would probably work better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars to them but the room itself is one of the worst I've seen in a hotel. Feels like a motel to be honest. The breakfast was very good with many options of heathness and not so healthy. 5 stars to the breakfast also. Over all this is not a bad hotel the rooms just have two major flaws. The curtains do not close The Wi-Fi is unusable, unless it's purchased.

In town for business my stay is very nice! Clean rooms, bathrooms, and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and check in was the fastest I’ve ever experienced per a hotel or motel. No bugs, thugs, or drugs just a lot of love here! Plus they have great amenities including an inside pool for all seasons of fun! Highly recommended by a guy from Atlanta, Georgia just passing by! :)

Nice joint. Next to a casino, but I didn’t have time to gamble. Indoor pool, but I didn’t have time for a swim. Got some good sleep tho.

Parking lots could have been maintained much better during these frigid temperatures. Both beds looked like someone rolled over on them as they were messy. It took approximately 8 hours for the room to reach the desired temperature. The bathroom had hair in the bath tub and the shower walls were not cleaned and the toilet paper was not replenished. To make matters worse, I could not get a receipt upon checkout and was told that it was emailed to me. 7 hours later I still do not have my receipt and found out that I was charged $15 more than my confirmation amount. The woman I spoke with on the phone gave me excuse after excuse about my receipt and overcharged amount. Needless to say I WILL NEVER stay at this establishment again.

It was a nice place. Looked of high class. And nice people all around.

Very friendly staff. Appreciated them letting us check in early. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. We were put in a room with one king bed. Fortunately, my friend was willing to share the bed. The room was very clean. Always appreciate having a microwave & refrigerator in the room. This is one of the Hamptons with a hot tub in the pool area. Enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Last night we stayed here. It was fun I guess. At the pool, there was disgusting clumps of hair, and weird orange/brown dirt. There where no towels because usually we don't bring towels to hotel pools expecting there to be some, so we called asking for towels, the response was, "I'm not the pool worker, you have to find someone that works at the pool for towels". Such rude workers. Sunday, we got the free breakfast and the pancakes were hard. I opened the egg container, and all of these big loud metal things went flying and a worker replied with, "Maybe you shouldn't get eggs", in a really rude voice. Big brown stains on the curtains, and we went to put things in the fridge, and there was a pizza box with pizza in it, and ice cream in the freezer. I mean, wow! Do those people even clean?

Online reservations were a breeze and room was ready when we arrived. The front desk personnel were extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. Not only was the entry impressive and extremely clean but what we saw was also extended to our room which was very clean and very nice. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable, we will definately be back. The only complaint we had was the hairdryer was non functional and when we tried to use it it smelled as though it was on fire and made a terrible noise. That is a very minimal complaint for us.

The best stay in a Hotel I have ever been to. The Hospitality were rated over 5 Stars. The rooms were rated over 5 Stars. All associates were very friendly and also are rated over 5 Stars. I was very pleased with our stay that I will be back next year. Everyone should see this post.

Location is great, it is a quick drive to the casino, but not walking distance. The rooms are a great size, with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I would stay there again.

Great bang for the buck. My room was clean, staff was friendly, and free breakfast was satisfactory. The gym was also decently equipped and very clean. Pretty much checks all the boxes for what I'm looking for in a hotel.

Just stayed there last night and I had to comment on how extremely friendly and polite all of the employees were. It seemed like they all enjoyed their jobs. Breakfast this morning was also very good and well organized. They had everything a normal person could want. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people, and give all the employees an atta-girl or boy!

It is conveniently next to the casino. Breakfast was good. The staff are amazing, offering everything they can to make our stay lovely. The rooms were clean.

Everything was great from check in to check out (actually even after check out). Dillon was there and was available for everything we needed. When I said even after checkout, I had left my jacket in the closet of our room and called the hotel where Dillon picked up and remembered me. Fortunately, a member of our party was still there and Dillon went up and retrieved my jacket for him. I have forgotten the woman who made the breakfast but she was very attentive and personable. She made my mother happy! Thanks to her.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is no sink in the bathroom. It was outside of the bathroom. That's kind of gross if you think about it. After your business is done you have to grab the door knob before you wash your hands. How do I know if the cleaning crew cleans that? Otherwise the king sweet I stayed in was top notch.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms with a great indoor pool. Views are bland but most of the rest is relaxing.

Aj at the front desk was very helpfull and informitive, she helped us pick a restraunt that was near by. And was able to suply us with a list of outlet stores around the area. Beds were confortable and clean. Breakfast was good and nice seating area. Nice place to stay.

This place is very clean. The pool and whirlpool are awesome. There breakfast is out of this world. They also have easy online check in. You are able to pick your room number in advance. Of course we picked a room near the pool.

Clean, comfortable. Convenient location, especially to the casino and outlets.

Return visit to this Hampton Inn. The first stay was amazing. So I insisted we stay here again. What a mistake. We got a good rate through Orbitz. We paid in advance for our room. It appeared the sheets had not been changed as there was a rather long brown hair smack in the middle of the bed when I pulled down the comforter. We were told we should be given a voucher for a return stay & someone would change the sheets. We could not get a reduced room bc we paid via Orbitz. No room change, no upgrade offered. The next day the manager William told my husband the photo didn't even look like hair but a string. Shame on you. The photo was enlarged so you could see it clearly. Obviously we know what a human hair looks like. He gave my husband a business card with 50% off a future visit. We checked out. And our credit card was charged again for the room. We were double charged, told we couldn't see, etc. Plus no response to our 2 emails sent directly to the hotel manager William. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. Avoid staying here unless you want to pay twice for one stay!

I gave this hotel five stars because we had an amazing stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean! We live in Washington County, only about 10 minutes from the hotel. However we were staying there celebrating our one year anniversary at the casino. We were shuttled to and from the casino by the hotel. But what made this the greatest stay was that the front desk was aware that we were spending our anniversary with them. I secretly had my sister in law go in and spread rose petals in our room, well the hotel staff hand dipped strawberries in chocolate and wrote us a card to congratulate us. They did more for us then the hotel we stayed at on our wedding night! I highly recommend this hotel… we will stay there again when we are looking for a mini getaway!

I frequently travel for work and stay at hotels at least twice a month. I have never encountered an experience as bad as this one. During my stay my family and I encountered bed bugs which resulted in one of my family members having to go to the emergency room. What made the experience worse was how the Hotel chose to deal with the situation — They didn't. After telling us no other rooms were available they left us on our own to find other accomodations, and offered no other solution other than "The Managers are not picking up their phones come back at 7am". It is not acceptable that at 1am 3 adults (2 Senior Citizens) and a small child are displaced because a Manager does not pick up there phone. To add to an already horrible experience there was a domestic brawl on our floor that resulted in the cops being called and the laundry services were completely out of order. I must note in fairness the staff were pleasant. However, they did nothing to actually resolve the problem. At all costs-I would not recommend staying here. In fact I plan to post this on social media and with my co-workers and other Media Affiliates so no other consumer has to go through this.
