Absolutely would recommend the Whirlpool suites are beautiful, clean, comfortable, staff was great and breakfast was great. Definitely will be staying again soon.

Booked a 2 night stay at this hotel. Had an incident with a friend n his babymom. Hotel then complained around 8-9 that my 1 year old was being to loud. Then within the hour state police were knocking to remove us. Then I look at my bank statement and they charged me a smokers fee when I was clearly smoking cigarettes outside even talking to one of the employees! customer service is horrible! I advise others to look elsewhere! they are pursuing the 6ft away but have people in the lobby hanging around talking. Ridiculous.

Yes I do recommend Comfort Inn Suites and motels because I love the king size room with the Jacuzzi hot tubs.

There are no lamps in the room, all lights in the room are recessed in the ceiling except 2 wall mounted by TV.
d be really nice instead of recessed lights over your head shining straight in your face while in bed.
Unless your at least 6' tall you're not tall enough to adjust the shower head.

Stayed here a few days ago at the start of our trip and our sheets were disgusting dirty. Back again tonight on our way home, 4 couples and none of us had soap in our room… apparently they ran out… very bad planning and customer service… front desk staff was awesome however and she tried her best to take care of us.

We enjoyed our stay so much! the staff was super friendly everything was very clean & spacious. Just like home away from home.

Stayed 4 nights wanted to stay 7 but was booked. Stay every year to visit my daughter in Claysville Pa and I'm from Ca. Every time has been great except this stay. First night they forgot to make up our room. We left at 9 am and came back at 11 pm. Had to go to desk and get Coffee & bathroom misc. 2nd night left our left over food in room and no coffee and dirty towels in bathroom. Hope tonight the room is made up. Internet is intermittent at best, Room smells of something. They charged me 119 a night because they didn't get my reservation and last min. May not stay here next year.

A very nice and clean hotel. I always stay here when in the area for work. Great rooms with fridge and microwave, comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms and also Jacuzzi suites. Friendly staff and a hot breakfast.

If there was another choice I could have made for a place to stay I would have made it.

Stayed at this event for a meeting in the area. The check in process was very speedy and the front desk worker couldn't have been more kind. The room I was given was nice and spacious. For the most part the room was spotless as well. The only thing I was able to see was a little mold in the shower, but I have seen much worse in "nicer" hotels. The location of the hotel is convenient and near a mall and what appears to be a popular restaurant. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The only concern I had with this is not with the hotel or the breakfast attendant. I asked whether the eggs had any dairy in them, and he was unable to answer as none of the bags that the food came in was labeled with any ingredients. The hotel chain needs to rectify this. The breakfast attendant was more than likely one of the kindest hotel employees I have ever met. He was courteous, hard-working, and said some of the nicest and uplifting things to guests. Overall, this was a very nice stay and a decent hotel.

Stayed a few nights working in the area, and had a fantastic stay. Rates were fair, especially for how nice the rooms are. Coffee, tea, and drinks available 24/7, and complimentary hot breakfast every morning. Staff was very helpful and kind. I had a reservation, and showed up a bit too early to check in and they were fully booked. They said it would be a while before they had a room ready, so I went to do some grocery shopping. They called before I even got to the store to say I could come check in! Above and beyond service.

Failed cleanliness: There was literally a protruding layer of jelly slime/mold coming from our shower wall. After trying desperately to not touch the shower walls, I unknowingly dried myself on a very dirty towel that had been re folded as clean and got black junk all over my arm. I left feeling more dirty than I was when I got in. The carpet was sticky to walk on. The floor may or may not have have even been vacuumed. As for an adequate sleeping space: of the 2 beds we used, one was as hard as a rock. The other was quite comfortable/softer. Pillows are two times as thick and half as long as a standard pillow. If you are looking for a quiet sleeping space, this hotel was louder than most other spaces I've stayed in. Doors shutting/slamming were heard very loudly throughout the night. The staff was friendly and pleasant to interact with. However, I was told by the morning worker that she would wait to check me out on the computer until the shower matter was addressed with the manager who came in at 9am. The manager did not call me, but I received a voice mail from the same staff person at 8:30 am saying she just took $20 off of our bill. It would appear she did not follow protocol as she said she would. I do not feel like there was an adequate attempt to make amends for the poor experience. We did not eat breakfast; however, there was limited/no warm food offered and they were out of the only juice my son wanted even though they did not appear busy.

Clean, comfortable, and a welcome stay after 10 hours of driving. The staff was also super nice. Also, if you stay here, pop over to Angelo's across the street. They have some amazing food.

We arrived without a reservation and were greeted by Larissa at the front desk. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

This is by far the best one I've stayed at. Jacuzzi tub, 2 flat screens, a shower with 2 heads. I love this place.

Peaceful, from a long road trip. Recieved well needed rest. Would return again if need be.

Clean rooms, pleasant employees, decent breakfast and easy to stay there. No hassle and convenient location. When exiting, don’t go down the hill, turn right and venture around the shopping complex and come out near the Riteaid. This avoids the never ending traffic keeping you from getting back to the main road. It would be better if there was more than one washing machine and dryer for guest use.

