Very nice spacious and friendly staff. Also great perks.

This hotel is beautiful it used to be a bank and the building is stunning. You can visit the bottom floor and see all the old bank vaults pretty impressive. The staff is awesome from Derek at the valet service and his coworker a young man from Syria sorry I cannot remember his name to the whole front desk crew. We met a lovely lady on Christmas night that was serving the complimentary cocktails in the dining room and she was so friendly and told us about the area. The location is excellent there are so many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. Loved loved loved this hotel!

Lately we have been staying at the Drury hotels when we go out of town from Michigan. Everything is great from the desk to the house keepers. From St Louis to Pittsburgh they're maintaining a quality hotel for the guests.

Had a great time here while staying for a concert at PNC. Very convenient to walk to venue. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I want to start by saying I don’t think I’ve ever had a better hotel experience in all my 46 years. The staff was amazing across the board. Special shout out to Nina and Chloe at the front desk for ALL their help. They both went above the beyond in assisting me with all my questions and needs. AJ and Justin in valet were awesome as well! Nightly Happy hour (with complimentary meal and drinks) was absolutely amazing, as well as the breakfast buffet. Both rooms I had during my stay were extremely clean and comfortable. Although I hope to never return for the same reason, I will absolutely be back anytime I need a city stay!

I loved this place! It was so beautiful! The patio on the roof was beautiful with a great view. The historic bank vault downstairs was fun to visit. The place was clean and well updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice shop/market room with all you need. Plus not only was breakfast included, but a happy hour buffet dinner with complimentary and very nice inexpensive drinks. The pool and jacuzzi and work out facilities was excellent. We will be going there again!

The pool is neat, it’s on the 8th floor and was a shooting range back in the day. The staff are all friendly. The hotel is very clean. The evening meal they have is fantastic. We will stay again when we come back to Pittsburgh.

Drury Hotel was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I travel a lot. The outside patio, pool, hangout room, and huge suites were awesome! I have never stayed at a hotel that included a full breakfast and dinner! The rooms were clean and even included shampoo & wash! The staff was super friendly and accomodating. Only downfall was parking was a little chaotic. I will 100% stay here again! A+++

Best staff that I have encountered at any hotel. Hotel is clean and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in town! Free breakfast and something they call 5:30 kickback one free drink and 2 more at. 75 cents along with food! Stay… you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel its self was great. But most of the hallways from 4th floor up smelled like pot. Guests where actually do it in front of the doors of the hotel. Not one of the works said in anything to anyone. I wish I would have never booked for 3 days. I would have left by the 2 hr.

We were quite impressed the the complete stay from a quick easy check-in until we left. Staff was so friendly always asking how they could be of service. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Spent New Year’s Eve with my family and friends and their family after a concert and what a wonderful place to have come upon! I will definitely stay again! After a short time I noticed a difference about this hotel and their staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay awesome from simply the little extras they do/provide for you. All of the staff was very friendly starting with Darnel. Even the managers were not afraid to get there hands dirty to get the job done. We meet Brian and Victoria from the front desk and it just seemed like they couldn’t help enough everyone was so friendly and always had time to stop and make you feel like you were really welcome to be here. Affordable, lovely, & the staff are amazing! they offer really cool food & drink specials along with a complementary breakfast, as well. My favorite part though, is the rooftop patio — although it closes at 10pm, it is absolutely breathtaking. Simply gorgeous. I didn't want to leave! lol. Anytime I come to pittsburgh in the future, this hotel will remain my number one choice! :) )

I recently stayed a weekend at this location — and enjoyed it to the fullest. I was with a very large group and we all gave the hotel nothing but compliments. From the very professional staff (especially Darnell), to the great food and drinks (kick back) to the cleanliness of the entire place, we could not ask for more. I have stayed and many, many hotels all over the U. S. And this one stands tall amoungst the best. Great job Drury Plaza downtown Pittsburgh!

