Very nice place. Upscale, great staff. However the sleeping situation is horrible. The bed is much to soft and the pillows are horrible. Got roughly 5 mins of sleep and my shoulder already hurts. Please work on getting better pillows/mattress! The floor is more comfortable…

Very nice place. Well taken care of. They even have a pool. Their staff was great, will stay at this location again.

Nice place to stay. Staff was friendly & addressed an issue right away. Not bad of a breakfast selection & tasted pretty good. It was a very short ride off the highway & it had other restaurants around if you wanted a selection. Would stay there again.

They had snacks and a nice breakfast. Facility includes pool and gym which was great. Will come back again.

Bad breakfast, staff do not seem to care about doing a good job. Sheets had a stain, I pulled covers off to show the maid, when I turned the covers down next it's was still there. Poor quality service. Stay at the Hampton in waynesburg it's worth the drive.

Clean, even with my serious inspection. I always check under the sheets, and thoroughly check bathroom fixtures & towels. Lol Quiet. Adequate breakfast. Comfortable, though small, room.

Accommodating staff. Our room was clean but the window had hand prints smudges all over. The shower head was loose and not remain in desired position. The tub/shower valve sprays about as much water you get out of the head. Location is nearer the older part of town but it is just a few minutes to loads of shopping and dining locations.

Fast check-in, pool, clean rooms, complimentary hot breakfast, close to outlet mall (5 mins from race track ranger and other Hampton inn). Far better (and cheaper) hotel than hampton on race track road.

Some of the staff were friendly, but in two very specific instances during my 1 night stay they were not. We were late getting in, and my group wanted to relax by the pool and chit chat after a long day of travel. We were literally kicked out of the pool very shortly after we got settled in, even though we were the only ones there at the time and were not even swimming. We were told that the pool closes at a certain time and we had to leave. I have never experienced this before at any Hilton property and our group was overall very displeased. In the morning at breakfast, the staff person responsible for restocking the breakfast items was rather short with my wife when she asked if they had cream cheese for the bagels. Perhaps if it is such a major chore to fetch these items, more focus should be placed on making sure enough is set out before breakfast time.

I stayed here passing through, got in late, however, with any Hampton you expect top of the line. I expected it to be pricey, which it was. However, for that price you would think it would have a fridge and microwave. I frowned upon it, but dealt. However, it had a horrible musty smell. The beds were very hard, if you like firm beds it would be great. Since no fridge went to get ice to keep drinks cold and the ice machine was broke on my floor. There's a Pizza Hutt next door!

When we opened the door to our room we were met with a musty odor. It was odd and took a while to dissipate. Or maybe we just got used to it. Then when we went in bathroom there were half full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. Not a big deal since we bring all that stuff, but apparently each individual guest isnt important enough for a full 18 cent bottle of shampoo. Unfortunately it felt like this hotel was trying to get by on bare minimal at every turn.

100% recommended… The location is very good and the hotel is very close to Pittsburgh. The best thing is a hotel with 2 stars but with the quality of a 4. We booked 2 nights by mistake as it would be for a single as we had to continue trip and the hotel staff made arrangements for the supplier to cancel and not charge… which was… Great stay and very happy.

Everything was great except for the fact that the room I stayed in had no access to drinkable water besides the tap (which honestly tastes like bathwater). I'm not drinking tap water, especially given the stories regarding lead in certain towns. The room has no mini fridge and no bottled water despite convenient access to a coffee machine as well as coffee. I ventured out to see if there was any option on this floor, but found there was an ice machine, but no vending machine and no water fountain. Two star hotels in third world countries offer better service on this front. I speak from experience. Somehow, I'm still giving two stars because everything else was up to par.

Hampton inn by name alone. The hotel was very dated, and not up to the Hampton standards that I am accustomed to. The staff member who checked me in was eating, which I understand, everyone eats, but she would speak to me with food on her mouth. I found it very unprofessional. She also gave me a menu for a local pizza place and told me that I would have to return it to her, as it was her last one. Again, I just fourish the whole experience not up to the level that Hampton typically offers. The excercise room had a treadmill and a stationary bike, no elliptical machine like every other Hampton inn I have stayed at has. The pool was also closed while I was there, it just failed to deliver on what I expect from this line of hotels. I'd expect this from a budget hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights for business. All of the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. However my bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Very clean, spacious room. Indoor pool was warm and not crowded. Lobby was a fun place, we played board games, :). Continental breakfast was well stocked, and as good as can be expected. Staff was very friendly, very helpful. Only critique is every sound can be heard through the door, like footsteps of a person walking normally outside the room can be heard plain as day while in bed. Overall, I would stay there again.

The first day we were there we left at 9am and returned at about 9:30pm to come back to our uncleaned room. Dirty towels still on bathroom floor, beds not made. Thwt said I had the do not disturb sign on my door, that wasnt true. Every time We wanted to get the guide up on the television I had to shut the TV off and the up and down channel button didn't work. So not very happy with this stay.

