Clean rooms, anemetties good, great breakfast, day shift staff great… the 2nd shift clerk kinda rude tho, didnt act very welcoming and not very informative.

Decent hotel. Only complaint is their breakfast. They had 1 waffle maker, egg muffin, bacon and cereal.

A standard Hampton Inn with the usual atmosphere furniture and carpeting. Different from most, the staff in charge of breakfast really do their best to put something out that's palatable, but ultimately it's still powdered eggs, pancakes, and cereals. Had a conflict with them concerning my service dog, where they presumed I was trying to sneak a pet in. Wasn't given the benefit of the doubt, which was unfortunate even though it seemingly ended correctly.

Decent hotel. The staff is very friendly. We needed a cot and they got it for us. The breakfast was ok. A typical hotel breakfast, although they were still making food at 5 minutes til breakfast was over. Same variety cereal, yogurt, pastries, English muffins. They had hot oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins, they had waffles, cheese omelette, turkey sausage and decent potatoes. S9 many toppings for everything. The outside pool isn't heated but, for this time of year it felt good. Goes from 3-5 feet. Small gym room. Coffee, water, lemon water and hot water for tea or hot chocolate (I prefer milk for hot chocolate) Overall the hotel was pretty good. Even though everything was prepaid, you had to present a card (at check in) to charge $50 for incidentals. We were also able, to check in more than 30 minutes beforehand. It is a decent hotel, decent breakfast. Of course, if you wanna pay more money, you will probably get better. We paid $420 for 3 nights here. It's only about 8 miles from Kennywood.

Service was acceptable and accommodating. There was local restaraunts with a short drive. The rooms are what you would expect out of a hotel room, which is mostly a place to sleep, bathe, and change.

Courteous staff. Clean and neat. Pool available. Plenty of free parking. Would recommend.

Stayed here a few months ago and really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very nice. I left a very nice jacket in the lobby and someone at the desk picked it up and kept it for me until I frantically rushed downstairs the next morning. Getting into the lot was a little tricky but hopefully they've fixed the entrance from the highway.

A bit pricey, but very clean, which can't be said for some of the other hotel chains in the area. Good breakfast selection (waffles, cereal, bagels, etc). Comfortable rooms and plenty of places to eat nearby. Less than 10 miles from Pittsburgh.

Staff is very nice, and the rooms are clean with nice bathrooms. Really really nice for a Hampton Inn.

Location is good kind of outsides of city, rooms are comfy, beds are very good, furniture it's a "meh", best part is breakfasts maybe (: nothing big but enough.

Very clean rooms, great employees made us feel comfortable been coming to this Hampton Inn since it opened several times a year. I'LL BE back soon!

Great hotel no issues during check-in. Stayed 3 nights. Beds were comfortable.

Clean room with comfortable bed, good water pressure, and HD flat screen TVs. All you can ask for in a chain motel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My issue is the fitness room. Elliptical machine doesn't work and no cups for water. Just pay attention and keep things running, you advertise you have them.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I only stayed for one evening, but it was a pleasant stay in a comfortable room. I am a Silver member of Hilton Honors and wasn't recognized as such. Entrance to the parking lot is blocked from the street.

We reserved 3 rooms for some of our employees who were traveling on business. They were comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast but 2 out of the 3 of them discovered "hair" on their bed and had to have housekeeping change the bedding. Is this one of those places that doesn't change the bedding every time? Ew.

Didn't stay overnight, was just there for the conference room. Lobby was nice though.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in West Mifflin during business in Pittsburgh. Hotel was recently renovated and the end result looks great. Staff and facilities are very accommodating. Looking forward to my next visit to Pittsburgh and the Hampton Inn again.

It was clean, our room was relatively spacious, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Hotel was fine but while one staff member was very friendly the other one was the complete opposite. It seemed like she was too young and immature for the job. I have to stay another three weeks next month and am on the fence about staying here again. Location is very convenient but the bad encounter with the morning front desk women may cause me to stay at a further away hotel.

Very quiet place. Friendly staff. Rooms are nice! Outdoor pool to enjoy. Very easy to find.

Clean, comfortable property, exactly what you expect from Hampton Inn. Co lenient location just off Rt. 51. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area very modern and nicely laid out. I would stay here again.

Clean, good staff. Only negative, not the easiest to get to. And they seemed to only have two luggage carts. The morning breakfast was a lot better than I expected.

Everything was very clean, staff was nice, we were like 15 minutes from kennywood which was nice.

Real nice place. Rooms, breakfast, lobby and personal service. The food in the morning is real good and the variety can't be beaten. All room doors are inside and at 8:pm at night no one can get into the lobby without their key scanned to open the door. There is also a pretty private pool area. Free Wi-Fi and lots of channels to watch on tv. Too bad they didn't have dvr… lol. Rooms have microwave and fridge and a beautiful bathroom. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Hampton.

I love this hotel. Been coming here for years and watched it transform through lots of upgrades. Each one better than the next. This is my favorite Hilton hotel and I stay at a lot of hiltons!

My first time being at this hampton inn. It wasn't bad. I just hated the traffic outside the hotel, which is my only complaint. The staff was extra friendly and the room was very clean.

I wanted to leave a review because I had a really comfortable and inviting stay. I had a late arrival, the concierge knew who I was when I told her my name. There was an issue with the room that was confirmed for me on the app check in. She upgraded my room to a suite with a king bed and jacuzzi tub. I had to rush out of my hotel room the next day to get to my meeting, came back and the housekeeper straitened up my stuff and put it neatly at the front of the room, I really loved that being in a business trip. I come in tired and I was able to just sit and relax. The receptionist answered all of my questions and greeted me by name. I will be making frequent business trips to this area and will always stay here. The remodel looks nice and the pictures above are how the hotel looks, you can tell it was an older Hampton Inn that they have remodeled and brought up too standard.

Pictures shown are not of actual hotel. I was very disappointed in the hotels appearance. I got a refund immediately. I've seen motel 6 look better than this hotel. Lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding. If you're in the Pittsburgh area book at one of the hotels on the waterfront.

This is a fairly typical Hampton Inn. They have a nice breakfast area in the lobby. The rooms are nice and, with the exception of one incredibly rude front desk clerk, the staff was nice. The issue we had was that the parking lot doesn't seem to be big enough if the hotel is crowded and it can be difficult to find a spot. The entrance to the hotel is incredibly steep and will scrape the bottom of your vehicle unless you enter extremely slowly.

The staff is the greatest. Especially Jessica she had great recommendations for place to eat and spend down time. You would even realize their currently remodeling.

My fiancé and I were in Pittsburgh last night for a concert. We booked a room here. Everything was clean and fresh in our room. I also enjoyed the whirlpool. This morning there was free complimentary breakfast. Or if you were on the go, you could grab a breakfast to go bag. I highly recommend staying here the staff was very nice and friendly and eager to help you with whatever you might need.