After a terrible snafu with Expedia and our reservation, the staff, Shanika, Sparkle and Ashley worked diligently to work things out. I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. From the minute that we pulled in and talked to the valet staff to when we were planning dinner at 9pm, everything and everyone has been extraordinary. The pool and fitness center are convenient and their rooftop patio is to die for. I highly recommend this place and will stay here any time I’m in the city.

Great hotel and had a really excellent experience! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the rooms were big and lovely and the free breakfast was a very nice perk. Loved my stay and hope to be back at the Drury next year for Anthrocon.

Complimentary drinks and food every evening from 5.30 till 7pm was a bonus, although the addition of the small charge and tax on the room charge for the second drink caused an issue with my bank back in UK. The issue with the pending transaction on my bank account after leaving the hotel which my bank said was the Hotels fault was a major headache. However, a manager from the hotel went out of his way to help me once we were back in UK and with his help the bank eventually released the hold on my account. Thank you Chris!

I work for Citizens Bank and have been staying here for the last few times that I have been out here for Training! The staff is 2nd to NONE! The service is AWESOME! Friendly staff and Top Notch Customer Service! This is the BEST Drury Plaza that I have stayed at PERIOD! One of the Front Desk Clerks Taylor, has Always made me feel right at home and Always greets me when she see's me in the lobby! Way to go Guy's! I will MOST Definitely stay here again! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot at Drury the hospitality and service were excellent. From the the third party valet service to the general manager the hotel manager the front desk staff the service attendants, from the free breakfast and the Kickback happy hour, I could not have been happier or felt more special. Thank you to Nathan the general manager, Heather the hotel manager, Shamika the front desk attendant, Frankie the bartender and Ms Toni! They all pitched in from everything to giving us directions to attractions and entertainment to helping clear the tables and assuring we had everything we needed.
Also a big thank you to Malik and Eric from the valet service. Not only will we be going back to the Drury Inn downtown Pittsburgh I think we'll be seeking out Drury's on all of our travel excursions!

I'm very happy with my stay at the Drury Hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was amazing! They also provide a light supper, which was both flavorful and filling. I will be visiting again soon!

Breakfast area was terrific and roomy, food was standard fare, but good quality. Bank vaults in the basement we're beat to look at. Room nose was a bit high at times; both hallway speech and plumbing from the bathroom above we're fairly audible in the room. Overall, the nose want really a problem as it was rare.

Love love love this hotel. Free breakfast and free dinner. With kids this was great because we didn't have to spend money on food out. You also get one complimentary drink and cards to get more. The valet parking was not like other reviews said. They must have fired the guy. We really loved this hotel and will probably stay here again.

Beginning with friendly, helpful valet, gracious check in host, who gave an overview of all amenities and extras, beautiful, large, clean room, 24/7 free soda fountain, coffee, tea & hot chocolate! Popcorn machine in evening, the lovely 530-730 free supper & drinks for 75 cents. Breakfast was hot, fresh, tasty & served in the beautiful former lobby of the Federal Reserve building. The decor was unique & gorgeous. They ingeniously retained some fabulous parts of the former Federal Reserve Building, the history & beauty of the 1931 building was delightful. Every employee greeted us & constantly asked if we needed assistance.
Also the pool was clean, warm & had an abundance of towels. The hot tub was nicely maintained and the adjoining roof top patio was an added bonus. We didn’t use the exercise room but it looked like a nice choice of equipment.

I absolutely loved my stay there the beds are comfortable, clean bathroom also an amazing pool, and workout center. The food is mediocre but there are a lot of nearby restaurants. The only problem I had was one: we ordered a room with two queen beds and a pull off but there was no pullout. Two: we got a room, The living area was very good but the bed room had an air conditioning unit though the wall.

Comfortable, clean room. Very nice breakfast buffet included. Free pop and coffee in lobby around clock. Advertise same with popcorn, but empty from 8p on. Very nice snack room from which to shop. Patio area above city gives nice views. Staff are wonderful. Cozy bar/bistro. Would definitely recommend.

