Bad experience, unhelpful management! Highly do NOT recommend. This is a hard pass for us. The ice machine doesn’t work. The hotel is under construction. What ever happened to guest services? Hospitality? The manger Carmen was rude and dismissive! The rooms are clean however Will absolutely not be back. I paid for an experience and I received a headache. The minimal amount of care for the pleasure and convenience of their guests made an incredible impact on our overwhelming disappointing experience. And side note no pool for our 7 kids in our group, when it was clearly and untruthfully advertised a pool!
Under renovation? No pool? 5 rooms booked for a high school graduation and management was no help. No discounts or accommodations offered. Terrible guest service. Manager said it was on the website but it takes several steps to see a small mention of no pool. This is why we booked this hotel. When we called to request getting rooms together there was no mention about no pool. Even when I mentioned how excited we were that they had one. Will not return. This has been a horrible horrendous experience.

The worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. Would not recommend. Booked several rooms online for a graduation. We had several children with us very excited for a "pool" After checking in and realizing there was no pool because of construction. No refund or accommodations because the manager Carmen stated it was online. The website she spoke of was very difficult to no navigate to find that the pool was under renovations. The rooms were pretty and the renovations were nicely done however no hospitality! Very rude staff. Uncaring.