This place is half way between our home and grand kids. Passed many times and finally worked out for me to stop. I am very glad I did. Exceptionally clean hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was incredible and host Anna made it feel like home. She greeted me at my table and had a printed page with some fun jokes and light reading. Will plan on staying here again with my wife on a future trip to see grand kids.

Great place to stay for a night. Room was a little awkward/strange with a jacuzzi in the middle of the room. Overall pretty comfortable. For what it was. The staff were extremely nice as well.

I really loved this place! It was a perfect mid range price. I thought the accommodations were great for the price. It was a very clean, relaxing environment. Every staff member I talked to was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond in their service. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will definitely be looking into more Comfort Inn & Suites.

Staff is great. The breakfast is good. I got a room with a mini fridge and a microwave so that was a great bonus that I didn't know. They're rewards program is good. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again. Pretty good pricing on rooms too.

Nice enough rooms, although the details are a little lacking (audio cables hanging out from the wall, for example. ) Comfortable beds. We've stayed here a number of times and the rooms can be very different based off of what you book. Front desk people are always very nice.

When I see the word "suite, " I expect a certain layout of a sitting room separated by a door from a sleeping room. The room that I got was listed as a king suite, but it was pretty much just one big room with a jacuzzi in the bedroom. Which is fine if that's what you want. The bed was comfortable and roomy. The room smelled unpleasant, like cigarette smoke and bathtub. The room and in fact the whole hotel was non-smoking, but our room was situated close to the outdoor patio where smoking was permitted. Despite signs next to the stairwell, indicating a fire door, and that they should remain closed at all times, the guests keep them propped open for convenience, and the staff at the front desk seemed indifferent to the situation. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, which you are continuously reminded of by the noise of it throughout the night. Maybe I am expecting too much from a basic motel. I doubt I will be stopping back here on my next trip in the area.

No doors on the bathroom! My Wife and I are staying here for work and absolutely love this place. In our room is a Jacuzzi, 2 TVs, and 2 beds with a very modern feel. The only problem is the restroom doors… There is a giant opening connecting the restroom to the sleeping area.

The only thing savIng this review from being a 1 star is the front desk person (I think her name was Larissa) was extremely friendly, curteous and professional. The major issue that we had was that the sheets were apparently still dirty from the guests before us and my friend woke up with a used band aid stuck to her foot! It was disgusting to say the least.

Check-in and checkout was super easy, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast! We were shocked when we walked into our King bed room and, oh my, the shower — that was a surprise! It was a big walk-in with 2 rainfall shower heads plus a regular one! The vanity with the sink had a ton of counter space with lots of cabinets. The room was clean, the bed was clean… Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thanks, Choice Hotels, for coming through for us again!

Great Stay. When I arrived to check-in room I originally reserved (1 dbl bd) was no longer available so they upgraded me for the same rate to a king suite! The evening counter staff member Larissa was both polite and very helpful. Room was immaculate. Bathroom was spotless, bed linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm passing through and I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Water pipe was broken, so we did not have water in our toilets, sink, and shower for a full day. We had to switch into another hotel room just to shower only to return back to our room with no water. The cleaning services only came 1 time during our 5 day stay. We had to actively find housekeeping to ask for clean towels. We had to make our own bed, even when we called for house keeping to come and clean our room. Our trash cans were so full, so we had to take our trash out and throw the trash out in the dumpster behind the hotel. When we checked into our hotel room, there was trash from the people before in the side table drawers. When we were concerned about the water not working in our room, we got attitude from the hotel manager. I went to work out in the fitness center and the TV was taken off of the wall, so I worked out in silence. We have stayed in this hotel a total of 27 nights, and this stay, I was NOT happy with the service.

Checked late last night and desk clerk was supper accommodating She went over and above to be friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. My parents room (a double) was very roomy and clean. My room (also a double) was much smaller but this was due to the elevator located at the front of the room. It was still very clean with a good air conditioner. If you get one of the rooms with the elecavator sharing a wall I would recommend switching. While it wasn't loud it could still be heard and was slightly irritating after a long day. The elevator itself was rather slow and loud inside so it was frightening riding it.

Excellent service and delicious breakfast to start your day, as well as having a natural park for walks in the morning.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars! They deserve it. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything needed and then some. When you come through the front door you're greeted with a smile by a friendly receptionist, and treated to complimentary popcorn and lemonade. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated (my room even had a hot tub). In the morning, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the continental breakfast included warm items (eggs, sausage, etc. ) as well as your usual continental breakfast items. I was staying here on business during valentines day, and the maids even left me some valentines day goodies and a note on my bed. What more could you ask for.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites one night this past winter and it was a fabulous stay! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast selection as well. Plenty of choices! I'll definitely be back.

Nicest hotel at this level that I have ever stayed.

It looks pretty nice from the outside and looks to be the same builder. I found out from the lady at the front desk at the Comfort Suites is that if you stay at the INN you get all the benefits of the Comfort Suites like free breakfast, work out room etc but its like 25% cheaper. The only thing is that there is no elevator. They have suites with fireplaces and whirlpools for like $75.