I loved this hotel! All of the amenities added up to a perfect stay. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool and hot tub were great places to relax after a long day. The continental breakfast was substantial and tasty. The evening happy hour was unlike any I've experienced at a hotel before, with enough free food (rotating entrees each night, popcorn, hot dogs, nachos) to constitute dinner, plus complimentary drink tickets for beer, wine, or mixed drinks. I was in town for a conference and found the hotel to be one of the closest to the convention center — the rear entrance is essentially across the street. On top of that, all the staff were very polite and helpful. I'd be glad to return to Pittsburgh on business just so I could stay at this hotel again!

This is our second stay, and both times have been perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, the pool kept the kids entertained, and we absolutely loved the patio! It was great to wake up to a wonderful buffet for breakfast and another good buffet at supper time. Saved us a lot of money on food!
Definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved the happy hour with free food and cocktails every evening. This is not your Embassy Suites pretzels and chips spread. Drury had baked potato bar, fresh fruit, veggies, soups, hot dogs, hot appetizers and much more. You could actually fill up here on free food and not even need dinner. You received drink tickets at your check-in for free drinks. More tickets would have been nice since the glasses were very small. Don't forget to tip your bartender! We had a problem with the cleaning staff not cleaning our room. We stayed a couple of nights and they didn't clean our room. We had to call down for clean towels and coffee. We weren't too happy about coming back to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Other than that, we really liked the hotel and it was quite convenient to the concert we were going to and all the downtown restaurants and bars.

This place is awesome. Clean and a ton of amenities! They are in a great location. They have this 530 kick back deal where you get a free alcoholic drink every day. The have great free breakfast and free dinner from 530 to 7 pm. This food is good and it's not some cheap crappy food. Plus all the employees are really helpful and nice. Just an all around awesome hotel chain that other hotel companies should aspire to be like.

Absolutely marvelous hotel. Great staff, very helpful. Luxurious, spacious rooms. Multiple tv's. Clean, well maintained facilities, pool and work out area. Free breakfast, waffles included, free popcorn and soda, free dinner, cheap drinks. Modern and refreshing. Different. I'm in love. I will never stay in another downtown Pittsburgh hotel ever again.

This place is awesome. Stayed here for a penguins game and it was only about a 10 minute walk to the arena. At the hotel they gave us 3 free drink vouchers, free dinner and free breakfast. You can't beat that. Staff was friendly and the room was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. And if you're in the military they give a really good discount on rooms.

I want to give the Drury one star so I can keep it a secret, it is that good. It is a gorgeous hotel with a really cool history; make sure to check out the old vaults downstairs. Rooms are large and look great. The amenities are fantastic: full hot breakfast in the morning, then drinks and heavy snacks (we had enough to call it dinner) in the evening. All that for an incredibly reasonable rate. I really can't say enough good it. It is pretty new, but I don't think it will stay an undiscovered gem for long.

Loved the Gideon's in the room drawer! And might I add our suite was huge and quiet, up to date and the photography art was local and nice to look at. Breakfast is very good and we are about to take advantage of the dinner and cocktails (also free). Popcorn in lobby after 3 with sodas, my kids loved it!

Great location downtown in a relatively new hotel. This is the old federal reserve building, so it's got a ton of character and history. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Be wary of parking on site — it costs $30 a night. Valet service can also be time-consuming, so plan for that. We had rowdy, noisy neighbors late at night; the staff took care this of quickly and efficiently, which we were impressed by. Get to breakfast early. Otherwise, the lines will be long, the food will be mostly gone, and there will be nowhere to sit. Overall a pleasant stay; the positives outweighed the negatives. Glad we didn't pay full price, though.

Love this place. We have stayed many places and this is by far is the best hotel for the price. Be aware that there isn't any close parking garages so valet parking ($29/day) is the best option. Free breakfast is the norm anymore but the free DINNER was the Cherry on top. We definitely will be staying here again.

The location was easy to find. The valet service was prompt and friendly. My room was large and very comfortable. There were several good restaurants within easy walking distance. My overall experience was excellent.