Always seems like the perfect location to stop on a cross-country drive; always full of friendly people and quiet rooms, and even has good parking! Not the best Hampton Inn breakfast for sure, but still a great experience.

The room was clean. With fresh towels in the restroom. The staff answered all questions politely and the complementary breakfast was a good way to start the day.

Rooms were nice but smaller than other Hampton Inns I have stayed in also most rooms do not have a mini fridge.

No refrigerator or microwave. Pillows were extremely horrible from our family members opinion as well as other guests that were in our reserved block of rooms. The beds were hard, not for people with back issues. Not comfortable and do not plan to stay here again. Everything else was good. Parking wasn’t secure and not under light. I was also overcharged $14.00 more than my paid receipt showed.

The staff here is amazing! The welcoming employees (especially their morning cook/maid) have kept my family coming back to this place to stay for over 5 years now! They truly do treat you like family. Not to mention they go above and beyond to help you with anything at all you may possibly need. Also, I saw a few post complaining about the rooms not having a microwave or refrigerator and I wanted to inform them… that they do have rooms with these amenities. Simply mention you prefer them and at no extra cost to you what so ever, you can receive them. They may just reserve those rooms for guests that stay longer than a day or two but, they do have them available.

We booked the room online, got a good price and no-drama check-in, friendly service, great room, clean, well-appointed.

Location stinks. Roads are confusing. Good breakfast. Decent rooms.

We stayed at 3 different chain hotels recently on a cross country trip — a Sleep Inn, a Cobblestone Inn and A Hampton Inn. I was very disappointed with this particular Hampton Inn. Normally, it's my favorite chain but the room was very basic. Not nearly as nice as the other 2 hotels. No fridge, no microwave, tiny bathroom with hardly any vanity space, and no chair except for the desk chair. The other 2 hotels had all these things and they were less expensive.

Staff was nice and helpful but the place was old and my room smelled. Definitely not up to Hilton standards.

Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, staff was helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

I had a restful sleep. The comforter had a red stain on it. I thought it should have been changed it was noticeable. It gave me the impression the same comforters are reused to each visitor. No meat on the breakfast menu. I rate you a 3.9.

Check in and check out smooth. Convenient location right off the interstate. Clean place. Breakfast is their usual which isn't good… but it's consistent.

I don't know but it was a great experience. Everything clean, organized, and a lot of towels thanks Hampton Inn I will come back soon…

My work put me up here for 3 days. Check-in was quick and painless; everyone was polite and quick. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly good. The fruits were fresh, coffee was flavorful, and waffles were great. Would come again!

It's a quality hotel. It's clean, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is decent. While there could be a few more amenities, what they do, they do well.

Very friendly staff with great customer service. Rooms were always clean and no matter what time of the day, coffee was hot and fresh. Will stay here agin!

Super comfortable mattresses and nice quiet rooms, but the workers who are staying there doing underground fracking walk into the hotel with muddy boots and our bedroom had black finger prints on the walls of the bathroom and walls… too bad as it has a lovely location and the hotel is generally very clean and the staff are lovely. Super friendly. Loved the fruit infused water provided 24 hours a day outside the elevators on the main floor and the pool!

I just returned home today from staying at Hampton Inn for a wedding. HI provided transportation to the ceremony and back after the reception. This HI was incredibly clean, the breakfast was really nice, the rooms were great — clean, functional and updated. I thought the bed was wonderful, loved the comforter! But the most impressive part of my stay was the service by the staff — they went above and beyond to accommodate the wedding guests! Even though we were the cause of several noise complaints upon our arrival back after the reception. I've never met a more courteous and understanding staff during a hotel stay before! Thanks so much and I hope our group didn't cause too many problems for your staff, we had a wonderful stay.

Great people! Clean rooms.

For the most part it's your typical Hampton Inn, though bigger than most I've stayed in. The two things that stood out as being atypical are: 1. The fitness center was a joke. One recumbent bike, one treadmill (or was it an elliptical) and some medicine balls. That's it. No weights of any kind. Given that this location is bigger than most that was disappointing. 2. There was no spa. I've been in much smaller HI's that had a spa. Other than that, it was fine. Nice rooms, an ok continental breakfast, and good service.

Another good hampton inn, internet slow at peak times. Poor cable lineup, no nbcsports.

I had the chance to enjoy of hospitality at this hotel due to my job taking me to the area for extended periods. Couldn't have got a better group of people to take care of my needs. They were friendly, helpful and very professional. I will probably go back to the area, now on pleasure, and I will definitely stay with them. By the way, if you are the earning reward points kind of person, stays here add up to your Hilton account, which I found out when I was offered some reward nights at an exclusive Double Tree by Hilton resort. All in all a great experience :).

We like this hotel, but this time the wireless internet service was intermittent and unbearably slow. I hope they get it fixed.
