Fab staff. Check in with Patty was a delight. The day crew were upbeat & attentive. The room was small but clean & logical. Love the full length mirror for the closet in the entry. Best of all, fully quiet even with the trucks & traffic on adjacent Lebanon Church Road. Go for it!

Good enough, I guess. Clean room, noisey refrigerator, under powered microwave, coffee maker. The parking lot is a mess and has been for a few months. Scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee cakes, waffles, cereal, yogurt for breakfast. If you get a room try to get one in the back, the front faces a very busy road and is noisey at night.

Clean & comfy bed. Patty at the front desk was very professional and awesome service. The fitness room needs some work. It’s there, but very limited.

They are very kind here and the hotel room is always clean. If we ever need extra amenities or any help, the staff is always kind and willing to provide. Every time we come to PA, we stay at this hotel.

With this price I am now likely headed to other competitors with larger and nicer rooms. Also; the parking lot is deteriorating rapidly. Massive holes are opening up. And there's a sign now saying no vehicles over 2 tons permitted. Ok? That means basically no luxury cars, vans, or trucks. Even a simple ford f150 is easily 5000+ lbs. I've had a Mercedes from the 90s on my tow truck already that was 4, 950 lbs. So that's a silly solution from them to just issue a weight limit on the lot rather than fixing the issue. Sorry but cones and caution tape around the storm drain that's crumbling in on itself isn't exactly properly fixed. And the rear lot is about as bad as an off road race course. So yea. Hopefully the rate hike will go toward rebuilding the parking lot and I won't be beating up my car driving in there.

Hotel is clean… employees. Are pleasant and they have a nice breakfast buffett… Its always a pleasant stay.

Very nice staff who did everything they could to make our stay better. The room was good with a comfortable bed and nice sheets. The free breakfast was delicious with great sausages, eggs, and pasteries.

Once again a great night stay at the comfort inn a welcome package of chips and water plus a very comfortable bed plus a good breakfast selection thank you comfort in staff.

They carry most of what I want. Customer service associates are friendly & helpful. The store is clean. My only concern is that ppl steal all the vacuum filters. I can never buy one because it's always an empty PKG!

Last 2 times we stayed here, rooms very clean, staff always friendly, and the breakfast is DELICIOUS.

My last weekend here was horrible. I upgraded to a jacuzzi room, The jacuzzi would fill up halfway and go freezing cold. The sheets had dirt on them, the shower had hair in the drain and shelf. I was told by the receptionist that the manager would contact me and it has yet to happen. This was on Feburary 25…

Very clean and smell good, very comfortable. They strive hard to make it your home away from home. I will definitely be going back!

Another great visit to Pittsburgh, another great stay at the Comfort Inn. Tammy runs a clean, comfortable Hotel. Jackie and Nicky at the front desk couldn't be more helpful and Patty's fresh baked cookies are not to be missed!

So far, so good; for the price I guess you get what you pay for! Front desk service could be a little more friendly.

The room was very nice as was in the check in staff. The only thing that wasn't as good was the breakfast there was no waffle mix and the eggs were cold and no real selection of breads.

We've stayed at this location several times and found that the 4th floor is the best. If you get the chance request the 4th floor. Always clean and accommodating to the max. Also no noise over your head. Lol.

Very clean room and hotel overall. The shower was perfect water pressure, for me at least. The bed was very comfy to me. There was a mini fridge which is good, seems like hotels are getting away from the standard mini fridge in rooms. Used the mini gym and was fine for what I needed. There was a fairly large selection for the breakfast, and the area was clean and stocked well. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to the Pittsburgh area. It's close enough and the price was Great for what you get. Really.

I liked stay in hotel based upon pricing, it was worth for the price I payed. I enjoyed stay and breakfast. Breakfast was quite nice and it has veg and non-veg option.

Was in town for a funeral and have stayed here before. Quiet room, comfortable, great whirlpool in room in which to relax. Breakfast good and filling. Nice people to deal with and always available to answer questions. Housekeeping VERY good.

Comfort Inn was just that. Comfortable. The plusses were the overall room and lobby area. The rooms are average sized with updated furniture and a flat screen. Bathrooms are quite cramped. The color scheme of the hallways, carpeting, and walls was pretty tacky but for its price, pretty swell stay.

There was no issue with cleanliness with the room. The standard soaps and shampoo were average if not better than average. The room, in all respects, was quite comfortable with no issues whatsoever. For the complimentary breakfast, the only possible con could be for the lack of water. Only apple juice and orange juice was available. Onto the outside area of the hotel: During my stay, there was a constant use of the outside area by others to smoke, due to the no smoking indoors policy. At night times, the area outside did seem a bit "sketchy. " Overall, for a quick night stay, this hotel does the job well. But for prolonged stays, I would suggest to look elsewhere.

The comfort Inn in West Mifflin has been incredibly kind to my family for roughly the past 10 years. We have come here regularly when we have visited my elderly grandmother. The staff has gotten to know my family by name and is so kind and often includes services that they don't even charge us for. They have made me and my family lifetime comfort Inn supporters. The rooms here are well kept, clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The continental breakfast is about what you would expect, but like everything about this place, the quality is raised because of the excellent staff. I highly recommend this place.

I am a choice rewards member and like staying at Comfort Inns. They usually have clean rooms and friendly staff. Comfort is one of the better hotel choices inside choice hotels.

There was a left over budweiser can from the previous guest left in the hotel room. However, everything else was super clean and smelled and felt fantastic.

I had an outstanding stay here, the front desk clerk Jackie while checking in another customer, helped them find a location they were looking for and printed out directions for them. Also Katie and Shelly in housekeeping have great pride in their job and my rooms both nights I stayed were spotless! The breakfast was sausage and eggs, assorted breads, Waffles, fruits, orange juice, apple juice and coffee. Thanks for a great stay! save your hotel as a favorite if I am in town again!

The hotels bed was extremely comfortable, musty smell in the hotel, nice continental breakfast.

Was in Pittsburgh. Rooms where clean. Very fairly priced. Nice breakfast in morning.

The hotel what decent but after leaving, they charged my card $130. I called about this charge and there was no explanation. They refunded my money. Either way, they tried ripping me off and I check my bank account every day. That $hit isn't going to work with me. I know where I do and where I don't spend my money.

I give it 5 stars based on the price. For around $100 a night this is a great place to stay! Nice staff. I even left my laptop charger in the room and when I called 3 weeks later they were nice enough to send me the charger via fed ex the same day! Obviously I had to pay for shipping. Would stay again. One drawback is the outdated Wi-Fi. I brought my wii to use netflix but because of the sign in page they make you go through I couldn't get it to work. Still a great place for the price.