Very large rooms. Lots of space and a helpful front desk staff. It's in the heart of downtown with lots of things to do nearby. The PPG Paints Arena is less than a mile away. Great location if you're in town to see a show. Parking is paid but there is a free breakfast.

The hotel has a decent enough complimentary hot breakfast and more importantly, free food in the evening from 5:30p — 7:00p. The also give you one free alcoholic beverage during that time and then 2 more at just 75¢ plus tax. The room was very nice and the front desk was polite and able to provide everything we needed!

Great hotel, friendly staff. We were on a weekend, hit the days of games, on Saturday was hockey, on Sunday-football. Accordingly, there were many people. For breakfasts and dinners it was hard to find a free space. Jack Parking works well, at eviction the car waited no more than 10 minutes.

Very friendly staff, clean large rooms very close to everything. Free breakfast till 9:30 as well as popcorn. A valet service (recommend). Pool and fitness center. Near to restaurants bars and stores. Over all very nice and cozy.

The Drury Plaza was a pleasure to stay at, right from the moment we arrived. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. This grand bank transformed into a beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms. The plus is having access to roof top patio. The pool and exercise room were well maintained. Free breakfast is also a bonus and caters to all from simple toast to a full eggs, sausage etc. My only wish would be to have cafe brewed coffee to go with the great breakfast. But Pittsburgh has some great coffee shops (La Prima and Prestogeorge) for house brewed coffee. I would definitely stay at The Drury again!

We visited the Drury Plaza Hotel this weekend for our Anniversary. We can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. All the free amenities surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be back in the future.

We stayed here when we went to Howl at the Moon for the night since it was only a 10 minute walk. They offer their 5:30 kickback which includes a complimentary drink and two 75 cent drinks for each person in the room. The 5:30 kickback also includes free dinner which for one stay had pasta and tacos for our other stay. There is a fitness room and a pool on the 8th floor which are both nice. The rooms were clean and very nice.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, offering fresh towels, bedding, and other supplies at a moment's notice. The included breakfast and kickback meals/snacks are very good for being included in the room price, but I would not choose to pay the non-guest price and get the same quality of food. The variety and length of food availability seems to be the offset to the average quality, and with the options there is bound to at least be one or two foods that you can enjoy.

I stayed in room 805. I simply stayed at the hotel as a guest and spent little time there. The location was ideal for my visit to Pittsburgh and it was easy to find. Housekeeping was polite and respectful to our do not disturb sign. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. We had a suite. The bedroom was completely separate with no windows so very dark in there. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking entrance was a bit difficult to find and parking fee is separate.

Very friendly staff. Very good food… and free! Beautiful architecture and remodel of Fed Reserve Bank. We had the King suite and it was very spacious with a good layout and comfy bed. Pool area was great, and nonslip surface around the pool was great for our kids. The TVs weren't set up to rent movies and channel selection was decent, but that's a very minor complaint compared to the overall experience. Loved the hotel and will definitely come back!

The staff was amazing. Every employee we encountered made a point to offer a warm, friendly greeting. The "5:30 Kickback" reception was a very nice touch, and bartender Sean made it a great experience. The renovated Federal Reserve Bank building was gorgeous (great art deco spaces), and our room for the night was surprisingly large. Those ceilings had to be 14' tall! I will certainly stay with Drury Inn the next time I visit Pittsburgh.

It was the first time visiting the hotel. As I arrived I noticed that the lobby was very nice and that the staff seemed knowledgeable. Due to the influx of people into the city for a major sporting event the rooms where not all cleaned yet which led to our room being upgraded. Unfortunately they sent us to an upgraded but dirty room so we had to go back down to front desk and be assigned a third room. It was clean and spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room but acceptable. Beds where comfortable and room was quite.

The place is beautiful, clean, and historic and is located conveniently downtown. I was very happy with the valet service. The staff were great — more than helpful and accommodating. The complimenary breakfast and happy hour food and drinks were awesome. Most importantly to me, the staff found something sentimental that I had lost in the parking lot and returned it to me (upon my asking) … invaluable! I look forward to staying here again.
